Looking for a HVAC company? Look no further. After a friend used Finneytown HVAC, I decided to give them a try. They're fantastic. There was no pushy salesmanship when I said I only wanted to repair rather than replace, and he complimented me on my choice of words by saying, "Right on," and went out of his way to do it with a smile on his face.

I called them on a Saturday morning and they had a technician to my property just a few hours later. He was very nice, called ahead, fixed the issue pretty quick and the cost was very reasonable. They will be my go to company for all my HVAC related issues moving forward at my rental properties.

Appointment made easily. Ben called at start of arrival window and was there in minutes. Respectful and professional. Diagnosed and temp fixed issue within minutes as well. It's a 28 year old furnace so decisions to make which Ben was helpful again in discussing. Thank you!

called for freezing evaporator. Had to call back to get my invoice adjusted because I was charged for unnecessary items. 2 weeks later same issue came back and I had to call a different company to fix. Imagine paying $2000.00 for them to misdiagnose and "fix" the issue.

I am a volunteer consultant for a non-profit pantry who has a walk in freezer for frozen food items. This freezer is about 50 years old with worn-out entry door. I contacted a number commercial refrigerator services for help but they declined to offer any repair services for a unit this old, until I found Otis Refrigeration Services in Cincinnati Ohio. They agreed that it was repairable so I took a chance with them. I was not disappointed.

Everyone in each department I was in contact with was competent, confident, congenial, and seriously concerned about providing a solution at an equitable price. I reasonably expect my vendors to earn my respect and my business, by going the extra mile to meet my company’s needs, and everyone in every department definitely went beyond the extra mile provide a solution to my difficult problem.

Don’t know where to start call Otis refrigeration. I had a cooler at 55° send a technician out. I was going at the time technician check the cooler, but I came back. Technician told me compressor was bad. He tried to hard start would not do the compressor took his word for it. in the process of waiting, I went ahead took the Cooler serial number called True Cooler give them the serial number. They gave me the item number for the Wright part for that Cooler. They knew everything about this Cooler history by the serial number. The price was 1400 and some odd dollars . but to have a licensed technician Call in order it from them, it’s $500 and some change. I didn’t tell him I knew this and I was waiting on his call when he called me. He beat it around the bush said it was a hard find to find my right compressor. And then quoted me a price almost 2927.00 . and then I let him know what I knew. I found the compressor for 1400 but if you are licensed what he was he gets it The same price my air conditioner guy got! He acted like he was surprised And stumbled on his own words, I can lock the price down for the part down to 500 and something and then he gave me another ridiculous price almost $1400 on top of the 500. Told him no thanks, just charge me for the time. The technician was here which was 28 minutes. I have it on camera. He said set 14 Of the Minutes in his Work van on his phone. And $140 just a ride over here he told me he would crack the time he said the technician said it was an hour or he was in here, but he was not and bill me. OK, I thought I was done with that. Come to find out it wasn’t my compressor at all. It was a relay switch. The compressor was running, so why would he try to put a hard start on? It goes to show you you can’t trust some of these businesses out here. We are a small business owner, that struggles to keep up with the big businesses and here we have them doing this kind of shit! He could’ve put us out of business so I highly not recommend this company!

Highly recommend- Mike called 20 minutes before his arrival. He was very professional explained what was broken on our heat pump got it fixed. Definitely will call them for service.

Have yearly service plan for furnace and air conditioner. Schibi is always reliable and on time . Cleaned and serviced my furnace this fall to make sure it is ready for winter. Always a pleasure to do business with their staff.

Schibi responded within a couple of hours of my call to repair my furnace. The technician Nate was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the unit’s inducer motor and also performed preventative maintenance. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Schibi and Nate.

This was my first time using this company, and I was so impressed with how courteous the scheduler was, and I received prompt service! My service tech was very knowledgeable and carefully explained things about my system since I was a new homeowner! Will use them for all my services related to my HVAC system!
