Andy and Ron were excellent. Very friendly, explained everything, gave me tips on how to troubleshoot my other outdoor spigots when problems arise. Would definitely recommend!

I would not recommend Anderson Hills Plumbing. Nice people but there are not thorough. They used a toilet auger to try and fix a sewer line clog. So our clog was only temporarily fix. Second they charge my wife and I and extra 30 minutes for travel time.Which was never stated clearly in the phone. So after paying a good amount of money we are back to square one with our sewer line clogged.

Friendly, fast to respond, and knowledgeable! I love that they always send two plumbers so the job can be accomplished quickly. Prices are very fair. We live in an old house, so they've been to our house many times. Highly recommend!

I live right around the corner from AHP and have used them for clogged drains a few times, but now I needed them for a "big boy job". I noticed my water heater was driping so I called on a Wednesday to get a ballpark estimate on what it would cost to replace. I had no idea, I just wanted to know if I was looking at a bill that would be hundreds or thousands. The person I spoke to instructed me to email with my request and send pictures. I took several pictures of the heater, the flue, and the info on the heater with the make and model and size of the tank. I received a response email telling me to call in for an estimate. Friday comes and the heater completely fails, water was flooding the basement. I called and was told to turn the water off. We then scheduled to have someone over first thing Monday to fix it, the time frame was between 8-11. Went the weekend without the water. Monday at 12:00 I called because the guy never showed. Was told I was scheduled for 4:00pm! They finally did send someone out and he just looked and said they would send an email the next day with an estimate. I had enough. I called Holtmeier plumbing and someone was out within the hour. He looked at it and gave me an estimate and within 2 hours that day I had a new water heater installed. Holtmeier charged $2100, I never did receive that email estimate from Anderson Hills Plumbing.

Update: Finally heard back and was quoted $3400. They told me that they would need to drill into the foundation and completely redo the chimney and exhaust flue, because my 40gal water heater was oversized.

We have been using AHP for years and they always do good work, however today after he "cleaned up" I had to spend another 45 minutes cleaning up after him. Had to clean the toilet after he dumped the black sludge from the pipe into the toilet. Used 10 Clorox wipes to finally get all the black film off the tile floor, and had to clean a quarter size spot of black from the carpet, vacuum, and mop the kitchen floor. Who's paying me for my time, on my only day off?

These people are awesome. I had a old and damaged shower faucet and cartridge I could find parts for anywhere else. The gentlemen in the store all came together and helped find all the parts I needed to repair my shower. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing repairs or parts needed.

Water heater started to leak. They were here the next morning with a quality water heater, installed it as well as a pressure regulator by noon. Service was very professional and friendly. Prices were the going rate. Will use them again when the need arises. Thank you for the prompt service as we were not looking forward to taking cold showers.

They saved my weekend! My kitchen had a sudden leak right before a weekend full of hosting. They came out same day and fixed my leak and kitchen right up! The whole team was professional and wonderful! I am a very happy customer.

They do a fantastic job. If you want your plumbing done correctly and not just bandaid fixes, they are the best place to call. My favorite plumber is Andy, but they are all excellent! The owners are great people too! It’s nice when you can get quality work from a nice family owned business! It’s a win win!

They were supposed to be at my house from 12-2 on a Tuesday according to the pre-set appointment. I called at 12:30 and they said 12-2 meant showing up anytime between 12 & 2. But this wasn’t how the appointment was set up. I was told it would be a 1-2 hour job. So 12-2 for me meant showing up at 12 and then leaving either at 1 or 2. During my call, they said it would be another hour before they could get there and they were supposed to call before they came. They said they booked a sump pump before me and he was a little rude telling me this. I set my appointment up days in advance so that I wouldn’t have this problem. By 1:30, I hadn’t received a call and it appeared that no one was on their way out. I called back. A lady answered and told me to wait while she checked where they were. I just canceled the service at that point because I knew that if she had to call to find their location, then they weren’t on their way and it would be after 2 before they could get there. As a new customer, I expect that if someone is going to be late, to call and advise why. I understand jobs run over but I’m the one that had to call them. They should be calling me. I’m the one that was going to pay for their service. So showing up after 2 meant finishing the job between 3 & 4. 12-2 means I made time between 12 & 2, not anytime after. Had they told me 12-2 meant showing up to do work at 2, I would have changed the date when I made the appointment.

I have used Anderson Hills Plumbing for years and have always recommended them to my friends! But today they reached a whole new level of great service! I spoke with Jack for some plumbing advice, and he called me on FaceTime and walked me through the whole project. He was very patient with me while I did the work and saved me a lot of heartache and headache! Thank you, Jack!

We've basically had no water all weekend because of ONE part that I needed. My family hated me all weekend because of it.

None of the large retail stores carried it, and they were very little help. I ordered a part online that came today, and it was the wrong one.

Someone recommended Anderson Hills Plumbing, so I went this afternoon. I showed them the part, and they immediately knew what I had in my hand. They had exactly what I needed.

I should have just waited and went with my local place first. They were very nice, helpful, and reasonably priced.

I used Anderson Hills Plumbing for an 8,200 SF top-to-bottom renovation of a 150-year-old building in downtown Cincinnati. We took it down to the studs and plumbed it from scratch. 9 bathrooms. Three kitchens. Three water heaters. The whole she-bang.

Anderson Hills Plumbing did a fabulous job, top to bottom (Jack and Tony). Not only did they follow the plan, they made some great suggestions for enhancement of our systems.

Nothing was a problem; everything was great.

Both Jack and Tony were quality and professional.

Would use them them again and would recommend them to others.

Got an appointment quickly from their office. Arthur and Mike were in and out in no time installing a new sump pump for us. Friendly, hardworking, and professional, AHP best plumbing service on the planet.

Did really good work for removing my old triple concrete sink that leaked a lot. Very clean and kind to me, my family and very respectfully of my home. I will have them out for my next plumbing project very soon!

Update: All these guys did was push the blockage further down my line. I ended up renting a snake from Cincy Tool for two hours Saturday morning and cleared it myself. Cost me $25 vs the $560 these guys charged me after quoting $350.

My floor drain in the basement kept backing up. I called three places, Anderson Hills was in the middle for pricing, but they were able to get there the same day.

The 2 technicians that showed up were great. I only have positive things to say about them. Professional, to the point, even fixed the broken condensation line for my AC unasked. I’m giving two stars, because each of those guys earned a gold star in my eyes.

What I take issue with is the management/sales team. When I called them in the morning for a quote, I was told $350. So, at the end when my bill was $565, plus another 3% if I pay with credit card, I was frustrated. It STARTS at $350 and only goes up from there. If I had been told that from the start, I probably wouldn’t have an issue with it. But, it felt deceptive and I told them they should be more transparent with their pricing.

When I dropped off a check later that day to their main office, to avoid the additional 3% credit card fee that no one told me about when I called for the quote, I asked if they warranty their work. The guy I spoke with said not for drain clogs because “how do we know you’re not going home and pouring kitty litter down your drain?” Well, because I’m not a moron, that’s how you should know that.

My drain backed up again 24hrs later. I can assure you, no kitty litter was involved.

    They
replaced some of our outdoor pipes due to tree roots. Excellent job! Will use them again in the future.
