Called in for ac service and technician arrived 80 minutes later. Diagnosed issue almost immediately. Repair was quick. Very pleasant and satisfying experience with Crane, as is usual after utilizing them for 15 years. Great service!

Clayton as usual did a fantastic job for us. The refreshing thing was that he did the work that we called for and did not try to sell us anything else. Cannot say that about other service providers we’ve used…. Lesson learned, Crane is our go-to service provider going forward.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night when the temperatures were below zero. We have been a long time customer of Crane heating and air conditioning, and I called them first thing in the morning. They committed to having someone come out that day. To my surprise, their representative showed up an hour later. He was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and arranging for a new furnace to be installed the next day. He also provided several space heaters to get us through until the new furnace was functional. We were very pleased with the service.

Justin was great. He solved the 2 year mystery of how to get the humidifier to work!

Had an excellent experience recenlty when Crane replaced my Heating and A/C. Withing 1 week of my call, the units were replaced. The team got it done in 2 days. They were incredibly friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Got everything in, cleaned up and even left some filters. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great products, great service, highly recommend!

The technician was great. He was very informative and knew exactly what the issue was, but the price was astronomical. The parts for this job were going to be around three to $500 and the total cost was going to be $2700. I was given advanced notice that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and was polite and professional. He took his shoes off before walking on my carpet. He also asked permission to use the hose. He returned every thing to its proper place when finished. Overall excellent service.

Last week, my wife and I had our inside and outside unit replaced by the Crane team. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. Our technician (Landon) came to our home a couple of weeks prior and completed an initial review then got us up and going on our older unit. Unfortunately, that did fail due to our deteriorating condition of our unit. Once called a second time, the company came back to continue to save a 22 year old inside model. The technician was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on and how to proceed. We choose to replace both inside and out units simply based on facts. The company worked around our aggressive work schedule and came to our home very late one evening during the work week. The installation took approximately three hours and was nothing but professional through each step. The installation team was very helpful throughout everything they did. Our family is totally satisfied and will continue to have the Crane team on our side moving forward. Thanks so much to each of you on the team that helped us through our experience.

My air conditioning was not working. I called Crane Monday morning around 8:00 AM, and they were able to have a technician to my house by 10:15 AM. He was there very thorough in investigating the cause, anti-identified that it was the outside units. He fixed this, and I am grateful!

We have used Crane for 38 years and can attest to their reliability and industry knowledge. They keep our heating and air conditioning running in top notch condition. They are friendly. We often see the same service man, so he knows our system. We use the yearly service agreement to be sure we stay on track with maintenance.

We built a new home and Crane has been out a couple times to tweak the AC. (It’s been incredibly hot and humid this summer) The same technician has been here both times and each time we have been very satisfied with his promptness, friendliness and the quality of his work. AC works perfectly now so we’re all good.

Fast service, Mike, the service technician was great. He was very friendly and addressed my concerns. Mike explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions and was very helpful. This was a warranty issue with our new home build. Definitely recommend Crane. Their office was pleasant when booking appt as well
