Tim Wiehe did a fabulous job for me. I hired Geiler for a second opinion on a major repair/replacement of my furnace. They came out the day after I called. He did a great job of explaining to me the tests he ran and the results. It turned out my furnace was just fine. It's so nice to deal with an honest company with experienced technicians. I will continue to use Tim & the Geiger Company.

Lloyd came out to fix my ongoing issues with my AC. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was very kind and explained why my ac unit was not working. He spent the time to actually fix the problem, which I have had several people out here before. He is exceptional!! It’s already much cooler and comfortable in my home! Thank you Lloyd! They were easy to get ahold of and came out quickly for a quote. It was downhill from there. The people who came to do our quote were at the house for under five minutes. The person managing the scheduling was spotty with call backs. Ultimately the day our service was scheduled, we had to contact them two hours after the planned arrival time to find out they wouldn't be coming that day at all. I didn't have a great feeling about them throughout the process for a number of reasons, so honestly was a bit relieved when they no-showed. We found another company who immediately felt more trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable and ultimately got our job done.

Jason from Geiler Plumbing was very practical and helpful. A previous plumber told us it'd be thousands of dollars and a complex job to fix our leaky pipe, so we called Geiler for a second opinion. Jason arrived and found the actual problem: the previous homeowner had perforated a pipe while hanging a picture. "There's your problem right there." He fixed the issue with parts he had on hand and it's been good ever since.

He saved us a lot of money and aggravation! I am very pleased and highly recommend Jason and Geiler Plumbing.

I can't thank the Geiler company enough for saving the day - twice!!! - this past cold spell at my "senior" 4-family apartment. When the pipes burst on Day 1, Paul and his assistant got there in less than an hour and did an amazing job fixing the problem. They made me look like a hero to my senior citizen tenants - getting the problem fixed so quickly!
Then on Day 2 when the pipes burst on the other side of the apartment -
including a pipe up in the wall behind a kitchen sink - I thought I was going to have to rip out the kitchen to fix it! Somehow Paul managed to reach and fix that pipe miraculously from the garage below! That alone saved me $1000 of kitchen work since I didn't have to rip out (and disrupt for who knows how long) that kitchen.

On top of all of this, you did this work for a great price. The picture below shows the collection of problems on those two days fixed by your guys. Thanks again to everyone at Geiler for saving the day - twice, and making me look like a hero to my tenants!

We are very satisfied with the new heat pump installation. The Geiler service was excellent from start to finish. Installation was very smooth, professional and clean. The job was done the same day, so our AC was back on quickly. We have been Geiler customers for 15 years and will continue to call them for our HVAC and plumbing needs.

With the very cold weather that we have been having we were unfortunate enough to experience a broken pipe. It was flooding our lower level office and my husband had to turn off the water. After calling other companies and being put off for hours and days we called Geiler. I left a message and received a call back a short time later. We were lucky enough to have Mike Williams come to our house within 2 hours of calling. He saved the day and stopped the leak! Very happy to have him do the work for us. He was very polite and had great suggestions on how to fix the problem for future freezes. Very happy to be able to turn our water back on this evening.

I called Geiler on Tuesday June 24th and spoke to a delightful gentleman named Jim who was able to send a technician to my home the very next day! The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and determined what the issue was shortly after he arrived. He added Freon, replaced a pump, and advised me to consider replacing the AC unit which is over 25 years old. My house is over 80 years old so I will look in mini-splits as an alternative and I will most definitely be calling Geiler. Everyone I encountered in as amazing and I’ve already passed the company’s name and number to some of my coworkers. If you need reliable and professional HVAC experts look no further! KMB

The dispatch staff for residential services has changed, and not for the better. I made an appointment for AC maintenance for a 4-hour (10 am - 2 pm) time window. I received ZERO calls from the dispatcher on the day of the appointment regarding anticipated technician arrival time, and had to contact the office two separate times in order to try and get a status update. The technician ended up arriving after the end of the time window promised, which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Had I been informed that the tech was running late, I would have preferred to reschedule.

I called Geiler at 7:30 AM today for a non working AC. They had a service person out by noon. He quickly resolved the issue and restored the AC to a functioning status.
