Such a great company! Used in November for new heat and got done extremely quickly so my son could have heat in 0° weather. Then just got brand new ac installed for summer and did not disappoint! Very nice and timely crew got it up and running in no time. Great pricing in this bad economy and very caring.Will recommend for everyone to use Another heating and air for all your needs!!

Charles explained the details of replacing my steam boiler, found the boiler and began the process that afternoon during a time when the temperatures were in the teens. Another Heating & Air Conditioning has followed up to ensure my system is keeping the house warm. If you need a/c, Heating or boiler replacement, give them a call.

I've been a loyal customer of Another Heating and Cooling for several years and have had both positive and negative experiences with their service, especially since the change in ownership. While their technical expertise and quality of work have been commendable in the past, their recent shift in customer service leaves much to be desired.

In the past, I've had multiple positive encounters with Another Heating and Cooling. Their technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful, and I always felt confident in the services they provided. However, with the transition to new ownership, I've noticed a significant decline in their customer service responsiveness.

Recently, I had a larger project that required their attention. Unfortunately, I faced disappointment in their customer service during this process. It took three frustrating phone calls just to get them to schedule an appointment to assess the project. This delay was inconvenient and did not align with the efficient service I had come to expect from them.

To add to the frustration, the new ownership failed to provide a detailed estimate for the project. Transparent pricing and detailed estimates are crucial for customers to make informed decisions. Their lack of communication in this regard left me feeling uncertain about the overall cost and scope of the project, which is certainly not the experience I had grown accustomed to with this company.

While I still have confidence in Another Heating and Cooling's technical abilities based on my previous interactions, their recent struggles with customer service and communication have cast a shadow over my overall impression. It's my hope that they address these issues and return to the level of service that initially earned my loyalty. Until then, I'm left with mixed feelings about recommending their services, especially for larger projects.

Excellent and quick when our heat went out after business hours. Fair and affordable.

My two year old furnace stopped working the day before New Years. Another Heating and Cooling came out first thing Tuesday and diagnosed the issue. They were quick and knowledgeable.

The part had to be ordered and came in late the next day. They came out first thing Thursday morning and replaced that part. It turned out that the part was made differently and required a new control board. The tech drove 45 minutes away to pick up the part, he then came back and installed it the same day.

Their prices are fantastic and their communication is top notch. I met 2 techs both friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If I have any Heating and Cooling problems in the future I will be calling them again.

Great people, great company. I called during a major heat wave as our air conditioning unit had gone out. They came out same day to diagnose the problem, fixed it quickly and did not try to oversell us on a new unit we didn’t need.

I highly recommend Another Heating and Air for their exceptional service and expertise. At approximately 7 PM, I received a call from my tenant regarding a malfunctioning air conditioner at my rental property. As expected, the unit broke down after hours on one of the hottest days. I contacted Another Heating and Air outside their business hours and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt answer. Charles, the owner, assured me that he would inspect the unit the following day and instructed me to contact the office in the morning. Charles arrived promptly at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and completed a very quick fix, restoring the system to working order within approximately 10 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. Notably, Charles demonstrated trustworthiness and expertise in solving the problem, which was not related to the blower on the motor as I initially suspected. Given the age of our unit, I plan to hire Another Heating and Air to install a new furnace and air conditioner at the rental property in the fall.

We've been a customer of Another Heating for over 25 years. Fast accurate service and always on time. Best in the valley. I would give them 12 stars if I could.

The ownership is a rare combination of highly ethical, enormously responsive and highly skilled. As long as I am a home owner - I will never use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

My experience:

Furnace fault code to ethically priced replacement less than 24 hours. It’s important to note the team knew we had a two month old baby and we needed heat immediately! They absolutely crushed it!

These guys are the best! Most honest and fair to deal with in the business! My parents have used them for over a decade and now it’s my turn to keep the tradition going to only use them. Thanks again Charles and the rest of the team at Another Heating and Cooling!

Another Heating and Air Conditioning has surpassed my expectations with their service! I had a unusual issue that was hard to diagnose, but Charles wouldn't give up until he figured it out. He made 3 trips to my home, trying something different each time. He wanted to try the more simple things first and not just throw parts at it. He figured it out on the second trip and had to order parts and came out on the third trip to fix it. He didn't charge me for the 3 trips and he wouldn't take any additional money. They are very trustworthy, ethical and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Charles!
