We had a perfect experience with this HVAC team(Kori and Jesse). They were incredibly clean, timely, and courteous, and they really took their time to care for our historical building and business. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using their services again.

Kyle was great! He was very informative about what the root cause any/all issues. Gave a great explanation of what would be needed for a solution. He gave options on payment and how becoming member could help you save. Would highly recommend especially for anyone buying their first home.

We had issues with our furnace leaking water. I scheduled online for a tech to come out. Brandon isham was our tech and he came in super positive, explored our HVAC and gave us the option for repairs and or replacement. Brandon was honest and made us feel comfortable discussing our options without pressure. We knew our furnace was old and it was our best interest to just replace it. Brandon was able to get us a great discount and a great price for the job! Brandon is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Great asset to their team!

We had an excellent all around experience Brad our sales guy gave us a very fair price, was knowledgeable & very friendly. We had our outdated non functional AC condenser inside ac coil / condensate pump, refrigerant lines & the controller unit replaced/upgraded to a 2 ton goodman unit by lead tech Kori & Ardell, they were the nicest guys you could ever meet, extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions.
The install came out perfect and super clean & sanitary looking, they made sure to do all the tests & checks, very professional & high quality employees that care about thier work. You can have confidence in 5 Star Home services & the whole experience was smooth as silk.
At our request they
re routed our ac outdoor unit to the other side of the house so it took the guys a few extra hours, be sure to always tip hard working tradesmen & it's always nice to supply coffee & donuts in the AM. Or mebbe pizza & energy drinks in the afternoon.. they'll love ya for it.

Kori and his partner were awesome. Solid craftsmanship on the exterior. Copper pipe and high-voltage line ran pretty level minus a few dog legs. I was a little underwhelmed that they did not pour a concrete pad for the new unit. The interior work on the new coil was crisp and tidy.

Overall these guys were professionals who took care of my house, cleaned up after themselves and did quality work.

Ben the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me a unit that was overpriced and too big for the square footage of the house unlike other companies.

Five star and their team are fair, honest and professional.

We had a serious issue with our water heater, and they responded very quickly. The team arrived on the same day, worked efficiently, carefully, and handled everything from start to finish.

They replaced the water heater, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. Everything was done neatly and with great attention to detail.

I truly appreciate how fast and organized they were, especially considering this was January 2nd.

The technician was knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot the water heater quickly. Luckily did not require a major repair. They were honest about it and did what was necessary. Additionally we got a valve replaced that feeds into the humidifier. The quality of the part and workmanship is very good. Would definitely recommend this service

Very knowledgeable and professional. I had forgotten that I had another HVAC company coming the next day for a estimate. Since he was here I let him check over the work and he said Five Star did a great job. Here's a kicker Five Star was $1,100 dollars cheaper.

We have been getting, what I feel is the runaround, during the coldest time of the year, on a furnace repair/replacement.
Casey came out, we discussed options and how to best resolve our problem.
He said we can get it done the next day.
In, out, a plan in place, problem solved.
Great to work with a company that wants to get it done...I stead of waiting for weeks.

Had a technician out her last night to fix my furnace around 7. He was here for 15 min and said all was good. He no sooner left and the furnace quit again. I called and he said it must be a mother board issue and he'd call in the morning. I was unhappy with that answer but planned on a night without heat. Minutes later, Cameron Bouldin, another technician, called and asked about the issues. After listening, he said showed up last night at 11pm. He left at 130. He did more in that time period than the other three technicians combined that were out here for the same issue. His professionalism and knowledge was top notch. All the rest of the technicians should take notes from Cameron.

Very disappointed in your service. Your Heating technician said my 2 furnaces need to be replaced. They both had rust on the Heat Exchange and this rust could break through the line and cause Carbon Dioxide Poisoning. He wanted me to meet immediately with his sales lead to purchase new units. I did not feel comfortable with his comments and called another HVAC company for a 2nd opinion. This other company took apart both furnaces down to the Heating Exchange and NO RUST anywhere. The other company was shocked I was told this data by HELP. Lying to me to get a sale is very disappointing. I will never use your services again! I also had to pay out of pocket for this 2nd opinion but well worth it. (I have a video and pictures of both of my Heating Exchange units with NO RUST). I hope this technician is reprimanded for lying to me. Please be aware of this unprofessional sales tact which would have cost me major fees and the worry over dying...from carbon dioxide poisoning.

Carter was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He inspected my attic and even offered to move some of my personal items to get the ladder in place. My impression was that he was very thr thorough and left everything neat and clean. He gets an "A" from me. This was a free service HELP now offers to check water lines.

Tyler F. was knowledgeable and professional. We had some recessed lighting that stopped working after a storm, Tyler was able to pinpoint the problem and make the necessary repairs in about an hour. Very impressive, and made helpful suggestions to prevent future reoccurrence. Price was reasonable too.

Great response and professional service AGAIN from HELP! Today it was Rick who arrived shortly after I called with our dead water heater problem. He diagnosed and explained my problems and then Adrien and Alex installed the replacement heater and softener. Super great care for our home, super quick service. Great explanation of our problems. HELP is fantastic. From annual maintenance to new installs, we’ve had a great experience every time. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical - we’ve seen staff from every expertise. They are always courteous, professional and friendly. No pressure sales, plenty of options to explore - can’t recommend them enough!

Had Michael come to check out an emergency generator to make sure it was working properly. He was able to get it started after noticing a stuck throttle arm. A simple fix and well worth the visit.

Owen Wills was here for a plumbing inspection. He was very professional and informative. I was glad that he found zero issues but his conversation was worth the time spent. Good job my friend

Our water heater went out just 2 weeks after we’d moved in. Spoke with Laura who was able to get us on schedule the same day. So helpful.
Rick arrived and determined the issue as well as other non conforming problems with the water heater. He was thorough, very professional and got our hot water back the same day.
I cannot say enough good things about the manner in which we were treated.
In addition to the repairs, the prior owner had made installation that was not up to code so we had to take care of that as well. Thank you Rick and Laura.

There were a few issues that were resolved the next day when Seth came back. Addressed them immediately and stayed to ensure everything was in working order.

Feb 24 checking our plumbing & drain systems. Owen was very thorough and his inspection gave us peace of mind all was in good working order. The service was let of our contracted agreement.

I called and received an appointment the next day. A very Friendly scheduler helped to make the appointment and the technician Caleb M. was polite, knowledgeable, informative and personable. We will definitely be using HELP again the future for HVAC and Plumbing needs.
