I had a 9k cool/12k heat Daikin mini-split installed in my second story bedroom to keep it cool during summer due to poor ducting in my 1920s home. Todd was quick to respond and seemed genuine. He was honest on price and I didn't feel any pressure to buy during our conversation. I received quotes from two other local companies and River View was the cheapest by a few hundred dollars, for what I consider a better brand. From my research, Mitsubishi is known as the best, Daikin is second, and almost every other brand falls below and is made by the same company (think Carrier) and rebranded.

The bedroom can be cooled in less than 15 minutes to 72 degrees.

River View installed a mini split in my finished attic space. The install was completed in a day and the difference is amazing. This space was always too hot to use in the Summer and now I can have family visit and enjoy the extra room. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and professional experience. Thank you River View for a job well done.

I have a three season room, that I wanted turned into a four season room. Had one company come out and said they couldn’t do it, because I had nowhere to put the duct. Called River View for a second option and my wife and I are now the proud owners of a split system heating and air. Todd and his crew did a wonderful job and we are sitting in our new four seasons room feeling very comfortable.The installers put walking trail through the house where they walked and cleaned up afterwards. Very efficient!

River view saved me so much money. I was quoted over $1,000 for a non-existent repair. I was quoted $700 to clean an internal part in my furnace. I made this mistake of hiring a larger company and they tried to overcharge me for things I didn't even need. When Riverview came out they said everything was working perfectly. I did not have to have anything repaired. They cleaned my ac/furnace and even the internal parts for a great price.

A rare find of a genuinely local owned HVAC company. They exceeded our expectations for turnaround time. They were easy to communicate with, came in, found the issue, and resolved it quickly and with a very fair price. There was no pressure or upselling by the team. I will be moving forward with them to service our systems twice a year and recommend everyone to do the same.
