I have been using Tim and his crew for over 20 years. They are very professional. They are honest, reasonable price, and will not take advantage of anyone. I love this company.

Very quick response when I first reached out. Extremely friendly, well educated, and went above and beyond his job description as he had to fight off a wasp nest lol! Reasonably priced and they dont try to sell you unnecessary services. Will definitely continue to use in the future!

A friend recently asked me to recommend a heating and air co. to her. The following is what I wrote...

Well. I've been with so many. Like them fine and then not so much. But recently I was recommended to this guy who's co. Is called
"Another heating and air conditioning co."
I think they saved me $12,000. !!
We'll see if it works out in a few years, but it's looking really good so far.
They saved the person who recommended them to me something like $40,000! And that was two years ago and still she says the work is good, so I think they're the real thing.
I don't remember where their office is, and the girl who books their jobs is a bit dingy.. you might have to call a few times... but we'll worth it.
I'm not by my desk right now but it's easy to look them up.
If that doesn't work I have others.. the past ones, but all of them seem to go for the big ticket... every time.

Two of Another's technicians came by yesterday to install our new Nest thermostat, and we are very happy with the results. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, and efficient. We will of course be calling on Another Heating for future HVAC needs.

Professional. On time for the appointment that I scheduled. Very happy with the explanation of what needed to be done and letting me know what options I had for service. I will always use another heating and air and highly recommended them.

We've used this company for several years because they're so reasonably priced and, more importantly, honest. Recently we woke to a cold house and found that our 19-year-old furnace wasn't running. The inducer blower had stopped working, and we decided that rather than fix it we should buy a new furnace. They were kind enough to work us into their schedule for a next-day installation. However, when they came out the next morning and took a second look at the motor, they found that there was a small piece of metal jamming the fan. They cleaned it out and the fan started right up. They lost the sale for now but definitely earned our loyalty for years to come.

Honest professional quality work half the price of the big conglomerate companies. Family owned and operated for 40 years. Will treat you like family. If there is ever a problem Tim or Dustin will go out of their way to make sure it gets fixed.

Called morning of because my doggie daycare AC unit was working improperly. Tech came out and fixed issue within 2hrs. Very efficient! Will 100% use again and send business their way!

Another heating air was very prompt on timing made a call for service they were right out had my furnace replaced and they were professional and clean and respectful. I will now use them for all my hvac issues. Great customer service .

I've used them twice during extremely cold weather when I couldn't order a part fast enough . They had the parts in stock and were very responsive and professional.They explained what was wrong and showed the bad part and how to check them. As a mechanical engineer I appreciated the walk thru.

Heater went out on a Sunday...they were at my house at 8am on Monday. I have a 30 year old furnace, and when an electric component went bad, I assumed I’d be buying a new heater...but the technician, Dustin, said he collects old parts from HVACs that he salvaged and had some parts for mine that hadn’t been made in decades. Then, he pulled open the wiring schematic and was rewiring the internal components! He’s and HVAC savant, is super nice, and saved me a TON of money! Awesome to find someone who is devoted to their craft like him!

I would not recommend this company to anyone especially people of color! They came out for a service call, however they told me that they will call me to have someone else come out. Afterwards they never came out again neither did they respond to any of my phone calls or messages. They have a secretary who took my messages and told me they would call me but they never ever called me back. I'm not sure if it was because they don't deal with the African-American community or if they just don't deal with churches or any of that was fine that was something they should have said to me. We got no service from them whatsoever we got no response from any of our phone calls we got no help from them. So if you're looking for someone to do any type of work in that nature they are not people that I would recommend especially people of color.

Two weeks later you reply, Here in lays the problem Owner! If you could not take on the Job, it would have been appreciated for you to just say that! But you held us up for several weeks having me call and leave messages to no response. I will not retract the review that I placed on your company because this is the first time that you or anyone from your company has responded So no I don't recommend you to anyone! In my opinion and assessment stays the same, take care!

Ps the boiler's blower motor was the problem! I diagnosed it and did the repairs!

We had no heat, We got scheduled for the next day. Charles was on time, was professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The repair was done promptly and was very reasonably priced. Appreciate this kind of Service especially in these times. Thanks again.

I just recently started using this company after a competitor specializing in older homes emptied the coolant out of our ductless mini split heat pump unit and then wanted to charge us $800+ to refill the coolant and another $400 to run a leak check; and told me that we may need a new mini split

Another came out, tightened the loose connectors and refilled the coolant. No issues with the function of the unit, just loose connectors.

The company is honest and reasonably priced.

Called to have my boiler system inspected before winter. When they arrived they asked me what I wanted them to check on it. I don’t know what needs checked having never had a boiler before which was why I called but he seemed annoyed anyways as I told him that. After they finished and said it was operating fine I was signing the invoice and he grabbed my cat by the tail and yanked his legs off the ground several times. Obviously the cat yowled each time and he said “this cat doesn’t care at all, that’s what these tails are for” and laughed. This is the last company I’d ever want in my house again.

Great service and quick turnaround. We had a clogged condensate line that was tough to clear. Thought it was cleared after the first visit but it turned out it wasn't. They came back quickly and resolved the issue. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We woke up with no heat after having a springlike March day. I called and scheduled a maintenance / service call around 10:30am that morning and the lovely lady on the phone said they could have a tech there within the hour. 20 mins later I got a call saying the tech would be there in 10 mins. (Who do you call and get same day service within the hour?!) Anyway after arriving he tore our HVAC all apart, fixed the issue, cleaned everything and got the heat back on by noon that day Very respectful, hard working & patient. We will totally use this Another Heating & Air conditioning from now on.

Great experience so far, fit me in on short notice, clean straight to the point good work, decent price. Cares about relationship with customers. Highly recommend.

Chuck is the man. Super honest and incredibly knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs.
