My technician was very personable and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the bad situation that I was in. He even gave my dog a treat from the bag he brought which I thought was extremely thoughtful. I will definitely use Schibi for all yearly maintenance and repairs moving forward

Had my AC unit stop blowing cold air on Monday night. Called Tuesday and they were able to fit me in same day. Tech came and was super friendly and got my air back up and running in under 15 mins. Appreciate the good business!

Fantastic! Called Schibi after HELP recommended a new furnace due to high Carbon Monoxide levels. Schibi came out, made adjustments and got me back to where we needed to be! Honest straightforward company!

Our furnace was not working. Schibi had a service person to our house the next morning and diagnosed the problem promptly. It does require repair, but I am confident it will be done safely and professionally. Schibi has taken care of my family for more than 25 years.

I have been dealing with Schibi for years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work and the servicemen who I have dealt with. Couple years ago I had an emergency on a Saturday night around 10pm and they were here within 1.2 hr. I would highly recommend Schibi Heating and Cooling.

Nice, friendly, polite technician showed up on time. Explained what he did. I purchased my boiler (for hot water radiator system) over 10 years ago from Schibi and I have them come out for annual maintenance - always happy with their service!

Technician that came out was testing the control board in the outside heat pump unit and he shorted out something and damage my nest thermostat. They did replace the thermostat with a working thermostat . but would not take responsibility for damaging the nest thermostat. That worked before they got there.

I actually didn’t go with Schibi- only because I needed to put it on a credit card and I didn’t want to incur extra fees…
Craig came to my home , gave me a detailed estimate , answered all my questions and gave me a price that was within 2 dollars of the company I ultimately went with.
His time and expertise deserved at least the time it took me to write this. Thx , Schibi.

I had a great recent experience with Schibi. They replaced a 13 year old system with a newer, more efficient system. My mom recommended them; they’ve provided about 35 years of service to her house in White Oak. My house is in West Chester. I selected Schibi because of their reputation and because their prices seemed the best of three HVAC companies that provided quotes. A crew of four technicians and three vehicles arrived at 9:00 AM. Two technicians worked on the outside unit. It was raining so they set up an EZ Up awning to stay dry. Two other technicians worked on the inside unit. The technicians covered all traffic areas with drop cloths. The job was finished and vehicles away in 4 hours. I was impressed. My system is a 3 1/2 ton residential heat pump and air handler.

I had an emergency working up with no heat. They arrived within hours. Even though I needed to replace my system they got the old one up and running so I had heat that afternoon. My new system went in just a few days. It was easy and professional

I gave Schibi five stars because they checked all my boxes. I called early morning on 10/20/25 for service on a furnace and to my surprise they were able to get a guy out on the same day. They gave me a window between 12-4pm and I received a call at 12:23pm letting me know the tech was 20 mins out. When the tech arrived he introduced himself as Alec and even had tools in his possession. (This is important because I just had another tech from another company look at a hot water heater and he never introduced himself, didn’t have a single tool, and came in and took a few pics and said I needed a new hot water heater. He wasn’t even there 5 mins.) Alec was personable and professional. I explained to him that the furnace had no flame and that I thought the thermo coupler needed to be cleaned or replaced but that I didn’t want to do it myself because dealing with gas furnaces can be very dangerous. He confirmed my assumption and cleaned the thermo coupler, reignited the pilot, ran other test, and gave the furnace an okay for further use. This was also important because so many HVAC companies would be quick to try and sell a new part or tell you that there are more issues with the equipment. Alec from Schibi felt genuine and trustworthy and in his line of work that is hard to come by.

I have been a customer of Schibi HVAC since 1986. I have had several systems installed by them both when we lived in Cincinnati and continue to use them when we moved to Northern KY 19 years ago. They provide great service and maintenance at a reasonable price. Their installers are very professional and their techs are very competent. Great family owned business that has been around for many years. I highly recommend them and they stand by what they install and service!

Schibi has been my HVAC company for years. They do excellent work and are upfront and honest. They have never tried to sell me on a service or part that i didn't need. I find everyone is friendly, helpful and professional from the office personnel to the techs that come to my house.

Schibi does an incredible job of working on any HVAC issue until it is resolved! We so appreciate their ability to service our unit during a very cold spell. Not having heat is no fun - but they were able to get to us as quickly as they could and we are thrilled to have heart again!

We have used Schibi for nearly 30 years for our heating and cooling. After our furnace went out during the night, Schibi was able to have a technician to our house early the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace working shortly after.

I had a great experience with Herrmann Services. When i thought my A/C unit needed a new compressor, they sourced the parts and scheduled me within 3 business days. When Ethan came out for the initial repair they found more issues causing a need for a whole new system. Bryce was considerate of my situation and again, sourced the parts and scheduled me for 2 days later. Owen and Danny came to do the install and estimated about 7 hours from start to finish.. they ended up completing the project in less than 5. Great service, professional, and incredibly helpful!!

Can’t say enough about my experience with Hermmann services. We had water damage on our first floor ceiling apparently coming from the tub above. From the scheduling of our appointment, to the rapid availability, very professional and knowledgeable technician, Christian, and the value is amazing. I definitely recommend calling “Herr-Mann” for services.

Has a great experience with Herman Services. Joey and Ryan arrived as scheduled and were very courteous and professional. Drain clog was severe but they were able to clean. Furthermore, they thoroughly cleaned the work area prior to leaving. Would highly recommend.
