I called for service on a Sunday evening and reached their phone service. The lady on the line misunderstood the severity of my situation and told me someone would call me on Monday. I was pretty upset. I left a poor review. John from Allied called me twice to discuss my poor review. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me that their company uses a phone service and the woman who answered my call doesn't work for their company. I understand that accidents happen and miscommunications are understandable. I appreciate John reaching out to me. I will call Allied again if I have another problem.

Allied Reddi-Rooter continues to provide exceptional service time and time again. I live in an older home in Hyde Park (built 1900) and they are my go-to plumbing company. They provide quality service at the best value. Every time that I’ve called, they have had a service person there in record time, including a free on-site consultation. Their prices are better than fair, and their staff is very knowledgeable.

An actual human answered the phone, and connected me with Chris. He showed up promptly and was very friendly and professional. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

It's nice to find a firm that provides great customer service. I called Allied Reddi Rooter on a Saturday with a blocked drain emergency. Ryan came out and had the drain cleaned out in about 30 minutes. Professional and courteous, would highly recommend Allied for your plumbing needs.

3rd time using, last time I'll ever use. Paid for main line repair and labor. I'm good paying labor but if you didn't unclog main line I shouldn't be charged. I changed the company and they resolved the problem. Never, ever again with Allied!

I called the day before with a garbage disposal no longer working due to age of the unit. I was told a technician (Jason) would be there by 11am Monday morning. Jason was on time and was able to remove the old disposal and replace with a new disposal in under 1 hour. The performance and professionalism of Jason gave my wife and I complete peace of mind! We have used Allied Reddi-Rooter on other occasions and have always had a very good experience. They get it right the first time. Thank you Allied!

I would give them a -10 if I could- DO NOT USE- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - They were actually recommended to me.
I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

First,. the receptionist was patient, polite, and helped me to verbally clarify my problem (I don’t speak plumbing.) Second, the service technician texted two times to let me know exactly when he was coming, which was great to know (I called in morning, and got service the same day.) Last, the technician (Roger) was polite, but more importantly, smart, and quick to problem-solve a situation that stumped my contractor. The actual problem was nothing like how it appeared; the leaky basement mess around a plumbing stack was not related to the plumbing, but something a floor above. I’m so happy this was resolved so quickly.

A couple years ago, I had in issue with drains that were backing up in my basement.

I called Joe Lay & Sons. They came out days later and (after I had to hound them), left my house filthy, and told me I had to reinstall brand new pipes. Costs $15-$20k.

To get a second opinion, I called Allied. In 1 hour, they fixed the problem for a couple hundred bucks.

I’ve used them several other times for different, unrelated issues. They are honest and try to Figure out the easiest way to get it done.

I’ve called the weekends and nights. They’re always right there.

Since I live in a house over 110 years old, it is a relief to have a trusted contractor like Allied. I highly recommend. These guys are great.

We called Allied at 9 am this morning to come out and diagnose our leaking kitchen sink, water shut off valve, and non-functional bathroom sink. They were able to come out same day and fix all of our issues for a super affordable price. Rick was our service tech. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our additional questions with good tips and tricks to help us in the future. I would recommend this company to friends and have already recommended them to family. Allied reddi rooter got it done. Had to put 2 reels of snake in to get my clog out. Joe was super professional and got it done in the hear of the day! Definitely caal them price was good too

I had a backedup sewer line and called on a Monday morning. They were out at my house that afternoon when I got home from work. The plumber(Justin) was here within the time I asked for. It took about an hour for him to complete the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed and efficient.

We called, on a holiday, after 5:00pm, and were able to have someone at our house, diagnosing, unclogging the line, and fixing the issue within 2 hours. With three small kids in the house, the quick turn was a huge help(with no water usage recommended until it was fixed). Will recommend Allied to all who need a good plumbing experience with a quick turn - great customer service.

Had a plumbing emergency at my restaurant, called all of the big names, and couldn’t get anyone to respond to my service call. Called Allied and they had someone on site within the hour. Will use them exclusively moving forward!

We are a small coffee shop business and asked Allied to help us out with our grease trap for the first time. Allied completely exceeded my expectation and got our small business on their schedule within 2 hours and at a great price. Ryan did an amazing job and I will use Allied in the future and feel confident and comfortable with what this company can accomplish.

Wow! So impressed and grateful to Allied. I needed a sewer line inspection done same day. I called and they set me up with an appointment range of 4-7pm. Rik and his assistant arrived PROMPTLY at 4pm and did a thorough job. He patiently explained his process, what he was observing as he scoped the line, and explained everything he thought I needed to do to get the clean-outs in good shape again. He worked efficiently and did a really thorough inspection. At the end of the appointment I asked for a written statement of what needed to be done since I'm in the process of purchasing a house. Rik said he would provide the statement and a proposal so I could document costs to get repairs done. I expected this within the week but to my surprise, I had it NEXT DAY. This company has top-notch customer service which is vital in the home buying, inspection, and construction process. Allied Reddi-Rooter will be my first call whenever I need future plumbing work done! Thanks guys!

Ever since we move into our home a little over a year ago Allied Reddi Router has been there for us. Let me count the ways. Toilet repair, outside hose connection, clogged kitchen sink, sump pump replacement just to name a few issues that come along when you purchase an older home. Jason has been great in analyzing situations and coming up with solutions. As much as I like hearing about his golf game and his kids I’m hoping he has identified all our issues. Thanks again for all the great service. I’ll keep their number on speed dial even though I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon.

EDIT: I have to replace my 5 star review with a 1 star review. They came out on a Tuesday. Diagnosed the problem (need to remove a basement toilet.) They said they'd be back the next day. He called me at 1 on Wednesday saying he'd be at my house in 1-1.5 hours. Never showed up. Called me at 3:45 and said I'd be the first appointment the following day.

Thursday comes. I call him at 9 and he says he's on his way. I hear nothing. I call the office at 11 and they say the guy is at the office getting his truck loaded and will be there soon. Never shows up. I call again at 12:30 and they tell me they can't get ahold of him and "have no idea where he is." At this point I decided to take my business elsewhere.

To Allied Reddi-Rooter: Do not allow your employees to string customers along. I made arrangements with my employer so I could be at home to let the plumber in and they never came. This is a huge inconvenience, not to mention the toilet is still leaking.

Came within 24 hours to fix a leaky valve and add another, easier to use valve. Was in and out quickly, honest about what needed to be done and did not try to up-sell me on unnecessary services. Will definitely be my first call in the future for plumbing issues.

Ryan provided outstanding quality work! He arrived on time, was professional, positive, and a clear communicator. His workmanship is outstanding. We had a broken pipe on a Friday night. I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything
