I couldn’t be happier with Knock-Knock Heating and Cooling! My AC went out and they were able to get someone out within a day to diagnose the issue. Even though they needed to order parts, they had everything fixed and running smoothly within 48 hours. The entire process was quick, professional, and very affordable compared to other horror story’s I have heard. Cooper was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend knock-Knock Heating and Cooling to anyone needing reliable service—you won’t be disappointed!

Our furnace decided to start acting up on a Saturday night. It was still working, just making loud noises that kept my wife and I up most of the night. We reached out to Knock Knock at 745am on a Sunday...let me say that again 745am on a Sunday and heard back from them IMMEDIATELY!!!
Mitchell gave us a time frame when he could be here and he was here when he said he would be.
Found our problem and took care of it. Ran a few other tests just to be sure everything was on the up and up.
The fee we were charged was VERY REASONABLE for coming out on a Sunday IMO

I just had Mitchell, Cooper and Tim out from Knock Knock heating and cooling, to install a new HVAC and water heater. They were on time, kind and courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Every concern or question I had was answered or taken care of. I would recommend them to anybody who’s Looking for great quality at a fair price. I am very pleased with my service and will definitely be using them again in the future for all of my HVAC needs.

Excellent, professional service! Our new furnace is super quiet and much more efficient than our old one. Installers were very personable, prompt, anttention to every detail, and took extra time to make sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. I needed a new HVAC system right before the worst winter temperatures we have had in some years. The technicians at Knock Knock were very professional and knowledgeable. As a former NCO in two branches of the military, I know what hard work and dedication looks like. I was very impressed at the work ethic and ability to get the job done correctly and timely. I had a new Air conditioning and Furnace installed today.
Prior to this, I had a visit from Mitchell (manager of Knock Knock heating and Cooling company) . He did thorough inspection of my unit and made me a very attractive offer. Since I have a new born baby (5 weeks) he did his best to send me 2 of his technicians: Cooper and Tim.
They absolutely rock. work done with care, very professional, very friendly. Their expertise was obvious. They know what they do and they did it super well.
at 5 pm. everything was working. we finally can appreciate air conditioning working and more efficient than before.

My very elderly furnace was acting up and I needed a company that serviced my area. (I’m kind of in the boonies). I called on a Saturday and Mitchell was immediately willing to help, got information, and we agreed to a service call the following Tuesday because I was out of town Monday morning. Monday morning my furnace died. In single degree temperature. I called Mitchell and he sent Cooper out that afternoon to assess the situation and discuss options. I decided that after 25 or more years a new furnace was called for and was overjoyed to learn it could be installed Tuesday. They arrived Tuesday ON TIME! (That’s worth 5 stars alone.) They were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and cleaned up when they were done. My questions were answered clearly and when they left I HAD HEAT. I’m grateful I found Knock Knock and will recommend them when I have the opportunity.*****Addendum: I had some operational issues (mine, not theirs) and they came out ON A SATURDAY to instruct me and, after multiple repetitions, I GOT it. If there was a sixth star, I'd give it to them.:-)

Todd and staff were top notch from start to finish. He was both courteous and understanding of my situation and the installation staff were both timely and professional throughout. I would highly recommend them for any services needed!

Please if you need someone to your house sooner rather then later do not call river view heating & cooling. They said they’d contact their techs. After 2 hours and a follow up phone call I was notified by text that they can send someone out in 4 days.

Not ideal when you have no heat in your house. Initially I just wanted to know if they were sending people out, and they gave me the run around. If you aren’t open for business because of weather or lack of personnel that’s fine, just state it up front…Poor communication all around.

Out of all renovation projects for the new house, A/C installation was the least stressful one. Amazing experience with Todd providing detailed description of the options for A/C units, and being present throughout the entire processs. High qulity product (Daikin one), delivered and installed per timeline we agreed on. The final price was quite fair vs competition with similar specs.

Robin came to my house in the rain looked everything over, he explained things in detail and helped me make the right choice for my home. Todd and his crew came, also working in the rain, extremely nice, hard working men. Thank you and you staff for doing an excellent job. Highly recommend !!!! Fair Prices

This company and Todd are not to be trusted. Installed an HVAC system at over $7200 in my home in 2016 and AC has never cooled the house properly since install. They came out four separate times and each time give a different excuse without finding the problem or correcting the issue. When I asked Todd for my money back he states the company that he owned who did the install is bankrupt and there is nothing further he can do. Don't trust this guy he misrepresents himself and they obviously do not know what they are doing when a brand new Airease 3 ton unit cannot cool the same house as well as a 23 yo AC system that was replaced. Stay away from them.

Two days ago River View Heating & Cooling (Todd) installed a Daikin ductless AC unit at my residence. The job was flawless. The crew that perfumed the installation was thoughtful, courteous and ON-TIME. I will likely use Todd Redding and River View Heating & Cooling for future HVAC issues.

River View Heating & Cooling is the only company to go with in the Greater Cincinnati area! Todd's the man for job. He's very knowledgeable in his craft, gives sincere service, and he's the coolest man in the business (pun HIGHLY intended)! I cannot recommend River View enough, and I'd give 10 stars if I could!
