Landen was here in the snow today for regular annual maintence (thankfully no furnace emergency for me today!). He was quick and thorough. Showed me photo documentation of everything. And very quiet while I worked from home.

We’ve been longtime customers of Wingate for HVAC services, so when our roof was damaged, we immediately reached out to Chris and Lonny for help. From the start, the entire process was efficient, timely, professional, and stress-free. They provided a fair and competitive quote quickly, and the repair work exceeded our expectations. Their crew was friendly, polite, and respectful throughout the project. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship was excellent, leaving us with a roof we can feel confident in for years to come. We are extremely satisfied with both the service and the results and would highly recommend Wingate Roofing to anyone in need of roofing work.

Every time a service man comes to do a routine check of my a/c or furnace. I bought my systems from your company. They are warranted I don’t appreciate the pressure techniques that your company uses. The new technician was excellent.

We purchased an entire system - furnace, AC, heat exchange - less than 4 years ago. We purchased a very high efficiency that included a 20 year parts and labor warranty. Chris Wingate is personally refusing to cover a $500 repair. He had no problem taking a check for tens of thousands of dollars at install, but less than 4 years later will not honor his warranty. They have tried to charge us for maintenance every time we’ve had a system check, and every time we’ve had to dispute it. We will be reaching out to the Attorney General over this. Beware of warranty purchases and keep any documentation if you use this company.

Updating my review after a recent service visit.
Less than a year after their previous repair for a heating issue, I had to call them back out. During this visit, I was told additional work was needed, which I later learned from Jordan was supposedly to prevent a different issue down the line.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt at the time, but after getting more information, it appears the work may not have been necessary. I reached out to request a refund for the portion I believe was unnecessary, but they declined.
I also feel like many of the technicians sent out seem to be in training or fairly inexperienced, which is concerning when dealing with major HVAC repairs.
I wanted to give them another chance, but unfortunately I’m disappointed with how this was handled.

Been a member for a long time. When you actually need emergency service they completely ghost you. Do not use these guys. They give appointments for after hours and do not respond any calls. The discounts they promise for being a member are not real. When it comes time to fix anything then it's not eligible for discount. As the owner said they did come out after many times of me having to call their service line. I was lucky that I had a line that goes directly to the owner that no one else is given. Otherwise my pregnant sister and elderly parents would have continued suffering. They outsource their phone support to an answering company and you have to do gymnastics to get someone to come out. It took like 3 different calls and reaching out to the owner to actually get service. Now when I want to fix the issue with their customer service I was on the phone with them last week and was told I'd hear back next day. Then had to call again on Friday, then someone would reach out to me by Monday. Today it is Tuesday 08/05 and still no one has reached out. At no point did they explain how much the savings plan is taking off. I've had plumbing emergencies and now an hvac emergency and when I ask about it no one knows or its not eligible. Do not get their monthly service. Im disappointed the issue was not addressed through the several routine service visits. Only when we had a catastrophic failure. I fought for these guys to everyone. was told I was getting scammed. When it actually came time to use the service dont expect a quick resolution unless you have the owner's number.

Recently has our HVAC unit replaced. Discovered our 11 year old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. Wingate did the inspection and we decided to replace with a new high efficiency unit. Wingate came out the next day to do replacement. Their crew was professional and very polite. It took about a day and a half to complete the work. We are very happy with the service they provided and look forward to our new system keeping us warm and cozy this winter and cool next summer. Would highly recommend this company

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technicians were on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on without any pressure or upselling. This was my first time using Wingate Heating for a yearly inspection and maintenance for boiler heating service, I am very pleased with the technicians and professional service plus personable individuals that performed the work, kept me appraised as to what they were doing throughout the service call.
Highly recommend this company and the sales force when I contacted prior when looking for a different company after previous service was bought out and raised prices exceptionally high. I truly made the correct decision!

We used Wingate about a year and a half ago to install a new furnace and AC unit. They did an amazing job then so we decided to use them again to install a tankless water heater. Their technicians were amazing and both units look and work great. I highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs. Will use again in the future if we need something done.

Update on my review as the billing process was unclear and I was asked to pay my bill in full just 15 days after installation without a copy of the bill or the terms of service. I was not told when payment would be do when I agreed to the installation. I told the tech I would use their financing but was not told how to apply or where. When I had windows installed the tech helped with the entire process.

I had Adam Fights come out to do my electrical evaluation. He was beyond thorough. He checked every outlet and gave me a very detailed explanation on anything that needed tightening or fixed. He then changed all the batteries in my smoke detectors and even went a step further by determining what was causing some beeping. I am so happy with his services. Thanks Adam!!!!!!
