Let me start off this review by saying that these guys are the real deal and nothing short of amazing. I have put off repairing my older unit for years due to not knowing the cost it would be to fix it. I called Victory Air to come out and take a look, as a family member suggested them. Tommy (the owner) is such a dedicated, hard working, and trustworthy guy. He is 100% a person that will give it to you straight. No sugar coating but in the good way. He sets realistic expectations of what they are able to fix and what truly needs to be replaced. Tommy wants the best for his customers and he shows that in the professionals that he employs. Each and every tech that I met and dealt with was professional and polite. They came in did the work and kept us updated and in the loop with every test needed or diagnosis that came up. I would 100% recommend this company to all my family and friends that need their HVAC systems serviced or replaced. As for myself, I know who I will be sticking with from now on when my system needs to be serviced.

This is my first time ever needing an air conditioner repair. Victory Air was wonderful to work with. They were able to schedule a service call on the same day of my call to them (truly, within a matter of 2 hours). The Service Technician was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my A/C and thoroughly explained the repair to me. Prices are very reasonable. I am thrilled to now know an HVAC company that is responsive, reliable, and professional if I ever need them again. I highly recommend Victory Air!

Excellent. Arrived on time, business poise, friendly and knowledgeable. Performed Spring preventive maintenance, cleaning and tune up for AC system. Communicated outcome of check up with good news. He made recommendation for filter within next two months and advised us of a small replacement part that was working but not at peak performance. No pressure for purchase but we chose to not wait and have both put in while the service man was here. He put both in for us and we are very happy to have this service. We feel like our unit is well maintained to meet the 90 degree temperature weeks ahead. Exceptional company and personnel.

Victory Air was able to get to get back to me within 24 hours, assessed the problem with our very old AC unit, which ended up being the motherboard had died. They checked to make sure everything else was in order, luckily they were able to get the part in town, install it the same day, and everything is back in order. Quick and professional! Thank you!

Can't say enough great things about these guys. Came out and fixed my boiler in my newest 4 family, after Geiler condemned it. All it needed was a clean, even showed me how it and the controls operated. Had them come back and replace the expansion tank. Fantastic company, highly recommend them...

Wow! We called Victory Air to service Mom and Dad's heating and air conditioning prior to putting their house on the market. Dad had used them in the past and couldn't speak highly enough of Tom. This time we had Ryan (his son) stop by. All I can say is you won't find a better company to work with. Ryan, just like his Dad, treats people with respect. Greg and his team replaced our 67 year old (large) boiler with a new high efficiency (much smaller) boiler. Converting the old system's plumbing to the new boiler setup appeared to be challenging at times but Greg's team worked hard to get everything up and running. Greg's team was very patient when I asked too many questions about this new system. We have used Greg and his team since 1992 and will continue in the future.

We have used Greg twice recently, for an outage in the A/C, and then overall maintenance. Both times, he answered quickly, scheduled the call promptly, and did the work quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost.
I highly recommend Greg for any HVAC work!
