I was married to my ‘handyman’ husband for 52 years. If anything needed repair or upgrading, I called his name. Since he passed, I call APOLLO! Membership is affordable and every department has qualified servicemen. Today, Electrician Chris installed a new chandelier. I’m thrilled!

Amazing service. Fast installation (next day). Price is significantly more than other places (tried to charge me $495 for a $20 valve). But the heater and install was on point. Service and install technicians made the process so much easier. I recommend Apollo if you have a bit of extra funds to make sure everything is done perfectly.

Nate has an extensive grasp of how underground plumbing works. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. His piping is a work of art. He fixed a slab leak that another company completely miss diagnosed. Despite that the Leak Detector was off by 5' forcing Nate to cautiously explore under 2 extra rooms before he found the its source. (It was a tricky one due to questionable building practices.) Nate's expertise shone.
Not only did he fix it, he made our water connection better as well.

Nate and his sidekick, Dillon, were extremely helpful and especially courteous about my health issues while explaining in detail the what, why, and how of the problem completely to my plumbing novice husband, answering his every question.

I highly recommend him, the company who has the good sense to employ him, as well as the Apollo Home team. From our first conversation, to make an emergency appointment, to the person who caught my frantic after hours call who made sure the crew would bring a inside sheltering tent for our 8 am jackhammer date, to the young man who priced our job as fairly as he could, to my hero, Nate - all of them seem to make a habit of going above and beyond what one would expect in service. Apollo Home has a new lifelong customer!

I cannot recommend Knock Knock heating a cooling enough. Mitchell and Cooper provide top notch service, they communicate effectively and timely, they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. If you have a problem you need solved, they’re your guys. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Knock Knock Heating and Cooling rearranged the HVAC and put in new returns to best circulate the air for our remodel. Cooper, a great, personable guy, serviced and cleaned our A/C unit. It is sparkling! We are so pleased with the job the company did, and will use them from now on. 5+ stars!

Mitchell and his team are absolutely wonderful! We initially hired Knock Knock for a general maintenance checkup on our main home system through a referral and I was impressed on the communication, honesty, transparency, and overall quality of the service.

I ended up asking Mitchell to help again for another property I own to install a new heat pump and air handler system, which involved a crane to lift the equipment up to the roof to a 100+ year old building. Mitchell and his team kept me updated throughout the entire process and made the installation go so smooth. They treated my homes and I with respect, plus educated me a bit on the systems. It has been now about a month and the new system is fantastic.

If you want great customer service, quality products, and a local business feel Knock Knock is the way to go. I have since referred to a couple of my friends and family members.

Mitchell from Knock Knock Heating & Cooling does a great job! He's honest and fair with his pricing along with having good knowledge about HVAC equipment. He even went as far as helping me diagnose an issue I was having with something completely unrelated to HVAC. He went to his truck and got what I needed to start the repair and helped steer me in the right direction. I recommend him to all my friends and family!

Mitch installed a mini split unit (combo heat & a/c) in our enclosed breezeway. It is now a comfortable living space...warm in the winter & will be cool in the summer. Mitch is extremely polite, neat, and efficiently completed the work. We're so happy with the customer service that we are signing up for regular maintenance service for our entire HVAC system.
