Fantastic job, You couldn't even tell they were here. Very Careful, Very respectful of our home. Took all of the garbage with them. Hard working and honest. Good people, did Exactly what I asked and didn't try to sell me extras. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Best experience I have ever had with a contractor.

Very impressed. I was open about the fact that I would buy a new furnace today if the repair was going to be higher than 800.00. It was just an ignitor. Inexpensive repair and he cleaned it plus fixed a rattling noise that was there for years. When this furnace dies I will buy from this company.

The service call was set up by a very personable and professional person. The technician was timely, professional and knowledgeable about the identified problem. During the installation process an additional technician came to help complete the service, which was approved by a third party supervisor who came on the scene.

Excellence in the quality of their work and attention to customer service is obviously part of the companies foundation. In addition, they were kind enough to identify a safety issue with my furnace for which I am super grateful.

We've been using Howard Adams Heating & Air for over 20 years. This morning we woke up to a non-functioning furnance in sub-zero temps, and Kent was here and had it repaired just a few hours after we called. I can't say enough good things about them and their team - Betty, Dale and Kent are all amazing!

We just moved into our house and our HVAC system was not working. We called everyone, however no one was able to get to us. I was referred to Victory Air and gave them a call. They were friendly, helpful, professional on the phone and were able to squeeze us in that day. Our service technician found the problem and fixed it. Here was the best part. Unlike some HVAC companies, I won't say any names but it rhythms with "Gelp", the service tech didn't stick around my house for additional 30 minutes trying to sell me extended warranties, club memberships and/or up-sell me something I didn't need. Victory Air gives the HVAC industry a good name in my book. And unlike Marty Brennaman recommendation, I would trust to send Victory Air to my grandmother's house.

Tommy and his guys are friendly and very knowledgeable of my HVAC system. Once (they) even serviced my furnace on Christmas Eve! Truly appreciate them! Only trust them to work on my HVAC system.

Incredibly responsive and VERY professional. Had a situation where my unit was down after just being installed a little over a year ago. Come to find out, I had disconnected a wire while changing out the filter, shutting down the entire unit. Just so happens that we had no heat on the coldest day of the year here in Cincy as well. Tom and his team at Victory Air Mechanical are professional, and courteous. Even more important they are knowledgeable and able to diagnose and repair jobs that other HVAC outfits either couldn’t fix or made faulty repairs. Victory is my go to HVAC service provider for both my residence and business including rooftop units.
