I had a very complicated electronic control problem for a geothermal HVAC system that 3 other HVAC technicians could not fix. They all wanted to sell me a whole new system but if they could not fix the current system why would I buy a new one from them? Cincy Heating & Cooling was able to repair it in a short period of time and it continues to work.

Best company around. This is one of those old style companies that care more about the customer than making a few extra dollars. Brad could have easily charged me for hundreds, but instead chose to fix me small problem for a small fee.

Brad Wilhelm is reliable, punctual, courteous, and honest. He always provides information about what needs to be repaired and shows where the problem is and how long it will take to repair. His estimates are reasonable and appropriate.

I have MS and can’t take the heat was refers to Cincy Heating and Air. They went out of the way making the appointment at 9:00 am the next day. Fred repaired the problem and is working with me to install a new one since the old one was 23 yrs old. You can’t go wrong with this company it’s nice to deal with someone who really cares. Phenomenal! Walked us through steps to fix my short cycling furnace over the phone and we were able to get it working. Super sweet man, very kind and patient and even offered to come out same day if we couldn’t get it working.

Cincy Heating & Cooling provided incredibly prompt service when my air conditioner died. The owner personally came to my house within a hour. He diagnosed the situation, repaired the issue in one hour fifteen minutes. Best $150 I could spend. He warranted the work stating that the equipment should last for a few more years. He suggested calling back next year for a cleaning maintenance service. I'll do it gladly.
He earned an A+.
