Our boiler went out 2 days before Cristmas. Finding contractors to respond was a challenge. We were able to get three bids to replace the existing unit. Schmidt H&C was the best price. WE were up against a major storm and Steve managed to rearrange their schedule to install our boiler just prior to a cripiling snow storm and well below seasonable temps. Had it not been for Schmidt's quick and professionnal reponse I would probably be tellig a much differ story. We wholeheartedly recommend them. Tom Walters

They have always been a pleasure to work with. We needed to replace our old geothermal unit and I knew we could count on Schmidt. They did a fantastic job! They were professional, on-time, efficient, and cleaned up their work space. Their prices have always been fair. We also had them replace our water heater and an old air handler. Again, they did another fantastic job with those projects as well. We will continue to be repeat customers.

My furnace went out this past Saturday 3-1-25. I called Schmidt Heating and Cooling because they are a 24/7 service company. The next day they had a service tech at my door. He was wonderful and explained everything clearly. I needed a new furnace. On Monday 3-3-25 two techs showed up, Nick and Eric. They did a fantastic job installing the new furnace, showing me how to use the new thermostat which I can control from my phone and everything was cleaned up nicely. With the new furnace and it's features, I can now run my furnace 4 degrees less from 72 degrees to 68 degrees and my home is actually warmer. I highly recommend this company!

Great and quick service. Prices are fair as well. First cold front came through and turned on our furnace only for a mix of hot and cold air to come out. Tech came out and was very thorough with looking through the furnace and HVAC unit for issues, as well as helping sort out some of the electrical and plumbing that connect to the unit (old house). Will definitely use Schmidt again.

Schmidt's sales people and technicians were great. We got an entire HVAC system replaced. The process was easy and pricing was very competitive. Would definitely recommend.

These people shouldn't be allowed to flush a toilet, let alone run plumbing. No electric, no lighting, no fittings, and we almost expected them to pull out rubber hoses instead of pipe. They are a joke in the plumbing industry

service was great respectful of covid 19 did what was needed no price escalation, no you need a new part just checked for function cleaned and done. Cool air comfortable home since yesterday .

My AC unit died on Friday night. Our normal service man came out on Saturday AM and confirmed our 25-year old unit was indeed finished, but that he would not be able to install a new unit until the following Friday. Being the end of the first 90° week in Cincinnati and the inside of our house approaching 85°, we weren't willing to wait a week for a new AC unit. A friend of mine referred Kent Adams to me. I called Kent at 6:00 on Saturday evening, he visiting our home and inspected the unit on Sunday by noon, and by Monday at noon, we had a new AC unit with cold air blowing again! Kent was unbelievably friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and the price was extremely reasonable, especially given the urgent nature of our request. I'll never use another AC/heating company! Thank you Kent!
