Brandon came out and did some general maintenance and gave us a great quote on a new system and Cory and Tyler came out and installed the new system 2 days later (non-emergency situation). They took their time on the installed and made sure everything looked 10 times better than when they started! Great company and great service!

Hassan is the BEST! He is so informative and thorough! He did work for the house we sold and our new home. I would highly recommend Five Star and Hassan!

Pleasent. Explained all issues of inspection. Joe also pointed out two faucets on Stationery Tub and Washing Machine connections that were leaking. Last showed me 2 copper joints that showed carosian that could become problematic. I appreciated Joe's thoroughness.

Price was very good for a total change-out . If you have a good relation with Lowe’s you will appreciate the ease of financing, and of working with 5 Star. The initial estimate was done by young man who was very professional and courteous and respectful of our budget. The installers were professional and worked non-stop to complete the project neatly and entirely . I have had not so good results before with equipment and installers, so I highly recommend 5 Star. No I’m not related. I never met these folks before, and if I’d had a problem believe me I’d tell you about it. In detail.

Truly phenomenal experience start to finish. Transparent sales process and clean and professional installers.Travis was punctual, friendly and truly wanted the business. Brandon and Jerrick “zig” were on time, communicative and walked us through the entire project. Jacob and Chris did an excellent job sealing around the pipe leading through the basement wall that goes to the septic system. We had Jacob doing other jobs here before and highly recommend him snd Five Star!!

We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and had to relocate a switch. John and Nash were very courteous and did a great job. Even though there were challenges rerouting the wiring, they completed the work and at a very reasonable price. I will call them again. Thank You.

The experts at Five Star determined that our ac unit was half the size it needed to be, and the furnace wasn’t quite right either. Our total system replacement was done in a day and looks and works great! Dakota did an expert install and left no trace that he was even there. Excellent in every way, and priced less than I expected.

I had a great experience getting my water heater replaced. My technician, Jon, was fantastic—he arrived right on time, was very informative, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. They also had affordable coupons that saved me money, which was a nice bonus! Highly recommend!

Love this company! They are upfront, honest, no BS. Not only do they take care of customers they take care of employees. Brandon checked my furnace for carbon monoxide leaks. Showed me where it was leaking from several cracks. Told me my options on new furnaces. Made me feel at ease with everything. Easy peasy and very, very affordable. Five Star put in a new furnace for me yesterday, 12/12/25, thank goodness, before all this snow! My furnace quit on Thanksgiving Day; so Rick’s Heating and Cooling came out, which I have used for service. The problem wasn’t fixed and my furnace continued to shut off and start up when the circuit breaker was turned off and back on. But it never heated to the thermostat setting.

Ben, from Five Star, was first to come and give his opinion about a fix for my furnace and also for a new unit. He did not push to put in a new furnace but was very honest about explaining what would go into fixing the one HELP installed 11 years ago. Much had been done sloppily and with less than desired materials. I had it serviced every year.

It was my decision to have a new one put in and Ben did an excellent job explaining what a new furnace would entail including a humidifier in addition to a fair price. The job was completed the next day by Jesse and his very qualified assistant.

All was completed in one day, no mess, not one speck of anything in my home or furnace room! What a difference compared to the HELP furnace and this new Carrier unit!

Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Charged $99 to quote a job at $927 to install a posi-temp shower valve. No materials included. Valve was already exposed and supplied.

Called someone else to get a quote. Got the quote over the phone, no fee charged to quote. Installed a code compliant valve for $475. Technician from the Five Star didn't even bother mentioning the valve I had on hand wasn't code compliant. Asked for a refund from Five Star, they said 'no can do.'

Guess I paid $99 to learn they aren't worth the time.
