I contacted Apollo to perform an electrical inspection on the breaker panel in a home that I am selling. They were able to schedule the same day, and were very easy to schedule with. James Westerkamm was the technician that came to do the inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and made sure any questions I had were answered. Due to new code requirements I would need a new breaker, service entrance, and new meter box. I was shocked by the price quoted, however after multiple quotes, their price was not astronomical, and was right in line with the other quotes I received. Andrea and James worked together to not only answer any questions I had but to also provide for the best possible price, all after hours. James even gave me some new putty to put around the service wire entrance into the home, since my problem was due to water intrusion. He absolutely did not need to do that, and I was not charged for an inspection. I did not contract with Apollo, because I was able to renegotiate with the buyers of the home, however, I would not hesitate to have them do the work if it was required to sell the home. Their service went beyond expectation. Thank you to the Apollo team for the dedication to exceptional service.

He pinpointed that the rest of the issue was actually an electrical matter, which saved me a lot of time and potential headache. Nathan is knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly knows his stuff. From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible. Our furnace went out Monday morning, called Apollo, they came out same day and by 130p on Tuesday, the heat was restored in my house. Everyone from the tech that came out to the trouble call, all the way the install was very friendly and extremely professional.

The complete honesty and transparency with diagnosis of the issue they were call for to making a selection on a new furnace speaks volumes for the company and employees. At no point were we ever pressured to make decisions that we didn’t feel comfortable with.

I can say with confidence that Apollo Home has gained a lifetime customer.

I had my bath converted to a shower. Thomas did the plumbing along with Matt and two additional technicians who removed the old tub and put in the new shower. Ed Brewer did the finish trim work and painted my bathroom. I love my bathroom now. They all did an excellent job. Everyone was so professional. All were always on time and efficient.

Honestly, floored by the level of customer service at this company. From the folks on the phone to the delightful Trenten Miller That came to help me today!!! The way he gave me a tutoring session on how to light the pilot light on my water heater…. He was so patient and polite and the absolute antithesis of the way I’ve been treated by Men in the home improvement industry in the past. What a gem. Five stars. 10/10. Thank you!!!!

Collin did an outstanding job installing our new gas furnace. He was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The installation truly could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend Apollo Home.

Apollo replaced our aged and dangerous heater and defunct A/C unit quickly & professionally. Their bid was competitive and they offered a strong warranty and financing to sweeten the deal. I highly recommend them.

Apollo was very good at communicating through text and transparent about pricing.
The tech, Del, was very courteous and professional. He solved our electrical issue quickly. No one was pushy about selling extra services during the entire process. Only we were made aware of their Care Plan. Would recommend their services to my family and friends.

Stuart explained every step of the sump pump replacement as well as showing pics of the before, during and after installation. He also gave me multiple options for replacing the old sump pump with quotes for all choices. I would highly recommend him and Apollo for quick and reliable service. Very pleased!

Our heat went out and Apollo was able to get to us before other companies could. We had to replace our unit and they were very straightforward with the pricing and our options. When we got the install, our technician was great! He explained the whole process, answered all my questions, was friendly and professional, and did a great job cleaning everything up!

The Apollo team was great when installing my grandpa's new furnace. His heating went out two days ago and they were able to come out immediately and determine that he needed a new furnace. The next day they came out to install the new one. Shawn and Paul were quick, efficient and incredibly polite. They took the time to show my grandpa everything that was done, explain his new thermostat and were ready to answer any of his questions. We couldn't recommend them more!

Apollo has wonderful workers that are efficient, professional and they go over and beyond their job to make you feel comfortable with them. Brett was EXCELLENT! He was so helpful with me understanding everything he was doing. He even helped troubleshoot something that was not a part of his job. I loved working with him and his work was impeccable. He cleaned up after himself even in the dark! That speaks volumes!

Matthew S. was professional and did a good job researching and troubleshooting the issues with the tankless water heater.

I wish his colleague who came on Friday 3/6/26 would have taken the same level of professionalism to diagnose the issue before prescribing or jumping to a conclusion. It is acceptable to say “I don’t know”. I welcome the opportunity to speak to someone at Apollo Home because this experience is a learning opportunity. Again my experience with Matthew was good and he provided a temporary fix and recommendations for the long term fix. There’s still a chance that he’s not 100% correct but at least his approach and rationale are sound! Again I would welcome the opportunity to speak with a manager.

They great down to earth guys. Loved that they were up front and honest with me about the issues at hand, and in the future. They fixed my basement plumbing efficiently and with great quality. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great quality work and a huge thank you!!!

Tyler Sirn arrived right on time and he got right to work. He diagnosed the situation and then presented options and prices. All questions were answered and once I chose the option I wanted, Tyler set to the task and stayed with it to completion. He was neat, proficient, professional, pleasant, very capable. Clean up was great and I am well pleased and satisfied with his resolution to a very distressing situation. I have been subscribed to Apollo’s Customer Care program for Twenty Plus Years. Tyler’s performance today is right inline with what I have come to expect from Apollo and ensures my continued reliance upon Apollo and Tyler for my future electrical requirements.

Friendly, honest and quick. Did a great job overall. It's always awesome when things are explained, options presented and you are not forced into a decision.

Matt did a great job with the hose/valve fix with our dishwasher.

Dakota and the rest of the crew that showed up to do the work. They were efficient and amicable. The work was done in a timely manner and solved all the issues I was having. They were able to forego the concrete work so the price is supposed to lower from the estimate I was given previously. For now, I wait for a call from Kellen King on the new price.

Big thank you to Sean for installing our new high efficiency furnace! He was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The work area was spotless afterwards. He took the time to go over and explain everything to us. Extremely satisfied with the service. And a plus, he is a huge animal lover, just like us! And that says a lot about a person. I would highly recommend Apollo for anything you need.
