Dave came out and took a look at our needs for a new furnace. Got me a quote the same day that was $2,000 less than my membership price with another company. Communicated well and had Ted out a couple days later to install the new system. Ted was extremely thorough in installing the new system and testing it. He was very friendly. I was extremely pleased with the whole process after feeling somewhat apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. No hidden prices, no shortcuts, just a great furnace at a great price.

We have had a very poor long-term experience with Savings HVAC and cannot recommend them.

When we purchased our home about 8 years ago, it came with a home warranty. When HVAC issues arose, the warranty company sent Savings HVAC for diagnosis. Based on their recommendation, we personally paid for and purchased two new HVAC systems — one upstairs and one downstairs — installed by Savings HVAC.

From the beginning, the systems have had constant problems. Over the last 8 years, we have had repeated service calls, and in just the past 12 months alone, they have been at our house nearly once a month trying to address ongoing failures that were never actually resolved.

When we contacted the owner, Dave, about these recurring issues, he was often rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that we were calling — even though the problems were directly related to systems his company installed and serviced.

Three days ago, during dangerously cold weather (-8°F outside), our upstairs system completely failed. When we called Dave for help, he was again rude and said he couldn’t assist because he was out of town. At that point, we had no choice but to contact other HVAC companies.

We had three independent HVAC companies inspect the system. Every single one told us the same thing:
• The system was designed and installed incorrectly
• The wrong type of furnace was installed in an unconditioned attic
• Savings HVAC installed a 97% high-efficiency furnace, which produces condensate water, in a space that freezes
• This caused repeated freezing, leaking, and system failures, which explains the years of issues we experienced

All three companies said this setup should never have been installed in a freezing attic.

We are now being forced to replace both HVAC systems entirely, at significant expense, because the original design and installation were fundamentally flawed.

This was not a one-time issue — it was years of bad advice, improper system design, poor installation, and dismissive customer service.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want competent HVAC design, proper installation, and professional support after the sale. Just use one of the bigger local companies.

I researched the reviews for the various HVAC companies in the Cincinnati area and decided to go with Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service we received. Honest, friendly and fair is what I was looking for and we got exactly that and more. Our technician Jason was outstanding, he was very knowledgeable and took care of our AC problem with ease. We will definitely be using them again, no reason to look anywhere else!

Elliot and his team are top notch! Always quick to respond to calls, courteous and professional.

John and Josh were great. I had an issue with a pool heater that most HVAC companies didn't want to mess with. They went out of their way to research and find a solution.

Josh was super. Called me to tell me that he was on his way. Showed up on time.

Took only a few minutes to complete the repair and he explained everything to me.

Overall a great experience.

We reached out to Cincinnati Heating and Air and they were able to come to our home, check our old system, and give us a reasonable quote. As soon as we decided to go with them, they were able to come out 3 days later on the day we were available and install. Dante was one of the installers and was there all day until everything was up and running and was extremely professional and kind. There was another gentleman assisting him that I didn’t catch his name, he was also kind and professional. As of now I’m very pleased with our interactions with the gentleman who work for Cincinnati Heating and Air.

My heater which is a heat pump was not working very well. Zach came by and did a very good inspection and found some wires that had come loose! Any other company would have got me to replace the whole hvac system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

One of the best companies I've done business with in a very long time. They're honest, reliable, kind & trustworthy. They're a business that you can count on. My furnace was having issues and was on its last leg so they came out within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, told me the price for the repair and told me upfront that I'd ultimately be replacing parts until the system couldn't run anymore. So I went ahead had them install a new furnace and ac unit and it was the best decision I've made in a long time. The winter before I had to run my heat at 74 degrees to make it some what comfortable. This January when they put the new system in, I ran it at 68 and felt the same comfort. Energy bill has been cut in half also. This is a 5 star business and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again!

I've had Elliot and his team replace two furnaces and one AC for me within the past five months at two separate houses. The first time was initially for a faulty AC and in the process they found a cracked heat exchange on the furnace and so both units ended up being replaced. The second time, at our new house, was for an old furnace that had finally died. A couple hours after they left, something wasn't quite right and Elliot came out to fix it past business hours. Within minutes he had found the issue and solved it. Their price, their attentiveness to detail, their quality of work, and especially their customer service has more than earned a five star review a lifetime of my business.

Elliot was great, very knowledgeable, friendly and walked us through the whole heating process. He helped us pick right system for us and then did a great install in very efficient and clean manner. Highly recommend this company and their people . 5 stars all around the whole process

Had a new 2 stage furnace and ac unit installed. Process was very quick and easy, looks great , runs great. I dragged my feet on a decision so they could have come out as soon as 2 days but ended up being 3, install toon roughly 8-9 hours. 2 technicians came out and initial quote done by Elliot answered all my questions and dealt with me being nosey during the install. Price wasn’t the cheapest option I had available for like system however I felt more comfortable with initial visit and their financing options. Think they deserve a solid review here and while I hope I don’t need any future service for some years look forward to working with them if any issues do come up.

John did an amazing job! We had some duct work that needed to be repaired at our clinic- he helped us get it re-installed and even helped replace our current air filters while he was here. Overall 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely use them again and recommend their services to friends and family!

Zach arrived ontime and was well prepared to service my furnace. He checked the following items: carbon monoxide vent and supply, air intake, blower, temp, filter, capacitor, drain trap, burner, heat exchanger, combustion efficiency, flame sensor, blower.
