Call these guys if you need anything HVAC done in the Cincinnati area! Can’t say enough great things about my experience. I was scheduled to have regular maintenance done on my AC in early August. My technician, Cooper, called and said he could get me in a few days early. Even though he was on the opposite side of town, he still made a point to make sure our unit was properly serviced (extra appreciated given the summer heat). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure everything to do with the HVAC was up to par (he even showed me how to close off one of the old, unused vents from the former system and was creating extra humidity in the basement).Cooper took his time and the quality of his work is very evident. He walked me through everything he did & was happy to answer all of my questions. He also spent a few extra minutes vacuuming his footprints off of the carpet in the basement. These guys are legit; very fairly priced, and extremely professional. I hope you get Cooper - he’s the man. I’ll be recommending them to my neighbors!

Mitchell did an outstanding job in servicing my HVAC. I have a variable speed fan that has not worked properly for years. His knowledge of both HVAC and controls was invaluable as the system now works better than it has in the 6 years since it was installed (by someone else!). Trustworthy and knowledgeable!

Mitchell was very knowledgeable, polite and right on time for our appointment. Mitchell pinpointed the problem with a matter of minutes he went over our options and also made us aware of his maintenance program, which we signed up for instantly. He had our air conditioner up and running in no time his prices are very reasonable and we recommend him to anybody.

Mitchell arrived on time and serviced our AC unit. He inspected the entire system and did whatever was needed to keep it running properly and reliably. He was most professional and courteous. He even put on “booties” when walking in our home and made us feel very comfortable about his company. We would recommend him to anyone we know. What a great experience. We absolutely will be using Knock Knock exclusively if we need any help in the future.

We had Knock Knock put a mini split into an addition to our house last year and they did a great job! Mitchell is very knowledgeable and stands by his work. He is great about making sure everything is working the way you want it.

We had them install a new HVAC system for the rest of the house last week. The crew was very nice, professional and efficient. The new system works great and I could not be happier! Everything is working great and I know that if we have any issue at all Mitchell will get out here to take a look at it as quickly as possible. This is a great small, local company and I highly recommend them.

Great company. Mitchell is super knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. He explained in detail some of the issues I had been having with my unit without bashing the other company. He seems to really want what is best for the customer, not just what is best for his bottom line. Definitely recommend.

Mitchell and his Dad came to my house last week to add a return air duct and a humidifier to our furnace. Mitchell was very knowledgeable and I couldn't have been happier with everything he did.
It started with the moment that I saw they wore booties when they came in my house, and took them off before they went outside. (Unfortunately, so many people think it is okay to wear booties outside and then come back in your house ~ not sure what they are thinking)?
Mitchell did a wonderful job on everything and he and his Dad were incredibly neat. There was no sign of them doing any work. Everything had been cleaned vacuumed perfectly.
I highly recommend Knock Knock for any HVAC work you need to have done. I don't say that easily. My husband owns a remodeling company and I have seen many shady people in this industry. Mitchell truly stands out and is a very genuine person.

Was well pleased with Knock Knock Heating and Cooling , They were on time and the service Tech took the time to explain the process of a complete diagnostic service to maintain the equipment that I have. Cleaned outside condensing unit cked all the controls and put it all back together . Checked pressure of Freon and outside and inside air temps to ballence out the system. Cooper and Tim were excellent technicians. They arrived as scheduled and wasted no time getting my mini split heat pumps installed. Both worked constantly without taking breaks, cleaned up and removed all trash before leaving. Cooper took extra time to explain how to use my system. Couldn't be happier.
