I had a Williamson HVAC unit. Heater 1950, AC early 1970. Greg came a few years ago & put Freon in my unit.

I call Greg the morning of June 19th my ac went out & he was there a few hours later to ck out the AC. It was leaking Freon again so I finally decided to get the HVAC replaced. Before he left I had brochures on both units, he explained them to me & called me with a price later that afternoon.

Three guys showed up the next morning, tore out the old units, installed the new ones. Got the AC running so I would have AC that night. Two guys came the next day & finished the job. It looks fantastic!

It’s so comforting to know that I have a new HVAC system installed & can check that off my list. Fast, easy & reasonably priced. I was thrilled.

They all were very polite, cleaned up after the job & friendly. I would highly recommend Geiger-Air!

Unfortunately, I can't give a very positive review. Both Randy and Greg, were nice, and on time, so they get 2 points for that. I called initially, and Randy came out, and He actually was early. Checked my outside unit, because the blower was not coming on. He replaced the capacitor, and said everything else was fine, but he didn't even come in to check the inside unit. Charge was $255 ($75 - capacitor, $180 - labor, for about 15 - 20 minutes). Well, unit worked for a few days, same problem again. Called back, and Greg came right out. He checked the outside unit, put freon in, looked at the inside unit, and said it needed a certain part that he didn't have. He took pictures, and said he was going check on the part, and call me back with an estimate in a couple days. Well.... that was over 2 weeks ago. Still, no call. In the meantime, I'm out of $255, and in a hot house, again! Even if you were not able to get the part, or can't do the work, it's just a good courtesy to let the customer know.

Jason came quickly when I had a water leak on a mini split AC head. Found the problem and fixed it fast. Jason was professional and easy to talk to.

I came home from work yesterday and it was 83 degrees inside the house. The air conditioner stopped working. There was a number for Geiger on the side of the unit so I gave them a call. I was put in contact with the same person who installed it 20 years prior. (How cool is that?) He came out the next day (I placed the call in the late afternoon) and fixed it in less than an hour. I could not be happier with the service from this company. Thank you!

My furnace went out during the blizzard of 2022 and Greg and Randy were super responsive. Made it out to my house the same day and fixed the problem quickly. I know they were slammed with calls during this storm and I cannot express how grateful I was for their service with 2 small babies and a young child at home! Will absolutely recommend them.

Greg Geiger was willing to work with my home warranty company when my home air conditioner went out. This was unusual and much appreciated because many HVAC companies refused the business when they learned a warranty company was involved. The team of two installers were courteous, professional and considerate. The installation was completed within the same day and everything is working admirably. Had multiple companies come out and all suggested a new unit, including furnace! Geiger came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. It seems most companies only want to sell new units, not fix 7 year old A/C units. Thanks for working with integtrity and honesty. We need more companies like this in the world. I called Geiger after a recommendation from a neighbor - and I will now be the neighbor recommending them to others. Greg was at my house within a couple of hours after I told him the furnace wasn't working. He spent at least an hour or 2 troubleshooting different things (which ended up being multiple issues). Pricing was very reasonable, all things considered and Greg was professional and showed me what was happening. I will definitely be using Geiger again in the future (hopefully not any time soon!)

I called Greg Geiger for maintenance on my AC for a spring check up. He came out the very next day, was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced! He not only did the AC check up but he also took a look at my furnace and mentioned we needed to change the filter as it had been awhile (oops that's on my hubbie).
