Wayne and his crew were able to come out during a hectic holiday week at Christmas and give us a great quote. We followed up after we closed on the house and his team was great to work with.

Wayne was outstanding, was able to schedule the exact time I was looking for which helped tremendously. He was efficient in finding the issue that prevented our AC from working, fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price! Can’t praise this company enough. On Sunday of a holiday weekend my water heater died about 2 pm. I had guys there with a brand new water heater first thing Monday morning (presidents day). Having it completely replaced and working again in less than 24 hours on a holiday weekend is just unreal. You need work done call them simple as that.

Hudson Heating and Air was super helpful! They came to my place the same day I reached out and figured out what was wrong with my AC unit. They ordered the part I needed and had it fixed in just two days. Everyone there was really friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Wanted to wait a full year to provide an overall open and honest review. In November 2020 we upgraded our Goodman HVAC w/ heat pump (10+ years old, original to the house) to a Daikin HVAC w/ vertical heat pump through Wingate. I constantly see HELP, Thomas and Galbraith, and Apollo in our HOA where we live, but I had two friends refer Wingate to me and I'm so happy I listened. The installers were professional, came on time, cleaned up, and walked me through step-by-step how to program the new Daikin smart thermostat and exactly which filters I would need for our furnace and the new humidifier (which we love, built in humidifier is so nice!). The heat pump is an amazing upgrade alone as you can't even hear it, and sits vertically taking up minimal space. Our Goodman heat pump blew directly up to our deck causing extra heat in the summer months, this one blows out sideways and much quieter below our deck. Our neighbors had a Carrier heat pump installed right before us in 2020 and I can still hear theirs kick on and run. I'd like to note we have also had ZERO issues and our Duke Energy bills have decreased due to the new system being that much more efficient. Cannot recommend Wingate enough; their price, professionalism, and work is fabulous.

I've done business with them twice. 1 for my ac unit and the other when my heat stopped working when the temp was almost 0°. They were not only fast to respond and professional but they diagnosed the problem and laid out my options simply and effectively. Turned out I needed the heater replaced. Mike and the team came out the next day to replace it days before the temperature fell below zero. Super grateful for this company and the professionalism they provided. Top notch customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been with Wingate since late 2023 and they are great. They take care of you when you need assistance with Healing, Cooling, Plumbing or Roofing. Their technicians are excellent. I really like how well Technician Ty took care of my furnace maintenance on 11/26/2024 and hope he will be able handle it in the future.

We had a great experience getting a routine inspection of our furnace and troubleshooting a problem with short cycling. Robby was super professional and thorough, provided detailed information, didn't try to upsell anything, and worked quickly and efficiently. Best part - my dog was so excited to see him! We're excited to continue with Wingate for routine maintenance for our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Wingate. I had a maintenance check on my furnace and the technician, Ty, was awesome. He was super friendly, very thorough with his work, and explained everything very well. Would definitely call them again if I had any issues. Highly recommend!

Wingate installed my AC. Roof and Sump Pump. My AC was out for 18 days during a very long hot and humid period. The heat index was over 100 degrees for weeks. They came out 8 times and couldn't figure out how to fix the system. After 8 days, I bought 2 window units to help cool down the house but they would not reimburse me. They told me after I complained to the BBB that I shouldn't expect them to pay for them. I really regret doing business with them and I am letting people know that so they don't make the same mistake.

We contacted Wingate for a free roof inspection after we found shingles in our yard following a storm. Emily left us with a great first impression and had Lonny come out to conduct a thorough inspection. Lonny was extremely thorough and ensured nothing was overlooked. He identified several issues with our roof and guided us through the eventual insurance process, making the experience much less stressful with his knowledge and experience. Ultimately our roof has been replaced and looks great!

Scheduling with Wingate was easy and communication throughout the process was great. Our technician, Robby, was very thorough in his inspection of our AC systems and was very courteous. We haven’t yet done any major repairs with them, but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.

I had an exceptional experience with Wingate! I just recently bought a home and ofcourse 2 months after moving in a tree fell on the roof after a storm. It's always scary trusting some company you found on the internet but Wingate was very quick and responsive when completeing the roof repair. They went above and beyond to help get my insurance claim settled ( Allstate is the worst). They deserve way more than 5 stars :)
