We had our AC quit working on Sunday. We called Aire Serv. They were quick to return our call. And we’re out within 2hrs of us calling. Scott was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. We were back up and running in no time. Highly recommend Aire Serv for your HVAC needs.

I got up this morning to my AC blowing warmish air. I had no idea to call. So I called my sister and asked who she uses for AC issues and she gave me AIRE SERV & #.
I called at 10:53am and got scheduled to have a tech out between 2-4pm today! I got a call at 12:42 and it was my tech Scott saying he was running early and
he could be at my home in 20 minutes. Was that ok with me and I said yes! He came did what needed to be done and we now have cold air again. I think we lucked out!!

Scott, was amazing. He got right to work and explained how everything was going to go in a way I understood. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He had a young guy in training with him and he was great too!!

I love that they sent me a picture of the service technician that would be coming to my home. Additionally, the they kept me updated as to when he would be arriving & he was on time. He was very professional, courteous & explained everything in detail, then showed me pictures of what he saw & where the damage occurred.

I am very impressed with the service technician & the AireServ company as a whole. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy came the same day we called him. He assessed our situation and gave us a verbally detail quote. He arrived the next day and completed the job wonderfully. He was very kind and professional. Cleaned up the area nicely. We would highly recommend them.

AireServ (specifically Jeremy C) is the most honest, helpful HVAC company I've come across. My story: I called Apollo first. Technician came out, charged $89 service fee. Took one look at the unit and said "oh this brand is junk, I can't believe it is still running". He took the panel off and shined a flashlight in. Said it was the blower fan. It would cost me $400 in labor just for him to remove it and check if it could be repaired. If it needed replaced, it would be $2,800. He recommended just going with a whole new system. They sent a guy out to give me a quote.

AireServ came out the same day with no service charge for a second opinion. Jeremy was downstairs for about 10 minutes and he had the system running again. It was just a loose screw on the fan. He did this for FREE. I decided to pay for a full system diagnostic and everything checked out. We were back in business. He said if the parts ever needed replaced, it would only be about $800 (compared to $2800 from Apollo).

The funny part is while this was going on, Apollo's salesman was there trying to talk me into buying a $13,000 brand new system.

If you value your time and money, call AireServ. They will treat you like family and will never use shady tactics to try and get you to spend money you don't need to.

Prompt and professional service from Jordan, the on call tech on the weekend my AC decided it needed a break. Very knowledgable and willing to explain everything going on with my unit. Remedied the issue I was having. 100% recommend Aireserv for your HVAC needs.

They came out quickly and checked are AC unit where the coil was freezing up and froze our outside unit as well
. He did an amazing job and checked everything thoroughly.

Techs were super professional. I highly recommend Aire Serv for any maintenance or emergency repairs. Cody was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and performed the inspection thoroughly. My furnace was a 1999 model and the heater exchanger was broken down. I am extremely happy with my new furnace. Thank you to Cody, Jody, and the other techs that came to my house and helped us.

Very informative individuals working from top to bottom. Had a new heat pump system installed and from start to finish of the entire procedure, we felt wanted as customers. Great installation team that came in and got the job finished very efficiently

Amazing service. Have used them the last few years for my furnace service in the winter and central air service in the summer. They do a thorough job and when I do run into an unexpected issue (old furnace) they come out same day and take care of me.

I'd give Aire Serv extra stars if I could. Their team was friendly, fast, and competent. I had initially called a different HVAC company out to address my furnace that would not start. They promised same day service. It turned out to be service without a solution. Enter Aire Serv, my problem was handled quickly at a faction of the competitors prices. I highly recommend them.

I've been a property manager for 20 years and I've hired dozens of HVAC companies. Aire Serv is simply the best HVAC service company I've ever used. They are fast, reliable, and their product knowledge is superior. Many HVAC contractors try to sell first, regularly recommending replacement rather than just fixing the unit and offering advice. They know what they are doing and you can trust them. Excellent customer service too!
