You were so generous, even taking the time to share your expertise with me so I could better understand my home's plumbing systems. I will not hesitate to tell my friends/family about my positive experience.

UPDATE: another positive experience with Plumb Tite. This time John S. came out and he was super courteous/clean and his years of experience blew the competition out of the water. My upstairs neighbor noticed the problem before I had a chance to call Plumb Tite. The firm my neighbor called sent one guy out who failed to resolve the issue, and then the next day sent another young guy who not only failed to resolve the issue but also left behind a really bad mess. Fortunately, Plumb Tite had an opening within 24 hours of that disappoinment, and John S. came (ahead of schedule) to save the day

John was fantastic! He responded so quickly. He came right over and took his time explaining things. Would definitely recommend!

John was a very approachable and a very knowledgeable guy, he explained the issues and how to fix that issue. He used his snake machine to accomplish the job of snaking the drain from the utility sink. That fixed the drain! Now our laundry operations have resumed full operations and our customers couldn’t be happier. All thanks to our new friend John. Thanks John.

If I could give 100 stars I would, John came to our house and did all the plumbing repairs, while doing that he noticed a burning smell and saw smoke, there was an active fire in basement, he protected our puppy and kept him calm while the firefighters did their job, he came back and capped off the gas line so we could have heat in our home. John is a hero in our eyes. He did beyond the right thing! We appreciate him so much

John did a sewer scope for a new home purchase and was wonderful!! He explained everything in the video in a way that was easy to understand. He gave some maintenance advice for the plumbing, which was very helpful. I highly recommend him!

John from Plumb Tite was an absolute professional and friendly to boot. He explains things with the heart of a teacher, was friendly, kind and was able to make unfamiliar topics easy to understand.

This is the second time I've used plumb tite and the quality of their people has impressed me. I don't recall the first geneltman I used some time back but he too was awesome and friendly. I felt like they just wanted to be as helpful as possible and didn't rush or make me feel like my concerns weren't important. I can highly recommend Plumb Tite and John.

Sean was here today in the pouring rain. He replace gas lines to 2 of my fireplaces. He clearly communicated with me every step of the way. Best thing ever, he knows what he’s doing. I so appreciate Sean’s aptitude, attitude and ability.

Before dealing with Austin M. I was prepared to give Plumb Tite a one-star rating. Thanks to Austin, I'm giving you a five-star rating. Austin came out and fixed the problem your first technician didn't or couldn't fix. While Austin was here, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He called management to make sure I wasn't going to get charged again when the problem should have been fixed the first time with the first technician. I was impressed with Austin's ability to coherently explain everything with no BS. He got the job done. I am very happy that you sent him out. Plumb Tire, be thankful you have Austin on your payroll. I hope you have other employees just like him.

Our technician, John, arrived promptly and got straight to work. He took the time to educate me and my kids on how to prevent clogged drains. He remained friendly and positive the whole time he was here.

Was recommended Plumb Tite by my realtor after moving in from out of town on 12/20. After Calling them 12/22 they had somebody out the very next morning to asses our issue. THEN, they sent people the next day (Christmas Eve!!) to fix our issue with some galvanized piping/water pressure. I'm completely impressed with the 48hr turnaround time, especially with it being the week of Christmas. All 3 people that were a part of the job were friendly, professional, clean, and no doubt stand by their work.

I originally gave a 5 star review, but later learned how bad the service was. Even though my toilet was working fine, it was recommended to me to have my toilet replaced as I was replacing my bathroom floor. I paid $277 for the toilet to be removed and agreed to the estimate for flange repair ($378) as well as an additional charge to have the new toilet installed. When a different technician came to repair the flange and install the new toilet, I was told that it would be another $2500! The original technician was mistaken about the recommendations, but the company would not accept responsibility for his mistake. Don’t use this company! I paid hundreds to have a perfectly good toilet removed and now I am left with nothing but a hole in my bathroom floor.

We had a valved cold-water line branched for our steam dryer, a new expansion tank replacement, and replaced the old valve and pressure reducing valve on our water main. Total cost ~$1700, which seemed reasonable (yet painful...). Will M. did a great job. He explained things well, was fastidious and quick on the job, and made sure to consult on things where there was a choice of configuration. He worked to minimize inconvenience for our neighbors who had their water shut off while work was done on our main water line. Our house was cleaner when he left then when he arrived. Overall, a very good experience with Will from Plumb Tite.

We needed repairs related to a water heater. We called Plumb Tite to have an estimate, and after detailed information from them, we decided to have the job done by them.
The company sent Sean W, a young men, but very professional. He did an excellent job, in manner and time. Also, he left the work area spotless.
We will love to have him the next time we need a plumber.

John replaced our toilet and did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed at each step. We will certainly be using Plumb Tite when any issues arise in the future!

John is a good choice to represent the company as he was professional but was able to also relate to me on a personal level. Grandma was here for the first half of his visit fixing my kitchen sink and absolutely enjoyed John’s company and willingness to help

I needed a plumber ASAP for a drain pipe crack day after Christmas. Darren arrived early and solved the problem quickly. He kept me posted as he worked through the issue. He cleaned up and gave me some additional estimates for future work. Thank you Darren and thank you Plumb Tite!
