I was referred to Victory Air by Howard Heating and Air and I am so happy they did! They were able to come out the same day whereas all the other HVAC places I called had a days wait. I called Victory Air at 11am and someone was pulling into my driveway at 12:07pm. The second floor never got super cool but whatever he did it is now so much cooler than it has ever been! This winter lover is so happy with Victory Air and would definitely recommend them.

I called this place yesterday for assistance with my heating system. In less than 2 hours from the time I first called, a tech was out and had my system running! The techs were personable and very professional. He found the problem very quickly and explained it in detail. I will use them again in the future.

In my 10+ years experience w/Victory, I have been extremely impressed by the staff re professionalism, proficiency, promptness, and positive attitude (my grading system - they earn a high "4P" rating at every call). In addition, they merit another "P" for their pleasant personalities, from the office personnel to the service guys. And though it;s grreat to have confidence in having knowledgeable servicemen working on my home, their greatest attribute is trust. The owner, Tom Donathan, trains his personnel to treat customers like family, so I know Victory will always give me honest assessments, reliable resolutions to issues, and fair pricing.

Great experience with Victory Air, they determined that my AC was low on charge and fixed it. Also, already have a call in for them to come out and add a separate system to the upper level of my house. They will be my HVAC company of choice going forward. Thanks Derrick and Tom.

Requested to have furnace and a/c checked. Representative advised technicians could be out same day. I agreed and two technicians came out. I advised furnace was operating but not blowing warm air, and a/c was diagnosed by Geiler and hone warranty technicians to have leaked refrigerant due to issue with Shrader valve in furnace closet. Victory Air technician joked that it could cost a million dollars to repair. He advised furnace needed to be started a couple times, but was working fine. He advised he put something in the a/c system outdoors to check it, but did not find any leaks. He then checked the system inside the furnace closet and found leak as advised by previous technicians. He calculated charges at more than $500, and advised it would be hundreds more to repair the a/c. I asked for a print-out of work and charges and signed tablet to get estimates. Beware!!! Always ensure companies and technicians provide you a written request and estimate before they touch or proceed with anything...checks, estimates, etc! Haven't yet followed-up with representative to find out whether this is customary with their company.

Victory came out within 3 hours and quickly repaied the heat pump for my swimming pool. Dave, the technician was great and was able to make the repairs without ordering new parts, which got my heater running within an hour.

Tom and his crew are just the most professional team I have worked with. Nicest guys too. I had owned my home for 12 years before I was able to afford central air. Tom was incredibly patient and worked very hard to find the best unit I could afford but that could also provide heat and AC to my oversized 3-floor historical home in the Clifton area. Not an easy task. The crew came every day for a week and worked very hard to install this amazing equipment. The heating was incredible in the winter time. I recently used the AC for the first time last week and it's unbelievable. Zero noise (I had to make sure that it was actually on) and so efficient. I'm beyond happy with it. Highly recommended!

Service technician did an excellent job related to our furnace problems and explained clearly as he fixed issues. We are very pleased with the Victory Air Mechanical service staff and particularly with the good job that Ryan did in explaining as he found issues, what the fix was and related solutions. Tyler was great. He listened as I described what the situation was and quickly diagnosed the issue. He chatted with me the whole time, despite my offer to not be over his shoulder (I’ve done work in peoples homes in past and never minded people chatting either while I worked, but some do). He was actually early to the appointment, but not without calling to be sure it was OK to come early. Pricing was appropriate for job done. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

They did an amazing job. They explained everything, provided options, their opinions, and did not try to sell us things we didn't need. They were knowledgeable, and very professional, and fixed my AC in no time. They came out the same day within an hour, and diagnosed the issue. Victory Air has been my 'go-to' heating and air company since 2013. They're reliable professionals! I always know I can count on them to keep my HVAC system up and running properly. I utilize their service for annual inspections, which greatly reduces costly repairs. I've had two "emergency" situations in the past 9 years...the furnace went out once and the AC went out once. Their response time was impressive and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a heating and air company that's professional, reliable and operates on a moral compass.

My technician was very knowledgeable. My top floor was not cooling like the rest of the condo and all he needed to do was adjust the dampers. I had no idea what he was talking about so he took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He also told me I would have to do the same thing in the winter. He was very friendly, funny, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for such a great experience!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Derrick. Not only is he extremely professional, but super kind and definitely did what we needed him to do.
