This company was amazing. Very experienced And professional. They walk you through every part of the process. they had to work completed within days and this was a very huge project. my husband and I have actually used them twice

Jan 14th/15th I reached out to Dawson for an estimate for a tankless water heater. I recieved a call for the Company and we arranged a time. I specifically asked if I would recieve a call/txt from them before they arrive. The company represenative said "Of Course, we do that anyway."
I left work early to meet the Dawson Plumber per the time that was agreed upon. Dawson never called or showed up.
This was truly disappointing, because I reside in the same area as the office on Reading Rd.
They will never get another chance to make a 1st impression and now I will not ever consider reaching out to them again.
If your company doent have the decency to show up for an estimate, then I hate to imagine them doing a job.
I would not recommend!

Came out same day after our furnace stopped working. Diagnosed the issue, procured the parts, and made the repair quickly and for a fair price. Friendly service from the person answering the phone to the technicians who provided the service. Great local company!

Very good job, service man was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I will recommend this company to everybody. I had a small family owned HVAC company that I used for over 2O years. They retired. I will use Dawsons for the next 29 years on my four properties!!!

Dawson Heating responded to my emergency call for furnace issues promptly. When the techs arrived they professional and polite. They explained the issue to me clearly. They secured a needed part and quickly repaired my furnace. All this on a day Cincinnati was experiencing a severe snow warning and impending record low temperatures. I am truly thankful for their prompt and complete service. They are now my HVAC service and maintenance company.

Saw the billboard on Galbraith Rd. a few months ago and finally made a call for furnace maintenance just before the frigid temps arrived. Very happy to get same day service!! Techs were great - professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep using Dawson.

Dawson is a trusted name! I have trusted this company for hvac needs since 2013. Bought a furnace and Central air conditoning unit in 2013. I have continued to allow them to do all my preventive maintenance on both. They do great work and they are very dependable. I recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with the HVAC team that replaced my unit. From the moment they arrived, they were respectful, professional, and easy to deal with. I genuinely appreciate workers who can enjoy their job while still getting it done right. They were upbeat, joking, singing, and clearly had good teamwork. It made the whole process feel less stressful.

They were very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They were respectful of my home and space the entire time. At one point I got a little aggravated about missing work during the install, and one of the guys stayed calm, went downstairs to speak with someone, and came back with a solution almost immediately. That meant a lot.

They even went above and beyond by giving me advice about installing an HVAC privacy fence, and one of them measured the area for me. They absolutely did not have to do that.

Another thing I appreciated was their patience. They had no clue I kept closing my garage door every time they stepped out (long story-crazy neighbor across the street), and instead of getting annoyed, they simply communicated with each other and kept it moving. No complaints, no attitude.

Overall, their professionalism, positive attitudes, and teamwork stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

David was incredible in getting our furnace repaired. He very clearly explained the issue we were having, talked us through all of our questions, and completed the repair quickly.

I am very impressed with Quality Home Services. From the person that scheduled my appointment to the tech that came out, everyone was so professional. The tech was very thorough and explaining my options in great detail. I highly recommend this company!

Quality Comfort is always a great partner. Their technicians are kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Nate and Kevin came to install a Honeywell whole house humidifier and a programmable thermostat. They were clean prompt and professional. Nathan went over the system when he was finished installing it. He was patient showing me how to use the app to operate the thermostat. I can’t speak highly enough of the service that I received.

-booking was easy for our duct cleaning, although it was a 1 month wait, I figured it would be worth it with 4.9/5 stars on Google. I was told to expect the job to take 6-7 hours for 2400ish sq ft job
-customer service reps and technicians were all polite
-1 technician arrived on time in an unmarked box truck.
-I voiced some concerns about the cleaning process. The technician (first week on his own, apparently) seemed to need pointers on obvious debris. He was unable to complete the dryer vent.
-Quality Comfort sent a second technician out the following week to check the work and complete the dryer vent. The second technician was able to clean the dryer vent and did some additional vacuuming in the ducts at the main supply and return, resealed the holes in the HVAC supply and return, sanitized main supply and return.
-There was damage to the drywall while removing the vent covers which Quality Comfort reports it happens sometimes when paint is stuck to the cover. In hindsight, I would have removed the covers myself. Pics attached for inquiring minds.
-photos of 5 separate vent covers/floor grates attached, these are photos from AFTER both appointments/ cleaning. I haven’t checked all of the vent covers/registers.
-Quality comfort did complete the dryer vent for no charge and still allowed us to use a $50 coupon on the ducts.
-for my fellow consumers, NADCA is apparently the authority on duct cleaning and has some resources for consumers at NADCA.com

Overall disappointing but 2 stars for polite employees and the effort.

Had a great service tech (Alex) stop by and help diagnose what's wrong with my HVAC unit. Super friendly, straight forward with the issues, and recommendations for resolving the issue!

Excellent service. Alex was very thorough and found the source of an HVAC problem that our usual HVAC company could not. Strongly recommended. Very fair pricing.

What a great company. From our initial call and Nate was awesome and walked us through what our furnace was doing. To Ryan that explained more than ever knew, and helped us with getting the right furnace Great - Great company and people!

Brian and Joey did a great job installing my new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. Both employees were very personable and super sweet and patient with my dog, who wanted to “help them install.”:) All in all the total process of installation and going over items with me took about 7 hrs. Quality Comfort also has an amazing finance opportunity of 0% with Wright-Patt credit union. I would highly recommend this company.

I don’t typically leave reviews but our experience was amazing. We were having issues with our air conditioning and after a not so great experience with another company, we called Quality Comfort come out to take a look. Scheduling was easy, the person we spoke to was very nice and they came out the next day, which was appreciated since it was supposed to be in the 80s. Nate came out to evaluate. He was nice, professional, personable and explained everything in detail. Then we had Steve come to provide an estimate the next day. Same experience. He was very nice, professional, went over all of our options in detail with my wife and even waited until I got home to review with me as well. They were able to install a new unit the next business day and we had two guys at the house. The experience was consistent. They were very nice, laid out tarps all over the house so they didn’t track anything in, and efficient. I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had with everyone at Quality Comfort.

Matt was a friendly and professional plumber. He was on time and fixed a corroded pipe which was messing up our drain. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Excellent company. Installation of new HVAC was seamless, they did an incredible job with the install, cleaned up everything and were nice and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Kyle diagnosed my leaking shower head and was able to resolve the issue quickly.
