Jason was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. My outdoor water hose spigot wouldn’t stop running water. He was deployed by Roto-Router within 24 hours and arrived during the service window that I requested. He fixed the issue quickly and went above and beyond to improve the current set up to ensure long lasting satisfaction with the service and solution he provided. Jason came to see us to fix a sewer line that had backed up into the bathroom, the shower and floor drain by the ac unit. He made sure everything was cleared out through the clean out and did it all professionally and quickly

Matt Turner spent almost 2 hours on my outside basement sink well and sump drainage. Crushed pipe,👎🏻😩but diverted water away from my house and cleaned sink well. Provided pipe to divert water also. Hard working young man

Woke up to my dishwasher backing up with water that was spilling out onto my kitchen floor. Roto rooter came out within a few hours and got right to work. Had backed up drain Saturday evening. Called Roto Rooter and scheduled service for First thing Sunday morning. Received a call at 7:30am to let me know Matt was on his way.
