Air Serv came through for us in a huge way. We had damaged our clients AC condenser in one of the hottest days of the year. They got there within a couple hours to fix it for us. They’re always very professional and take great care of us.

Scott was friendly and efficient. He laid out all of our options from potential repairs to replacing the unit. All in all a great experience with Scott even though our a/c will probably quit working again soon (we are going with the replacement option). Appreciate the immediate response to our call for help!

Colton came out today to check our furnace and air conditioner. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely request him again in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about the People at Aire Serv of Fairfield. Needed emergency service on one of the coldest days of the year for my 84-yr old mother-in-law who had no heat. They came out and had her heat going in no time! Very professional and courteous! They always go above and beyond for our family.

Very helpful in explaining everything that was going on with my boiler and even showed pictures. They were able to clean out the boiler and get it in good shape for A LOT less than one of the big name companies. They’ll be my first call to service my boiler system from now on.

Aire Serv replaced my old oil furnace with a new heat pump and air handler. The communication and service was excellent. They offered great financing and products that met heat pump tax credit qualifications. It’s been a few months since the installation and we have had zero issues. I highly recommend their services.

We use Aire Serv for all our heating & air business. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and know their clients. They send texts to let you know they are on the way with a picture of the person who will be working on your equipment. The office manager Charline is outgoing and friendly. This is a 5 star company +.

Aire Serv was wonderful. I’d highly recommend! They were able to fit me in quickly to clean and inspect my ac unit as well as detect a leaking coil. They ordered the part and came out to replace it that same week! Very professional.

I called late in the morning and they had Scott, a very friendly and knowledgeable serviceman, out at 1pm the same day! Scott went straight to work and had a great attitude the whole time. Once he diagnosed the issue he was able to give me a quote on the job and explained the parts needed. Once I approved the repairs Scott made a parts run for brand specific parts, the job was completed within 30 minutes of his return and I'm happy to report my water heater is still working so the problem was resolved. I highly recommend as the company and Scott were very fast friendly and knowledgeable on getting the problem fixed!

The technicians were friendly and professional. The service was exactly what I needed at a better price than anyone else in the area.

Next day service, called them for a furnace tune up. The tech said the furnace didn't need to be touched as it looked perfectly fine. He then fixed an issue with my gas stove that was unrelated to my hvac system. Highly recommend

We wanted the most efficient, low emissions, heat pump HVAC system. Daikin had many efficient heat pumps to choose from. Aire Serv gave a reasonable quote and our dream came true. We installed a duel fuel heat pump system. Heat pumps are amazing. They can function both like an AC and a heater, with out burning fossil fuels to heat. Clean Technology. Aire Serv installed it perfectly and hope this system cut corbon emissions year after year. Thank You Will, Bruce and your wonderful team.

I had Aire Serv check my condenser for the first time in 5 years. I was just wanting to do preventative maintenance before the summer heat. I was careful on picking the right company before scheduling service. I didn't want to choose a company that might try to get me to have a lot of unnecessary service and end up giving me a very costly bill. After cleaning my unit the Air Serv tech showed me the 1 part he recommended be replaced. He showed me how it works and showed me the reading he got from it (with his equipment) indicating why it needed to be replaced. It was not very costly. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to call Air Serv for all my heating/cooling needs.

So when Scott from Aireserve was inspecting the heat pump outside he noticed the discharge pipe for my sump pump was broken off at the house. I went to Baker’s Hardware right after I left and got the supplies to repair it. Thanks Scott, for going above and beyond, informing me of a problem that would’ve caused water in the basement. Not your job, to let me know that, but I appreciate it very much. (Photo of problem &repair I did included).

AireServ was awesome to work with. Called them to check out our AC as it didn’t seem to be working properly. They came out that same day and it was determined that the unit was not fixable and needed replaced. They came the next morning with our new unit and installed that day. Just in time for the heatwave. They were courteous and cleaned up everything.

Repair was fair and honest. But was a little late for the appointment but managed to contact me to make sure work can still be done that day. Office was supposed to contact me for a discount that could not be applied to replace a competent for AC Unit. This discount was for future Furnace check up package that would give me a discount on the current work. Worker had trouble applying the discount on his end. Again still think the work was fair and honest which is extremely important for me. Would have been a perfect 5 stars if shown up on time and discount could be applied.
