Robert Stamper fixed my HVAC and did a great job. He found the problem fast and explained it in a way I could understand.

He was friendly and respectful. He only fixed what was needed and did not try to sell me extra stuff. My system works great now and the price was fair.

Tyler with Apollo Home came out to do an electrical safety inspection on our new home. He was very helpful with answering all of my questions and carried himself in a courteous and professional manner the entire time he was there. I am grateful for him coming out to give my family peace of mind. We highly recommend him and Apollo Home!

I used Apollo Home in Cincinnati for a water heater repair. The technician did a good job, and the repair itself was completed properly.
However, I was very disappointed with the pricing of the materials. The cost charged for parts was nearly double the market price, which feels unreasonable and unfair. While the service quality was acceptable, the excessive markup on materials significantly outweighs the positive experience.
Because of this, I would not recommend purchasing any products or materials from Apollo Home. Customers should be very cautious about pricing and consider sourcing parts independently if possible.

I am responding to the owner's comments as they contain several inaccuracies. At no point did I complain about the service; my sole concern was the excessive cost of the water heater, which remains significantly higher than market rates even after the mentioned discount. Contrary to the owner’s claim, no meaningful resolution or assistance was provided. I am disappointed that the response mischaracterizes my feedback rather than addressing the pricing issue.

Apollo was great. 16 degrees outside and my heater died. Had a tech in my home in just a few hrs. My system was 38 yrs old and dead. Next day, had 2 HVAC technicians here at 0700 to install a new system and they added a free water heater as well. I can't express my gratitude enough. Amazing how quick and professional they were. Hope you get Sean and his partner, Paul. The original company I called never even imcalled me back after assuring me they'd call me back soon. Jim Mulloney

Absolutely terrible experience.
My initial appointment was for a clogged kitchen sink drain—but by the time the technician arrived, the drain had already cleared on its own. Instead of simply charging the $89 service fee for essentially doing nothing, they signed me up for their Apollo Care program.
Not long after, the drain problems came back. A technician claimed the issue was the piping under the sink being at the wrong angle. They replaced the pipes, but the problem persisted. When their manager came out, he told me the pipes should never have been replaced because that wasn’t the issue. He offered to credit what I spent toward water jetting but couldn’t guarantee it would fix anything—and then quoted me $1,000 after a $300 discount. After looking up average water‑jetting prices ($350–$800), there was no way I was trusting them with that job.
I called Curry and Son instead. They diagnosed the actual problem in a single visit and used a tool called a Picote to clear the line. Online pricing for that service ranges from about $450–$1,000—they charged me $650, and we haven’t had a single issue since.
I canceled my Apollo Care plan, and no one even bothered to ask why. Then today, I received a mailer asking me to recommend them to a friend and offering a discount on more service.
Beware of using this company! Their pricing is inflated, their recommendations were wrong, and they tried to upsell me on work they never should’ve done in the first place.

Had to pre PAY PRIOR to them even coming out. They dont make set time appointments but say they will work with in a time span. No problem. Told him im available 10am to 3pm. A 5 hour time span. Quarter till 3 rolls around, still no apollo. I reschedule for the next day, a day they suggested i could reschedule for. Next day comes. Im told there are no appointments or techs available EVEN THOUGH they sent me a message that morning saying I had an appointment thay day and they would message 30 mins before the tech arrives. With that horrible start, im requesting a refund. I was looking to get a new gas line and fix quite a few plumbing issues. They also saved my card on file after charging for estimation services, even when asked specifically not to.

Austin and Colin were great. Austin was very pleasant and explained everything that was going on for the day. My wife was comfortable, which is very important, since I was going to work. I got to know him a little bit by discussing the Army, in which we both served. The clean up was great and they did great prep work before I left for work. I also called when they had finished. My wife had me on speaker, and she was very happy about the clean up. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Apollo for sending both Austin and Colin to address our needs. I will recommend your company to my friends and family in the future.

Ian Hart is the best 👌 electrician we have ever had come out to our house! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He also taught me about the electrical panel and the GFIs. He helped us work toward a solution for a light fixture controlled by 3 switches in 3 locations (which is very confusing to homeowners). He made it simple to understand 😀! His demeanor is extremely helpful and we would love to have him come out again 😀.

