Will was AMAZING! He came on time, explained everything to me very clearly, and completed the job; all within 1 hour! He was professional and courteous! When I call Plumb Tite again, I’ll be asking for my friend Will!

I requested an estimate to replace a sump pump and battery backup system. I was on a work call when John arrived, he immediately went to look at my pump and was very patient while we waited for my call to wrap up so he could walk me through my options. John gave me the estimate and was able to come back a few hours later to install the pump and backup that same day. We were expecting rain overnight so he wanted to make sure it was up and running for me before then. It was a very pleasant and easy experience for me. I would recommend John Stanfield of Plumb Tite.

Our disposal went out and needed to be serviced. John S came out and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. What a super nice guy! He got the job done right away, gave us great tips to keep our pipes clean and was on his way. Very professional, very clean (especially for a plumber) and very friendly. We had an outstanding experience with our plumber , Will who installed the backflow preventer for our irrigation system. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and extremely professional. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood how the system worked and what to expect moving forward.

Because of the great customer service that Austin M. provided during our estimate, we requested him to come back and do our plumbing repair work. Austin was thorough, genuine and a pleasure to have in our home. His knowledge and preparation were excellent and he checked all of his work, keeping us informed during the entire process. We will be using Plumb Tite services in the future because of him.

John was VERY amiable & LIKE ME, he talks A LOT.. LOL
We were BOTH in the US NAVY, so we shared some "horror stories", from days gone by.

John was well practiced in his field, he knew EXACLTY what to do ...
& made me run almost EVERY faucet & toilet in the house + 2X laundry drain cycles, to ensure the clog was cleared @ 70 feet out to the street.
Very Thorough & I could not recommend him any higher.

I always request John!! He is always trustworthy, honest, hard worker, wants to please and save the customer money when he can. Today he came to look at my kitchen faucet that still works, but extremely loose. I had it taped to the wall so it would stand up. He tried to fix it, but he thinks it will need replacement. He gave me a quote and suggestions for the new one. John is my plumber guy and he is always pleasant, sweet, and caring. I have used Plumbtite for possibly ten years.

Update 1/12/26: Ended up going with a different house and needed another sewer scope done and John was the only person I wanted to have come out and help us again. Excellent to work with, answered all my questions, and helped to educate me on all things plumbing. Will continue to call him for our plumbing needs!

Great service and they were speedy! I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of which was really nice. John was able to take care of my issue with a far better solution and significantly better price than Roto Rooters. Would definitely be going to them for any future plumbing issues.
