We had an issue with our boiler that was fixed by Geiger right before we purchased our home. I called Geiger to see if they would be able to help and initially was told they would be unable to. The next day, I received a call from Jeff from Geiger and he not only apologized for the communication I received prior but explained to me the labor and parts warranty on our boiler. It was so comforting to know that Geiger not only reached out to me about the mistake but would stand by and guarantee their work. Bill is the technician that came to assist with our boiler, he quickly spotted the issue and worked on solutions to get our heat working quickly. Bill also gave me a lot of information about steam boilers and radiators and answered all of my questions, as I’ve never had a boiler before. I would highly recommend Geiger for any of your heating and cooling needs. Based on my experience, I know they are the only company I will be trusting and using forward.

Heat went out at 6 pm New Year's Eve. Didn't think I could find anyone for help. Called and they came right out. Wasn't an easy fix and I needed help. This is a great company! I'm thankful for them.

I was very pleased with the service of Hassan and 5 Star Home Service. My technician was very professional and prompt. He diagnosed the problem and solved the issues right away.. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

The technician himself was very nice and professional, but the company charged nearly $400 just to replace an ignitor. That price is extremely high for such a simple repair and feels very misleading. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

The 2 young men arrived on time.
They did an excellent job. I would recommend these 2 young men to install a furnace for me again. They did a great job and was so pleasant to talk to. Lol give them a day off.

Once again I had Brandon for my tech and he was thorough in checking out my system. He offered up some suggestions on thing I could do to help my heat pump last longer. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in terms a non-HVAC person could understand. The price was good. I will definitely keep having Brandon come back for any issues.

Brandon did am excellent job. He explained everything as he went along through the process. He also gave us tips on how to keep it running smoothly

Travis Jones and Jesse Creech (lead installer) both did a great job. Travis made sure everything I wanted was what I got and I got where I wanted on price too, he made sure everything I had questions about was answered perfectly and I was able to set everything up for them to be good to go on install day. Jesse was awesome, guy knows exactly what he's doing and lead the team of three to have our ancient fuel furnace and old 90s air condenser replaced fully in 1 day. Jesse was a great dude and just talking to him, he's one of the good ones. It's always uneasy spending thousands for new systems and you always want everything to go well, Jesse made sure that everything happened exactly as it should have. And he even went above and beyond on a few things. Would absolutely trust that guy to do me right.

Ben was very patient as I explained my need for an uncomplicated thermostat. He also took the time to check out my air conditioner and Heating unit snd possible replacement options. Ben was professional and yet friendly, obviously experienced and knowledgeable.

From the initial service visit which I thought was very reasonable at just $99 to the sales visit with Jason to the Install with Jaron and another guy who were very professional and all business my experience was as good as it could be. They worked with me to come up with a fair price and they also did everything they said they wld do. They were also very prompt and on-time. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who dsnt want to deal with the hassle of pushy sales people and want a fair price backed by a warranty.

Roody did an excellent plumbing expectation of our house in preparation for winter. He was able to show us what could be improved, replaced and helpful tip from keeping our pipes from freezing! Highly recommend

My experience with Five Star was great. Someone was able to come out same day and I got a replacement water heater installed the day after. Chris Sanchez was the installer and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and even gave me a few tips and pointers on other parts of my house’s HVAC system.

Bryan was Awesome. He stayed until the entire job was done . Great employee and very professional.
