As a black woman in construction I often am the butt of the joke. Reupert was no exception. After asking for his name and company he refused until he was told that it was illegal to contract with a landlord and not tell a tenant the company name. Then I found out it was Reupert himself. Yikes. He painted me to my landlord as aggressive, a common black stereotype. And after physically assaulting me, he left my apartment, refusing to fix my HVAC system. This is the result of the leakage… thanks I guess.

By far the most INSANE amd EXPENSIVE monthly bill I have ever had in the winter months, 7 service calls in a year. Save yourself the trouble. 20,000 for all that. Never again.

I started using Reupert early this year for a heating problem that was causing my furnace to shut down repeatedly. I was only aware of this issue because I had installed a smart thermostat which emailed me a warning. My furnace was 11 years old, and had been installed new when I had my house built. I had another HVAC company try to figure out the problem and they were not successful. Reupert set a technician named Christopher who within minutes figured out that my furnace was still set on the original factory settings and had never been adjusted properly when it was installed. Christopher not only fixed this issue, but he also rewired my humidifier so that my smart thermostat would automatically control the humidifier and he also fine tuned my smart thermostat settings. I am an engineer, and not easily impressed with technical things, but Christopher impressed me. Since that event, I have had Reupert out 2 more times for AC and heating system tune ups. Both of those techs seemed to do a good job and have not tried to sell me services that I didn't need.

Nick arrived on time and went to work checking my gas furnace. Afterward, Nick described in detail and explained the check list. He informed me that my 20 year old furnace was in good working order. Reupert Htg and Air has been servicing my HVAC system 20 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them! Nick was friendly and outgoing and comes highly recommended.

Reupert's team replaced our HVAC system. They were professional and informative, arriving on time, protecting our floors as they went in and out of our home and answering all of our questions. Will definitely use them again!

On a Friday about 4 our outdoor compressor for the air failed to cycle on. My wife called to see if we could get someone to come and diagnose the issue for us. Joe came over and found the I’m problem, and called one of his guys and asked him to run and get the part from the shop And bring it to him , so that he could get us up and running and not suffer through the heat! Joe was able to go above and beyond for us! We were very grateful. and since are system was so old we discussed with him just putting a whole new system in and they fit us into their busy schedule a little over a week later. When the installation team showed up they were very courteous and friendly and got right to work. It took them almost 2 full days to finish and when they did they made sure that the mess was cleaned up and then Paul made sure that I was familiar with the system and its components and how to properly use them! From top to bottom it was a great and stress free experience! Thanks to all of the team!

After my home’s furnace officially died, on a very cold November night, I called Jeff Reupert the next morning at 7:30 AM. Jeff stopped what he was doing and prioritized the installation of a new Bryant furnace at my house. He had a crew at my home within one hour of my phone call and my new furnace was heating my home by that afternoon. Very happy with the personal touch, incredibly fast response-time and friendly installation technicians! I strongly recommend giving Reupert a call for all your HVAC needs.

My AC went out at the end of the summer, and had to pull in quotes for a replacement AC and furnace system. I contacted many places for quotes, which almost all companies wanted to spend an hour or more on site to literally open a binder or write down a generic price for their installation. This included a few questionable quotes that were missing parts or had issues like wanting to reuse the copper linesets or drop from a 10 to 1 year warranty.

I ended up expanding my search and realized I overlooked Reupert who operates slightly more on the west side of Cincinnati, but I was still within their service range. At this time I knew the furnace model and AC unit outside and wanted to get down to a price for an installation. I ended up speaking with Joe Reupert directly who formed a quote and emailed it over same day. Very knowledgeable on the hardware, got directly down to business and sent me a great quote. Everyone was in the same ballpark, although Reupert included in the same price full a new drop and takeoff duct assembly they made in house. Massive airflow improvement!

Installation went smoothly and was handled in a top notch manner. Installer was friendly and answered questions along the way. Even with a bunch of work we were wrapped up on the second day. I'd have no problem recommending Reupert to friends and neighbors in the area. I will definitely use them for servicing the system in the future.

Dave the Technician that came out to do a furnace check up is always professional and knowledgeable. He is honest and respectful. He has worked on my AC and furnace for the last 2 years and I am thankful the great customer service he shows me.
