This is the 2nd time dealing with Aire Serv through our home warranty and they have been professional and exceptionally polite each time. Communication was great from first scheduling to arriving earlier than expected on the day of service. I would definitely recommend this company. Very nice people place can be tight to maneuver if you not there early

Customer service was great they go by appointments only so don't get here early due to very limited parking. The parking lot can get tight with all the cars but if you know what you're doing it's not a problem. Unloading time took an hour and It's one way in an out if you have a 7:15 am appointment you can park here overnight in dock 3 or 4 if it's available.

Needed parts for a 1997 York/ Luxair unit. Most of what I needed were in stock and they had the remainder the next day. Great, friendly, helpful counter staff.

Just giving my honest opinion of Virginia Aire and there staff and the staff's knowledge of the products ! Two thumbs up and I can say with out a smidge of a doubt; that there are always on point and I truly believe that if you spend 500 bucks a year to 500,000 a year you are just as important to them no matter the situation!
