Previously went to tri state heating and air for an 7 year old electric furnace not operating correctly they tried to sell me a whole new furnace said current furnace "was not fixable"

Trenton HVAC came out found two or so heating elements not firing. Fixed the sequencer next day furnace works fine.

One of the owners themselves came out to my house to speak with me to replace my central heat and air. He was very down-to-earth and didn't constantly try to up-sell me on everything we were discussing. The guys that came out and put my system in were wonderfu. They got it done quicker than they thought they would and left the place cleaner than it was when they got there. Very fair and reasonable pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of heating air conditioning work done or to purchase a system.

Fast, professional and very fairly priced! We had problems with our central air in the heat of summer. They came out the same day we called and we had glorious air conditioning just 30 minutes later! I recommend them to everyone I know and I have never heard of anyone being disappointed! 1000% would call again!

I called and told them we had no heat. Duke advise us they were shutting the power off @1pm for maintenance work. They had somone out here @11:30am. The guy was super nice. Dwayne repaired my propane furnace and did a great job. The furnace was under 10 years old and had a warranty for the heat exchangers. Dwayne took care of the warranty claim for the failed heat exchangers, patiently waited for the backordered parts to be delivered and got the system repaire like new. Saved me a ton of money and frankly a ton of time. I highly recommend Dwayne for all your propane furnace related services. Thank you Dwayne!
