7/1/2025 crane employee texting while driving in my neighborhood. He then continued to run a stop sign. I couldn't get his full plate # or i would've called the police. Plate starting with a P
I believe it was puj or pju were the first 3 letters. This is enough for the employer to track down anyone with this starting plate. The man was 20s/30s maybe and was wearing a ball cap.
Boss get your crew together! This is 1000% unacceptable behavior. Dangerous employees need to be corrected. Thanks

Our technician is super. He alerted us to an issue that our sump pump was constantly running. It was really great because we hadn't noticed. He definitely goes above and beyond in customer service.

Had a scheduled A/C cleaning for 8am(first appointment of the day) and the serviceman arrived at 9:15. Work was all completed to satisfaction but he took 2HRS, to do an A/C cleaning! I can’t imagine a whole install. Serviceman was slow as a sloth and first entered my home without my permission! Very few updates or descriptions were given on what work was being completed until the very end.
If you just need the work done at a decent rate then you are good, just make sure you have a whole morning free for an 8am appt and don’t mind someone walking into your house unannounced.

. I received a call asking if he could come earlier than scheduled. This was great! Professional and I have had him for many maintenance services. I have been a customer for 18 years. Two years ago I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Crane. Good price and service.

I have been using Crane for several years now and their employees are always very professional and polite. We had them install a new furnace and A/C unit in 2019 and everything went pretty smoothly. Their prices were very reasonable. The sales guy wasn't pushy ( I hate pushy sales guys). I also have had them service my furnace and A/C and it has also been a positive experience.

For the last 28 years, I have only called Crane Heating and Air for the HVAC work at my house. This is the best company. I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are always responsive. The technicians are always polite, informative and tidy. They have always gone the extra mile to fix whatever problem there was.

As usual, John did an excellent job transitioning our air conditioning to winter heat and humidifier, inspecting the units and preparing the humidifier for fall and winter. As usual, John was friendly, efficient, and communicated well with us. We’ll be asking for John again! He takes great care of us!

So pleased with the service from Crane. Our tech was Mike Fitters who is totally familiar with our very unique HVAC systems. He's a great guy and did a terrific job of taking care of us !

Mike was lovely, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped update my system settings to improve performance and allow me to use the equipment more effectively. He also helped me understand how to maintain and take care of everything.

Very quick to get out and fix the problem. With that being said it definitely comes with a CO$T!!!!

The Technician that arrived was on time and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue. He then took a few moments to explain how I could optimize my settings on my Nest thermostat for better energy savings and longer mechanical life of me heating and cooling system. Much appreciated.

Been using Crane for probably 20 years. We have the same phenomenal guy come to the house for every visit. Knows our house and its systems (Htg & A/C) like the back of his hand. They’re always kind, on time and helpful. If you don’t have a regular house systems company, Crane is the one you want!!

I have had Crane Heating service my furnace and A/C for over 30 years. I have always received excellent service. They helped us choose our new heating and a/c system about 7 yrs ago and it has worked very well. Their technicians are always friendly, kind and efficient.
They called about my appt scheduled for today (Friday, Dec 23 ) and asked if they could come early because of the approaching weather. I appreciated this and they even allowed me to be their first call of the day yesterday because I had a commitment at 10:30a.
