We contacted Dawson for our furnace because it was having issues reaching the set temperature on the thermostat. They came and said they couldn't find anything wrong at first then said they would have to send a senior tech out that was more knowledgeable than them because it acted like it was mis calibrated when it was installed in 2022. Mind you my furnace was working and heating somewhat before they came out and about 5 minutes or less after they left the fan kept running but no flame was igniting. So I called them back no answer, I called another number no answer, I finally got ahold of the owner and let him know what was going on he told me to give him afew minutes and he would call me back so it's been over 5 hours and still no call. So we called another company to come out to look at it which was 4th GEN HVAC and they used to work for Dawson by the way they got it fixed and basically all it was is that the limit switch reset needed to be reset from Dawson tripping it. This company has really did great work when it came to fixing my AC unit. They got me in and fixed the problem. I appreciate the quality of work that was done. Honesty is the best policy and thank you Dawson! Be blessed!

The staff was knowledgeable, professional and got us the right furnace and air conditioner to fit our need. I would recommend this company to anyone because they did not try to talk us into a situation that would not have been good financially for us like the other companies like Apollo, Help these companies only want money and not thinking about the customer and what would be best for us. Dawson heating satisfied our needs now we can enjoy our new systems.

Tim was exceptional. Found my issue pretty quickly and even offered to look at another little item while he was there. He was professional and courteous. Would absolutely recommend.

If there was a 4.5 rating, I would choose that. The service was excellent, and the repair took only 5-7 minutes. My only complaint is that I had an appointment for 10:00-12:00; but the serviceman didn't arrive until 2:20.

They did a. Awesome job on replacing my water heater fast professionally done also didn't take long at all compared to others I tried I would highly recommend this company 100 percent efficient I appreciate the gentle men working for company very caring about the elderly and question they answer to help you understand better thanks guys

The Dawson HVAC service that was completed for me was great. The employees started and did not stop until their work was completed. There were no problems and they checked to be sure I was satisfied with the job. I will use them again.

My HVAC unit was blowing cold air in the dead of winter right before a major snowstorm was about to hit. I contacted Dawson to assess the problem and make needed repairs. They were timely, professional, and personable when I spoke with the technician. I was contacted both by text and email of the ETA of the technician to make repairs. The repairs were quick and efficiently done in a timely manner and that made me feel at ease!!!

Very unprofessional and lack of empathy. The woman my mother ( G. Dixon) spoke to was very rude. My mother was nothing but patient and respectful to her and she hung up on her. They had my mom waiting from 2-5 pm in a 94 degree house. Just to tell her that her appointment was cancelled. The woman never put her appointment down “ allegedly “. I don’t appreciate how my mother was treated at all and I will be reporting you all to the better business bureau.

Dawsons HVAC was AMAZING!! They were easy to work with, easy to schedule my appointment with, my staff missed them TWICE and they did not complain, they returned a third time and immediately got to work, located the problem, gave me a quote, allowed me time to decide if I wanted to move forward with the fix, fixed the problem, educated me on my system, did not try to gauge me and did EVERYTHING with a SMILE! I will call on them EVERYTIME for all my air conditioning and refrigeration needs!! Class act! I can’t say enough about Dawsons Heating & Cooling!! Family based small company with large company capacity!!! Thank you Dawson!!!!

Mr Todd responded quickly to a dire situation. The Air Conditioner Freon line was accidently cut while hedging my neighbor's property. My neighbor is 85+ and my concerns grew for his safety during this escalating heat here without a functioning unit. Fiancing was made available as well. Todd responded with a quote and all things were working together to get cold air flowing. The rain prevented the scheduled repair and we had to get someone else immediately. I am proud of how people came together to help out Senior members in our community. This includes Dawson heating. My rating for Todd and company is a four and will recomend him to others.

I reached out to Dawson late on a Friday and was able to have Todd come out within a day and give detailed report. The entire HVAC replacement was completed within 1 week from first call! This is a very customer friendly company with great work ethic!!!!

I was visiting a friends apartment next-door when I saw this Dawson employee working hard in a downpour to get the air conditioning back on for their clients. I’ve never used them before, but I would definitely call them because of this employees commitment to getting their client taken care of. It is as July 3rd main st in Cincinnati.
