Called to get an estimate on my heating registers so they could be replaced. I was told he talked to my husband before about getting a quote. He came out and told me he never seen registers like mine and said he couldn't give me a quote and said he would call me and never did.

There was a mix-up with the scheduled time, but they were able to come the same morning. The service person did a great job. Very professional and pleasant.

I have used Reading heating and air a few times now. I have never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I’m convinced they are honest! I’ve had great experiences with them.

We have had such a positive experience when using Reading Heating. Always professional and reasonable. We will only use this company for all HVAC needs!

Reading Heating and Air Conditioning definitely met all of my requirements for what is a significant project for my home.

It took a total of 5 days to remove and replace my HVAC and neither the owner or workers rushed the job. Instead, they concentrated on doing it right.

Dave did a great job, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem with our A/C unit. He even showed me some tips for preventative maintenance. Will definitely call again if/when we need some more heating or A/C help in the future! I highly recommend Reading Heating & Air Conditioning.

Great Tech! Fixed Heater same day! Even left a little note to help me diagnose the problem. The only reason for the 3 star review. They are about $300 more expensive then the other HVAC companies on a $800. Huge mark ups.

So, I was awaken at 4 in the morning with a hot house and my outside AC Condenser screaming, called Reading HVAC they came out same day found and repaired the problem quickly at a great price. Dave the Service Tech, was honest and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Dave instructed me as to what to look out for and offered me several options for the future for when and if other problems arise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well Done

Saturday late afternoon we were sweltering. The AC went out on our home. I had(!) contracts with 1Hour H&A/C. I called them. The soonest they could come out was Tuesday PM. I told them I was calling around, and if I could get a truck to show up before their truck arrived, I was cancelling all my contracts for 24X7 1 Hour service and never using them again (40-year relationship).

Reading picked up on the 3rd ring after 1600. The lady said a guy would call me in 30 minutes. in 90 minutes, the problem was fixed.

1) I will call Reading first from now on.
2) I have cancelled all contracts with 1 Hour, and will never call them again.

He was polite and efficient. Fixed everything he could.

I have used Reading Heating and Air Conditioning for over 10 years. I purchased both my AC and Furnace thought them and have all tune ups with them. They are very responsive and always friendly.

I’ve done business with Reading for more than 10 years. Always excellent service. Nick calls before coming out. He is timely and friendly, always completing the job quickly and efficiently.

Quick response for lost of heat. I have had Reading Heat service and replace my furnaces and AC over the last 30 years. They stand behind their work even when the repairs don’t go perfectly. They work to correct the problem. Courteous and professional. Family business.

I needed a new HVAC and called Reading Heating & Air so I could have multiple quotes. They came out the same day and got the quote back to me the next. For the equivalent system as what I had other quotes for they came in well under on price and offered a better warranty.

When I told them I wanted to replace it they were out to install it the following week. I had no issues with the installation or service and they showed up right on time everyday. The only minor issue with the install was it took an extra day because they realized they had to some extra work that wasn't planned and didn't have the materials with them to do it. However, they didn't charge me any extra and they had everything finished and cleaned up all everything. I've had the system for almost a year now without any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Very happy with my annual heat pump/AC service. Tim has been my service tech for several years now and he is very meticulous with both of my properties, taking the time to clean and test my system so that I have the confidence it is working at peak efficiency. Can get a little pricey but worth every penny to know my system will last as long and be as efficient as possible .

I contacted Reading Heating and Air after having an absolutely awful experience with a”highly” rated Kentucky company. Reading was wonderful. They listened to my concerns with inferior heating system. They were able to put my older boiler back in service allowing a better and more consistent heat throughout my home. I would recommend them and not hesitate to call on them again.

Not impressed. Young kid came out and tried to convince me that the problem was my condensation pump even though the safety float switch and thermostat were working. He then tried to sell me a new one for $350 dollars even though I showed him the exact same model on Amazon for $55 bucks. He unplugged and blew into 2 hoses inside the heater and left. $125 trip charge and $50 labor charge. Felt like I got ripped off. I ended up buying a new condensation pump anyways and after that didn’t fix the issue I started tinkering around inside the unit. I ended up finding a clogged drain coming from the central “fan thing” pulling in air. I think it was retaining water and stalling out. I had no idea what I was looking at, but decided to give it a try before having the 21 year old con-artist come back out.

3/5 stars. I think I just had an inexperienced or dishonest tech. My father had them come out and had a great things to say about the company. I would suggest that if you hire them, you ask for one of their more experienced service techs to come out. Good luck!

Exemplary customer service and work! My mother-in-law recommended this company--she used them for years and loved them. They replaced my furnace and spent a lot of time explaining the options and talking me through things I didn't understand. They even explained that there was no longer a tax credit. The work was fast and excellent. Almost a year later I got a call from them telling me that the tax credit was reinstated and explaining how to claim it. I really feel like I can trust this company and really liked the people.

So me and my wife just bought our first home. Similar to other home owners we really didn’t know much about central air conditioning. So when we started having problems cooling the house down we needed to find help. These guys deserve an A+++ First thing first is the communication. I didn’t have a problem getting through to anyone, and I didn’t have to wait or be transferred. The technician was very professional and well groomed I’ll add. He was name was Nick, he called me before arriving and even gave me some cushion time because I was just headed home. Soon as I got home. He went immediately to work. Showed me the problem and had my home back cool within an HOUR !! Ladies and Gentlemen I can not make this up! It was back running cool within an hour! Price was unbeatable and I’m happy all the way around! The only con about the guy was that, he didn’t have a business card for me. I wouldn’t mind giving his card to one of my buddies in the future when they have ac problems. I might not remember the company name off the top of my head. But I’ll know I have a company card either on the fridge or in my wallet to hand out. Thanks again guys and good luck Nick on your future adventures!
