After having a horrible install from another company. Cincinnati Heating and Air came out and got us running.
Josh was honest about what he saw and concerned about our well-being. He was clean, professional, and punctual.

Had new Daikin HVAC installed. Communicated well with me and the installation was fast and the crew cleaned up afterwards and hauled everything away. Great experience

Our experience was 5 star from the initial phone call with Tommy, to the assessment and quote with Eliott, to the finished install with Kam and Dave. We could not have been happier with our experience. All involved were respectful, friendly and thorough. As someone who exhaustively researches everything, I can confidently say, if you are looking for a trustworthy company, with fair pricing and honest hard working people, this is it. My AC went out yesterday and with 90 degree weather my house was blazing. I called Cincinnati Heating and Air and Josh came out to my house same day! Because of my unit, he had to order me a new blower. At first it didn’t seem like he would be able to fix my unit the same day because he had to find a specific model, but he worked diligently to find one. He found a unit and came back to fix my A/C all within 2 hours!!! Josh was amazing and I am so appreciative of his hard work and knowledge about my unit!

Cincinnati Heating and Cooling sold me my unit and do all the service. They are prompt on their appointments and give me quality service. I purchased a service agreement which I recommend and very happy with.

I had to call to get someone to come out because my furance was making noises it normally doesnt. Zack and Josh came out and found out the issue. I was expecting the worst! They explained everything to me and that they could get it fixed! Overall I am very happy with my experience today!

I highly recommend using Cincinnati heating and air. Zack was awesome and got my heat back on just in time. And also gave me a great deal!! I will definitely use them for any future issues I may have.

Spoke with Elliott yesterday on our furnace problem. He was friendly, kind, compassionate, and considerate. Concerned for our welfare as it was cold and the heater had died. He squeezed us in for an appointment.Techs John and Dontae came to check my furnace. They were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional , and honest. They answered my questions, explained the problems. Impressed with their expertise, we had a new furnace installed Monday.
Techs Cameron and David did a a great job installing the new furnace! The guys were a great team working to get the old furnace out, installed the new. Cameron even changed my filter. Great teamwork. Impressed with their workmanship.
A few days later, Dontae gave my A/C unit a tune up, He did a thorough job in washing the interior and explained how the unit parts worked. This team of workers excel in their expertise. Highly recommend.

My furnace started to go out while it was 30° out, they got someone out and diagnosed the problem right away and we're back first thing the next day to replace my whole system. They did a great job, they were quick, kind, clear, and cleaned up after themselves. If I ever need any HVAC work done in the future it will be with them 100%!

We been working with this company for sometime now and I’m pretty happy with them. I’m pretty comfortable talking and working with Technician Zackary. I have a hard time communicating with strangers but he is very patience with me and my explanation on things. I think he is friendly and fair and think for his client which is rare in this days and ages.

My experience with Cincinnati Heating and Air conditioning was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the initial fair estimate to the quick and clean installation, everything was seamless. Rob is great at what he does. Very friendly and professional. Doesn't try to upsell when it's not needed and explains what he's doing and why he's doing it.

If it were possible to rate this company with "negative stars," I would do so.
This company, and in particular Rob Jansen, was dishonest by overcharging (charging for more hours than he actually worked) for his services.
It took him close to 8 hours, over the span of two days to replace a leaky A-coil. I was charged just under $800 dollars, and the coil was under warranty.
When I disputed the bill, Rob stated that he would "send out a bill" for his services. SEVEN months later, I received a bill from the company stating that I was "past due" on the invoice, despite the fact that this was the FIRST bill that I had received. On the invoice it stated that he had spoken with me on the phone, an act which never occurred.
Despite my severe disappointment with the services and unhappiness with the company, I would have paid the bill HAD I RECEIVED IT. So the fabrication on the invoice only added insult to injury.
Upon calling Rob, he presented as combative and indignant. The man's customer service was absolutely terrible.
Whatever you do, DON'T use this company.

Everything was wonderful with the service. Our two technicians that came out were professional and easy to talk with. They respected us and our home and took great care of our property.

The pricing structure of services was quite high (and too high in my opinion). I understand running a business and providing a convenience to us should cost more than us doing it ourselves, but some of the parts being about $30 should not then cost $1150 total to install. We had a conversation with the company and made some adjustments which were more fair.

Overall, we were happy with the service, just shocked by pricing.

Logan was very professional and kept me informed the entire time. I received same day service which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Schneller Knochelmann for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Schneller Knochelmann. We had leaking water pipes. I called Schneller Knochelmann and received prompt, courteous phone service, and the phone rep scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Dillon and Matt showed up promptly the next morning, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and answered my questions. They were great and I won't hesitate to call them again when I have a plumbing issue.

Chad came out for our annual A/C tuneup and inspection as part of our maintenance plan and he was fantastic. Incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked through everything he was going to do, answered the couple questions that I had, and overall did a great job! I can’t recommend both Schneller and Chad enough!

We had an AC tuneup and it was a great experience. We had not used Schneller Knochelmann before. The technician, Cody was very thorough and explained everything in detail. We will continue to use them in the future.

Chad was a very nice and very knowledgeable. He helped us so much (with just moving in this house) he showed us features we didn’t know we had and ways of saving money on our electric. We use to live in Ohio and used Schneller and Knochelmann before , we have always been very satisfied with the service and their highly trained technicians that they send . I highly recommend them to everyone for your heating and air conditioning needs. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Thank you again Chad!
