Came out today to check why theres a bad smell in our air vents. Used his phone as a flashlight, didnt even get in the crawl space where we thought the problem was. Charge us $65 for this... wont be using them again.

Zac explained the issue with my air conditioner clearly. He also, spent the time to give potential scenarios for future issues. I appreciate the effort and his honesty. I have had this company out for 3 issues and all three technicians are knowledgeable and very honest. They also, offer the best pricing in Cincinnati!

Zackary Austin came and fixed our split unit on a Sunday night. He was very helpful explained to us our options and helped us fix the AC on the spot. Great service and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Dante was excellent! Professional and efficient. Told me about a surge protector that I could buy if I wished for the new air conditioner. I was glad to know about it since I have been turning it off and on if there is a storm having had to replace one air conditioner a number of years ago due to a lightning strike.Everything clean and well taken care of. I will request him again.

I will never use anyone else except Cincinnati Heating and cooling Dante was excellent Today they are all so friendly and they give you the information. They're not in any hurry . I am extremely satisfied with these Technicians. That is hard to say about Anyone today. Cincinnati heating and cooling installed this system. I've had no problems.They always call to come out and check everything. They are 100% For what they do.

I had a new system installed in the spring with an oil backup for emergency heat. It would not kick over so the temp in my house was 51 degrees! I called twice early in the morning but did not reach a person or answer machine. Twenty minutes later I received a call. He said that he saw the number had called twice so he figured it was important. Wow! I was impressed. They fit me in after school hours. Josh and John were wonderful. Not only did they fix the problem, they explained the situation and answered my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Awful experience! Would not listen to or hear my concerns, opted to only test the unit and clean the coils instead of checking for a duct issue, which is exactly what the issue ended up being. After a 40+ minute phone call and argument with a supervisor, I opted to contact a different company to fix my issues and they had my AC back to normal in no time! Waste of money and a complete hassle! Save yourself the stress and headache and look elsewhere!

I spoke to service member and within 30 minutes or less service member showed up diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it with the reasonable price.

Dante did an awesome job installing a new drain line for my A/C. The company is professional, easy to communicate with, and has good prices. They were able to respond quickly and fix my problem soon after I has contacted them. I would recommend absolutely.

There was an error with a part they needed. They waited and completed other tasks, then worked together with the change. A team member who was not assigned to my job showed up to help his team.

Dante and John (I think?) were AMAZING. They were here in a couple hours and immediately went to work on an HVAC unit that multiple other companies either refused to touch or straight ghosted me on. They got the job done, explained every step of the process in ways I could understand, and did excellent work. And I didn't break the bank, even though it would've absolutely been worth it. I was squared away within a few hours of calling them and this was a problem I'd been fighting for nearly a month. 10/10, will ABSOLUTELY call again. Zero hesitation.

When Cincinnati Heating & Air Conditioner replaced my A/C several years ago, they were pleasant, reliable, and honest in helping me find the best unit for my budget, along with excellent financing. So, when a different HVAC company “found” 4K in repairs on my furnace, I called Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning for a second quote. Dante did a great job keeping me updated on his arrival time, provided verbal and written follow-ups of his finding - and confirmed that none of the 4K in repairs were needed. I trust and recommend Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning because they have displayed integrity, and respect for both my needs and my budget, every time I’ve worked with them.

Zach and Dante were very professional. Zach explained things thoroughly. The guys were mindful of my unit while dealing with the inside of my condo unit. The fee for the service call is very reasonable. They responded to my need quickly. I used "Angie" to contact service personnel regarding my issue.

My furnace was not working . Elliot took my call late in the evening and had the service technician come first thing in the morning . They replaced the needed parts and spent the entire day fixing the problem . And it was all covered under the factory warranty.

Fast and professional service. My HVAC unit had several issues including a fire hazard which caused me to shut it off on a Friday evening the hottest day of the summer so far. My elderly mom and 3 children are in the home with no AC and it’s a weekend. I was very happy to hear we can be out today on a Saturday morning. I was given a call 20 Min before arrival, a detailed explanation of the problem, and options of how to proceed. I love that I was not pressured into purchasing a new unit.
