My name is Lamont B. I Had a furnace go out at one of my rental properties. I remember listening to the local Lincoln Ware Morning Radio Show where he had someone from Dawson Heating and Air on. So I decided to reach out to them. I received great customer service over the phone each time i spoke with someone. The technician arrived about 2hours after my initial phone call. He was very friendly, professionally and Knowledgeable. He was unable to fix the Furnace right then due to him not having the part for my particular furnace and all the supply stores were close till Monday. Which I understood and was told he would return first thing Monday morning. Unfortunately it snowed really bad that Saturday night and all day Sunday. Monday morning everything was closed and roads extremely bad and unsafe to drive on. So they where unable to come out but the technician did risk his life to come out Tuesday morning to fix it. Myself and my tenant was very happy and very appreciative of the technician risking his life to come out to fix the furnace. I truly thank him for this. Oh and I dont want to leave out that the price was very reasonable. I truly truly thank everyone at Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning and will be using them again for my heating and air needs. I truly recommend you using them for yours.

On one of the coldest day this winter, my furnace went out. I called Dawson round 1130am and they had technicians at my house by 2pm! The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The technician had my heat back working in about 30 minutes and they had a quote for the replacement part sent to me within an hour. They were able to return the next morning, replace the part and out the door in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning! As a newer homeowner, I look forward to becoming a loyal customer and recommending them to anyone that I can!

I was looking to replace our Heating and Air system at our Home and there are just so many options and advertisements on social media and the internet I didn’t know what to do or which HVAC company to go with. So like I do everyday I was listening to Lincoln Ware and he had Dawson Heating and Air on his show, after listening to their history and the work they continue to do in the community my mind was made up. They are truly like their sign says “they are not the biggest but the best” I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, and needed to get our system replaced before they both went out. I had serious doubt and concern as they wouldn’t make it through another winter and or summer. Time was at the essence, I had a medical procedure and had too many restrictions with lifting and bending to have that kind of work done at our home. I had many concerns and reservations about having the work done when I could not contribute to getting things ready for Dawson to begin that task. After sharing my concerns with Todd Dawson, Dawson Heating and Air, they were very accommodating, great listeners and they went above and beyond with their excellent customer service care and support. Todd did everything in his power so I didn’t have to lift a finger during and after the install. He even helped me with the process of paying my installation fee online, LOL. If you have concerns that your heating and air are questionable, I strongly recommend Dawson, they aren’t the biggest but they are the best!!!!!!!!

I can only say this they were life saver they made sure I had heat didn’t stop until it was working I Would recommend this company to anyone they were genuinely concern that we had heat an that’s the honest to truth. Had to call back because of heat not working they came rt out fix the problem (which was not there fault it was a faulty part) after fixing problem tech came hour later to check to see if we still had heat now we know he could have just called but to come to check on our heat that speaks volumes

The guys who showed up were very friendly, upfront, and forward about what they were doing. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and the work that they were doing and trusted that they were going to do the job right the first time and our heat now works tremendous

Woke up with no heat. I steadily watched the temperature drop. Dawson personnel were at my place within a hour. The technician did test and explained to me what was going on. It was determined that the thermostat was bad. He replaced the thermostat and now I'm back to being warm and toasty. Thanks Dawson.

I couldn't really answer some of the questions. Council on aging got the system for me. As far as the guys that installed the ac unit were very very nice and got the job done. They do have to come back and finish a small job. He said he would be calling me today, so far I haven't heard anything. But it was very much appreciated. Thank u.
