By far the best customer service in the business. They installed our new system then came and set all the dampers. New system threw a code at 4:00 pm today and they were here by 6:30. Awesome

The service and customer experience has been great so far. Dale is very professional he was able to identify the issue with our ac unit, discussed it with us and fix it in a timely manner

Schneller and Knochelmann is a great company. We have used them for routine HVAC service and installation of a mini split system. I recently needed a sewer drain inspected at a house I am rehabbing and Scott came out the next day and took care of it for me and gave me some very helpful advice. I would definitely recommend them.

If this company ever tells you that you need to replace your AC or Furnace, I highly recommend getting a second opinion. I was told by Schneller that my AC (only 5yrs old) had a severe leak that required complete replacement. No option provided to repair. I had Corcoran & Harnist come out, conducted testing finding no leak at all, put in $250 worth of coolant and completely resolved the issue. Getting a second opinion saved me ~$4300.

This is the second time I've used this company. I was disappointed that there was a mechanical issue with the Trane unit that was installed 12 years ago. It was not Schneller Knochelmann's fault that the blower motor malfunctioned which I discovered when the unit froze up. They explained the malfunction and worked with me on the price. Very professional. Cleaned up and explained everything well.

I had a toilet that was running every 10 mins. Tried my best to YouTube my way to a solution which typically works. However, this time around was beyond me. Called several places to get someone same-day and this company was the fastest. They have the highest service charge but I believe you can use that cost towards repairs.

Ethan came out first and started working on the toilet. Super great person and very kind! Immediately felt comfortable. Of course problems always disappear when you pay someone to inspect so by the time he left we hadn't heard the toilet run at all. As I mentioned before, my toilet was running like clockwork, every 10 mins. He even helped me find the shut off valve when 3 other plumbers (from different companies) failed to do so. He also gave me recommendations for my water heater without pressuring me to replace it. Honest person would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the toilet started running again, not to the degree it was before, but something that still needed attention. Company sent out Dan and Caleb who were closer geographically. They took the time to explain what they were looking/doing. They made some adjustments and assured me to give them a call if my toilet started running again. Again, super honest people who treated my simple job with the care and attention you'd expect out of a 10k dollar job.

Happy to say my toilet is now fixed and I'm extremely pleased with my experience. I would absolutely recommend and make sure to ask for Ethan, Dan, or Caleb!

Outstanding Service from a Dedicated Professional

I can’t say enough good things about Jay! From the start, it was clear he’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also honest and honorable—qualities you don’t always come by these days. Jay first came out to our home on Wednesday the 11th and worked tirelessly for hours, even into the night, doing everything he could to get our AC up and running.

Although the system couldn’t be fixed that evening, Jay didn’t give up. He returned the very next day, Thursday the 12th, and continued troubleshooting until he pinpointed the issue. He quickly ordered the necessary parts and was back again on Tuesday the 17th to finish the job. Jay went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left.

Thanks to his persistence and dedication, our AC is running smoothly again—and just in time! My family is incredibly grateful for Jay’s hard work and commitment.

Max was such a nice guy and very thorough. He made sure I understood how my unit was currently performing, what I need to be on the lookout for in the future and made sure I had no other questions before he left. He was excellent.

Just wanted to let you know that one of the employees named David was kind enough to pull over and change a tire for two old ladies. Glad to meet this fine young man who works for you. He is a good will representative for Schneller Knochelmann!

Schneller Knochelmann managed a very complicated HVAC installation for us that other companies had no idea how to install and did so on time and on budget. Their front-end professionalism was exceeded only by their high-quality workmanship and back-office integrity. They are serious about treating their customers like family. Highly recommend!

Technician David Rose went above (literally, in a terrible attic) and beyond in an effort to diagnose and repair a leaky drain line from my air handler. He explained everything clearly in terms I could understand and was professional in his efforts. Schneller Knochelmann, he’s a keeper!

Today Cody and Makayla serviced my AC unit. In this heat we have right now I am so happy to have the confidence in a fantastic job they did. Thank you so much and they both were so friendly, kind and knowledgeable!!

I did not end up going with Schneller Knochelmann for my new furnace + A/C installation due to some factors outside of my control, but they were a joy to work with! Larry was super knowledgeable and provided a lot of information and thorough answers to my barrage of questions. Easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to make a decision, helped get me to a price that was within budget, and was very pleasant when I let him know that I would be going with a different installer. Even though I didn't go with them and can't say anything about the quality of their work installation-wise, I can say that their customer service was great and I would definitely consider them for any future needs!

Prompt. Answered all our questions and were very straightforward – and knowledgable! Appreciate Logan’s expertise and are looking forward to working with him in the future. Nick and Logan did great work and we look forward to our new laundry tub setup. Would recommend both for their quality of work in the future!

We’ve had nothing but problems with this company. They installed our entire system incorrectly and had multiple technicians come out before ever even realizing their mistake. They cancelled a recent appointment day of. We now only have one technician we trust. This particular technician was supposed to come for our most recent appointment but they sent someone else. At this point we’ve given them so many chances and they just keep screwing up. Do not recommend.

I should also add they contacted me to try to make things right and promised they’d call today to get things scheduled/figured out, we haven’t heard a word from them. Can’t say I’m surprised at this point. Really regretting using them for our new system.

One more update to add…we had to call them since their service manager admitted he forgot to follow up after promising he’d reach out. What a joke. We had the requested tech scheduled to come out today and just got a call that he called off work today. You can’t make this up. This place is a mess and has terrible customer service. See their generic response to my review. They want me to reach out and try to fix their disastrous customer service? No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I had an old water heater replaced with a tankless. Not only was Chad extremely knowledgeable, but he went absolutely above and beyond with all of the work that was done to my house. He and his team took extra care to set me up for updates in the future and had other issues that I needed to get fixed addressed by his team. I absolutely recommend them.

Schneller Knochelmann is a class act. I couldn't be happier with these guys. Expert technicians!!!!

I bought a new HVAC system from Knochelmann last year, and a new water heater today. Absolutely perfect installs both time.

Dylan did a great job today putting in our new water heater. He explained the new system and how to take care of it. He got the install done in a great amount of time and left the job site extremely clean.
