Extremely Responsive and Courteous in time of the 2022 Deep freeze-- busted copper pipe. Both scheduling and completing the fix. The Tech, even made recommendations on other items of my old house. My experience and Service were outstanding.

My water heater died and they were able to install a new one the following morning. I'm incredibly grateful!!

Hofmeyer has provided a number of services to my wife and I since we bought our home in Bridgetown a year ago. Excellent service and they’ve done a great job each time. We are getting our water heater replaced by them soon and anticipate another fine job being done. It’s nice to have a ‘go to’ plumbing company to be able to rely on and Hofmeyer is certainly that for us.

Great service and work! I had a clogged kitchen sink, slow draining tub and leaky bathroom sink faucet, which the technician (Jake) fixed. Everything is perfect now! They were able to come out the day I called and rates were very reasonable. Thank you!

I recently used Hoffmeyer Plumbing to install a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They were very courteous and professional from start to finish. Max worked with me to schedule a time to take measurements and inspect the kitchen. I made an appointment for the install and had to change it on short notice and they made it easy to reschedule. The installer was on time and professional. He left the work area clean and made sure I understood how everything worked.

One of the good guys. Long story short, this company just saved us almost $26,000. They are honest, effective, and the kind of company that brings in their tools first and the iPad last. Too many companies are way too fast to sell you some big solution without understanding the problem or thinking through a solution. We had what we thought was an emergency over Labor Day weekend and initiated a fix with another company that spun out of control very quickly. After a call to Kyle at Hoffmeyer, who took the time to listen to what was going on and fit us into the schedule, Doug and Kendall were sent out and were able to FIX the problem and give long term recommendations so this doesn't happen again for less than $500. I recommend this company without reservations. Thank you for saving our family's emergency fund. We will all sleep better because of you guys, especially since our kids don't have to use our bathroom in the middle of the night anymore.

We were having some issues with our bathroom sink draining. I called Hofmeyer and they had someone here to look at the issue within 2 hours. The plumber they sent was professional and answered all of our questions. This is my second time using Hofmeyer and will continue to do so in the future due to their professionalism, service, and cost.

Hofmeyer's level of service far exceeds the other three plumbing companies I've worked with in Cincinnati. Scheduling can be a bit rough if you're not on the Westside, but if you can get an appointment or find a time that works, this is the best plumbing company to work with. These guys are honest & hardworking.

Hank went above and beyond helping us to try to identify an inconsistent sewer smell we were having in our house. The other plumbing company we had out just assumed it was a cracked ventilation pipe, didn't take any action to verify if it was the issue, and left us thinking we had a very expensive fix without any next steps. I plugged a drain pipe that reduced the smell, but it was still somewhat there. Hank (Hofmeyer) checked everything out. He put in a new clean-out on our main stack, ran a camera through our ventilation and our sewer line, used a smoke machine, and double checked some other things all within an hour or so. He saved us a bunch of money, confirming that the ventilation pipe is in good order still. He had no problem giving me some rough ballparks and inputs on other plumbing jobs & questions I had throughout the job, and did not try to upsell me on anything.

We are so thrilled with the work Hofmeyer did for us—we’ve been dealing with a second floor bathroom leak for so long. No one we called could figure it out or just wanted to do a band aid. Have always used Hofmeyer due to their timeliness and overall professionalism and today was no different. Needed a toilet replaced and Jake was courteous, professional and quick. Very reliable

I hated having to call for help but I am glad I did. They replaced an old faucet in my basement bar that was dripping hundreds if not thousands of gallons per year. There was a slight issue with it leaking but they came back and fixed it. So far it has remained fixed. I am overall happy and glad they showed ownership of the issue that arose. Only slight comment is the water did damage some electronics, nothing too expensive but they have dodged that aspect.

I’m grateful that when my mini fridge went out there was enough ice in it to not spoil. Anyway. Good people just wish they’d get back to me on the power strip, Alexa spot and box fan that aren’t working.

I called Max in the early am on saturday and he sent Jake over right away. He came and did such a great job. He had to work on several items and got them all done in a timely manner. He had such a great attitude and great customer service skills. I would recommend them.

This is a craftsman. If you have a problem that requires thought and experience to resolve this is the place to go. A complex problem was resolved that three other local top recommended companies decided to "pass" on attempting resolution. We appreciated the time taken to explain the problem, the alternatives, and the proposed solution. I think money well spent and if we have a need in the future this is where the call will go. The price was highish reasonable but then again you pay for the experience, not the part. Prompt, friendly, cleaned up perfectly, and instructed us on how to use the equipment installed (twice). Never rushed. Cost was accurate being slightly under the estimated cost agreed upon.

He was very nice and patient. The two men that came kept everything clean and removed all boxes and the old toilet. They were very nice and efficient.The cost was very reasonable. This is the third time I’ve used Hofmeyer and highly recommend them.

Anthony and Rudy put a new toilet in for us today and checked our outside drain. My adult daughter was at home while they worked. She said Anthony and Rudy were so sweet, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They made her feel comfortable right away. They did an amazing job. We both were so pleased with their work.
