All of the technicians that Geiler sends for service visits are very polite, knowledgeable and get the job done quickly and with minimal interference or interruptions which I especially appreciate since I work from home. Highly recommend!

Our air conditioner stopped working one evening during the recent heat wave. I called the after hours line and a technician was at our house within an hour. Jake M quickly found and fixed the issue. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Geiler! We have used them for years and have always received excellent service.

Amazing as usual! New furnace in a day. Super clean. Super friendly. They’re reliable and honest. They just do great work. Nothing more needs to be said.

Friday night, on the hottest & most humid day of the year thus far, our a/c went out. Called their office; had to leave a voicemail for after-hours emergencies (yes; no a/c is an emergency in this house). Dennis called back very quickly, and even sooner was at our house assessing the situation.

We had many options to ameliorate the situation, including replacing the unit. Several other options, which he kindly and patiently answered my questions about, were less than appealing given our appliance should have given out many years ago/been in palliative care by now.

We decided, without any hard sell or pressure from Dennis, that now was a good time to replace our geriatric a/c.

Dennis steadfastly called co-workers to arrange an install for Saturday morning (the very next day - again, no a/c is an emergency in this household).

Saturday morning and right on time, Chris & Jake showed up with our new unit and ready to get at it. They were efficient, kind, and patient (I frequently have myriad questions, which they, like Chris, gladly answered for me).

They finished up much more quickly than expected (and cleaned up afterwards), and we were back to enjoying a climate-controlled environment in our house.

From beginning to end, this was as fantastic of an experience we could have had given a major appliance failure.

Also, we got a discount for paying in cash, so that was pretty great, too.

TL;DR: 10/10 recommend Geiler to any and everyone who has the misfortune of experiencing a/c problems in the middle of summer, or any other time for that matter!

Beware this company will change your appointment window without notice and you won't know that until you call when they don't show up at the time they told you just the day prior. It would have been nice to get status updates on when the guy would arrive and not have to call for updates. Not good customer service. I work full time and took a half day vacation for this appointment. Wasted.

Had 3 technicians all come out the same day for Radon Mitigation, Toilet Installs, Humidifier Install, and new thermostat install. All of them were great. Jason and Dennis were exceptional at answering any questions and getting the work done. Will definitely be using them for everything!

I called the first repair company and the price was way to high. But when I called to get a second opinion . I called the Guller company to come and check. They told me that it wasn't anything wrong with it just need to be service. However the first company lied and told me I need a new air-conditioned system replaced and put in. This is why is important to get a second opinion. Thank you Guller for being a honest company and not taking advantage of women. Thank you once again for your service to our communities. Absolutely excellent service! AC blower went out night before a bridal shower with 30 people at our house (on a 90 degree day). Explained the situation and Tim was able to arrive early enough to fix issue to make the day comfortable for our guest. Would highly recommend.

We had to have our high efficiency boiler , purchased only 15 years ago from another company, when it failed and replacement parts were no longer available, replaced . In the middle of this serious snow and cold winter weather Chris, Jake and Cal went above and beyond to get our heat restored . They really pulled us out of a bad situation . Austin installed a Radon mitigation system at my house. He was punctual and professional. He did a great job, and was very fast about his work. I would recommend The Geiler Company to anyone who needs a radon mitigation system. It really does help the levels. My husband and I are very pleased with his work and level of professionalism.

So We've been using Geiler for Years...I appreciate a unionized company and they have usually done good work. This time the worker showed up an HOUR before the alloted window, did the maintenance but left this big mess...tracked oil from the floor around the boiler all over our finished basement carpeting. I've spent 30 minutes so far...nothing is cleaning it up! Unprofessional and wasting my time! An inattentive worker. So far no resolution. Very unhappy..
So, the resolution....I spoke to a manager and he refunded my payment...about all they could do I guess, so I'm happy but still with a carpet to clean. Details! I'll wait till next time to give a better review. This was a 2 star job.

We had a non-working heat pump during the coldest week of winter. We called Geilers emergency line and they sent Cal within a few hours. Cal did an excellent job working on our furnace! It ended up being a thermostat issue. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain what was going on and how he fixed it. Everything is running perfectly now, and we felt confident the work was done right. We truly appreciated his honesty, efficiency, and friendly attitude. Will definitely continue using Geiler.

Very professional. Went above and beyond and got us a great deal on a furnace and ac. Installed everything in a day and didn’t leave any mess. Will be calling them in future for my heating and air needs.

My home was hot. I have had a number of companies in the past fix the mystical box in my basement. Past technicians, they would never explain the problem in terms that I could understand. Sacko's technicians talked to me in human terms. I feel great understanding the problem I paid them to resolve. My home, it's so chill now.

EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone. I was calling about Air Duct cleaning because their google listing says they do it. The guy on the phone said they don't do that and when I tried to let him know about his google listing he muttered something and then hung up on me! Totally unprofessional! ***edit*** Just look at the "owners" reply to this review. That speaks VOLUMES as to the type of company this is. No, you are correct, I DID NOT hire your company. You lost my business by the way I was treated on the phone. I think it's absolutely absurd that your reply has nothing to do with the way your team treated me on the phone based on YOUR GOOGLE Ad. But rather, the fact, that I left a review about the phone call interaction. Is that not a part of your business????
