I have been using Cincy Heating & Cooling for many years now. I am always surprised at how quickly they can squeeze me into the schedule and their prompt arrival. They always wear potection on their shoes to keep my wife happy!

They have worked on my heat pump and gas furnace over the years. The system is almost 20yrs old and they have kept it running smoothly. Whenever there has been a repair need they have always been sure to offer solutions and recommendations that have been in my best interest. Often companies try to sell you a new system to help their bottom line when they cant fix something. Cincy Heating & Cooling has not failed to fix and does not try to sell you all the time.

I know this system is due to be replaced but they have helped me get the best life out of it they can. When the time comes I will definitely buy a new sytem from them without question!

My AC quit on a hot holiday weekend. Brad was there within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem immediately, and replaced the part. He even checked the rest of the system to make sure it was operating properly. I would highly recommend this company.

Our outside A/C unit was making buzzing sound and I called Brad (one of my friends gave his number) and he visited us last evening. After checking, he changed capacitor and everything worked properly.
I was told $79 for service call and I will be charged extra for parts that he’s going to change.
But Brad gave me a receipt of $115+$79 ~ $195
I asked him if the capacitor really costs $115 then he asked me to pay $150 in cash which I did. When I checked home depot, AC capacitors are below $30.
Beware of these guys when you book them for service. They will loot you.

Cincy HVAC has been doing my personal HVAC for years. They are always quick to respond to service calls and they are affordable! Their technicians really know these systems in and out can sometimes fix problems without replacing major components. Once you find one you trust, you never need to call another. Cincy HVAC is one of those for us.

Our home was in need of a furnace repair service. We called a lot of companies to get quotes and they were all over the place. Someone recommended Cincy Heating & Cooling, so I gave them a call. They were very responsive and able to come out within the same day. The service was prompt & fast and they were able to fix my furnace problem quickly.

Our furnace stopped working Christmas Eve. Brad at Cincy Heating and Cooling came out within 2 hours on Christmas Day. It was 52 degrees in our house and extremely cold outside. He was so professional, prompt, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this company and Brad. Thank you for helping us when we needed it! You have a lifelong customer!!

Excellent service, and very honest... Brad is very professional and knew the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes.. came when He said He would come, and prices very competitive.

Such great service! I called at 10pm on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and we had a technician at our house and the a/c fixed by midnight. Not only that but when I called a real person answered. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still good. We will definitely be using them for all future service.

Cincy Heating & Cooling is AMAZING! We called them for our furnace a while back and they did such a good job that we called them back to look at our AC today. They were so patient, hardworking, careful, and overall just did such a great job (again!). We truly appreciate their service and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs servicing. You will not be disappointed.

I will never use another heating/cooling company besides Cincy heating & cooling! This was my first time using them and Brad was amazing. He was able to get in to check out our heating unit that wasn't working within an hour or two of me calling. Not only was he prompt, but he was extremely thorough in explaining everything he was looking for and what he thought might be the issue. He fixed the issue that day and also was able to find and solve another unrelated issue (at no cost). You can also tell that they aren't the type of company that's just out to get your money and that they really care about helping their customers. Highly recommend!

Brad is a stand-up gentleman, knowledgeable, and passionate about his expertise. I called him late on a weeknight, and he was able to get to my house well after normal working hours. He diagnosed the problem, talked through the issue to educate me, and fixed my AC unit fast. He’s the first and only call I’ll make in the future for AC maintenance and AC repairs (which I hope I don’t have many!). Thank you Brad!!

I have had this company install new units and maintenance several of my homes! Top notch service, that is fast, convenient, accommodating and affordable! I couldn’t say enough good things about them!!

Goller heating and cooling did the install in my new house. Within 6 months I had to call him back to look at the system. He leaves, calls me and says it was a simple fix(never would day what it was). Had to call him at the beginning of the season again this year because system wasn't cooling. He comes out , refills the coolant (charges me) and says there is a leak in the system, and that he noticed it last year (when I still had a warranty on his work, but never mentioned it to me. My neighbor whose house was built at the same time has had.notjing but issues. This guy is not very good at what he does, and he cuts corners at all cost. A scheister to say the least. DO NOT employ this man if you plan to build a lasting home. His work is terrible, his work ethic is nothing to be payed for. Please do not hire this man.

Goller Heating and Cooling installed two furnaces in my duplex and did an amazing job. Mike is super friendly and hard-working and was both professional and very helpful, would highly recommend them to install your heating or cooling in your home or office.

Joey the technician was very friendly and thorough in repairing our furnace motor. There were no surprises and when he left, you couldn't tell he was there. He explained what repair was needed to be done and completed the work in the time he said it would take. Would definitely recommend Air Serv!

Thomas was punctual and extremely friendly. He was very considerate of our house while working on the heating unit. He was very thorough and explained each step he had taken to rectify our problem.
