The minute Jeff found out we purchased our furnace somewhere else he was upset. And it showed on our bill.

SO I THOUGHT GOING WITH A LOCAL COMPANY WOULD BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO. BIG MISTAKE!!!! THESE THINGS WERE IN THE CONTRACT AND NOT PERFORMED. REBUILD HUMIDIFIER NOT DONE I CAUGHT THEM PULLING A FAST ONE SO THEY CAME BACK AND DID IT. DIDNT REPLACE COPPER LINE SET, DIDNT INSTALL NEW PAD UNDER A/C UNIT,
LEFT A GAP BETWEEN FURNACE AND FILTER SO SUCKING AIR INTO BRAND NEW UNIT, WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE THE EXHAUST FLUE YET ONLY MANAGED TO REPLACE ABOUT 2 FEET OF IT. IM ASSUMING IT WAS THE OWNER THAT CAME OUT. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES ALL THE WAY. NOW YESTERDAY I WOKE UP AND FURNACE NOT WORKING THEY REFUSED TO COME OUT BECAUSE THEY WROTE ME A CHECK FOR $800 BECAUSE THEY ARE SHEISTY. NOW THEY WONT EVEN STAND BY THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY THATS ON THE CONTRACT. WHAT A WASTE SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH SIDE JOB GUY, BUT DIDNT BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE WHERE THESE ISSUES WOULD BE NOT WITH AN ACTUAL COMPANY I PAID 6,400 TO. STAY CLEAR