We had Josh Cannon out this morning for a stubborn clogged kitchen sink. He was the 3rd technician after try one the camera man came out then Josh, our hero came this morning promptly at 8am as promised. He wanted to try the traditional way one more time before we had to go the expensive route. He took his time, was diligent and got that clog removed! We are flowing free thanks to him for a very modest price as well. We’ve had Apollo out for plumbing and electrical issues a few times and it’s always a great experience. We will always use Apollo and highly recommend them to anyone.

After the freezing winter around Valentine's day, our pipes burst. Didn't have water (hot) for almost 2 weeks. Called Apollo after my sister recommended them and they came through!!! Their tech Robert P and his coworker (name escapes me) were DETERMINED to fix our pipes. Now, EVERYONE GETS A SHOWER!

My husband and I had a new water heater installed after ours broke, and was leaking. It was replaced, but the wire was not long enough to reach, so instead of adding an electrical box, they just used tape. It was also missing a fitting. When we tried to get them to come out, they sent a plumber, even though I said on the phone it was the electrical work. They then said they would CHARGE us to fix the work they originally did. Super frustrating especially when we paid $3400!!!!! Avoid.

I Highly recommend Apollo Home for all your home needs. They are professional, honest and reasonably priced. Josh was the tech guy that explained everything carefully. Before Apollo came out, I had another well-known company come out and did not clear the drainm but charged me anyway. I joined their maintenance plan while he was here. Don't go anywhere else but Apollo.

Had a great experience with Apollo! On Friday my son discovered a faulty outlet. I began calling around to several different places and their receptionist was very helpful and kind! She put me on the schedule for an appointment the next morning. James came out and did an excellent job he replaced the outlet and was also able to explain to me why it was happening so I could avoid any issues in the future! I definitely will be recommending Apollo home!

Joe and his team are extremely professional, performed quality work quickly, efficiently and cleanly. He managed to put a couple more decades of life into my home and I am greatly appreciative of it. A total pipe replacement removing old corroded and calcified cast iron and galvanized steel pipes that were leaking inside my walls. I could not ask for a better professional.

Apollo was amazing. Our technician, Thomas, was so thorough, communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. They came out and fixed our problem ASAP when we were without heat with a newborn. Cannot say enough great things about this company!

I recently had an outstanding experience with this electrical service team. The technician who came out for my initial inspection was incredibly thorough—he walked me through everything in detail to ensure we were on the same page, and he drafted exactly what I needed. The scheduling team was also super accommodating—I had to reschedule twice, once due to work and once because of a winter storm, and they made it seamless. When the technician returned the following week, he confirmed everything, adjusted the work order slightly, and got it all finalized quickly. The work was completed efficiently, everything was kept clean, and the technician’s thoroughness really stood out. I highly recommend them!

A new dedicated line/ outlet (next to panel); Additional outlet added to existing line (other side of a wall) + a new breaker for the circuit; Additional light fixture added to a line; a dimmer switch for the existing line on the light. Total; ~$1600.00 (I purchased the yearly inspection as I intended to do more work this year)

Matthew replaced a shower cartridge for me. Mine was stripped and the water would not cut off. He was courteous, professional, explained what needed to be done and the process. He did an excellent job.

Highly recommend Apollo! We had another company quote us but ultimately went with Apollo due to their professionalism and warranties. From the initial service call, to the quote, through installation everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is our second time having a major appliance installed with them, the first being a water heater and they were amazing then as well. Absolutely worth paying a little extra for knowing you’re in good hands!

First time using Apollo Home. I joined the Care Plan and I am so pleased with the service and the special attention that Dave gave explaining questions I had. Anthony was awesome and he did a great job. He kept me informed as he was working. Took care of our property and protected the floors. Cleaned up and explained everything at the end.

Phenomenal customer service. Josh explained everything to me along the way of my big electrical job. He was confident and thorough and I agreed to do the work immediately. They did the work same day, cleaned up after themselves and I had no inconveniences during the several hour project.
