David was awesome! He came to clear our drain, and found a different issue. We took care of the other issue, but the drain still wasn't working. He came back out, and didn't stop working on it until he figured out what the problem was! Thanks for all your hard work, David!!

Allied Plumbing did a very poor job satisfying their customers and fixing the problem in my home. Then continued to charge money for a problem that was not fixed. When I called to have someone come back the next day to take a look at the job from the previous night they couldn't send anyone out. As water was pouring out of my bathtub pipes from a job they HADN'T fixed!!! While explaining this to the lady who answered the phone who identified her self as "Tracy" was very rude arguing with me and hung up the phone. When I tried to reach the company again to speak to the owner to reason out the main issue, she continued to hang up and not pick up the company phone. Very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Extremely disappointed with this company!!

I called this morning, Chuck was here before 5:00 (my window was 4-6). Everything was fixed, cleaned up and done within 20 minutes. He was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Will definitely use this company again.

Christmas Eve my basement was flooded due to mainline blockage, called Allied and with 20 to 30 minutes a technition was there clearing it and making sure it wouldnt back up again. Quick response, thorough work, friendly, customer needs/Job focused, and great prices! I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know!!!!

Clarence W. arrived and immediately got to work. He was very personable and friendly. He explained what he was about to do. He ran a snake through the main line and resolved the problem of the clog. He even explained what had caused the clog. Seniors receive a discount. I would definitely recommend this company. The charge was reasonable.

Tracy is so amazing and made me feel less scared. I had no idea what I was doing and she hooked me up with knowledge and great service. Thank you so much.

They charged me for a problem that wasn’t fixed and over charged me for another job that wasn’t done correctly and I had to call the lazy plumber back twice to fix the same thing he claimed he fixed. The plumber was lazy and made excuses on why it couldn’t be fixed. I’m not a plumber but I went in and did the job myself and I fixed the problem myself and it was an easy fix. I didn’t even realized it was that simple. Then had the nerve to give me his personal business card which I would never use. I would never waste my money with these guys again.

I would highly recommend Allied Reddi Rooter to anyone looking for honest and hard working people. In buying my first home I needed a toilet installed as well as a camera to look at my sewer lines looked at for tree roots. Jerry was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful it was non pressure very easy going experience.

They were there when Roto-Rooter (RR) wasn't. We had a main sewer line issue (collapsed pipe) that has been identified by first said plumber, but refused to make the necessary repair because of proximity to my front porch. In my opinion, RR saw the job TOO BIG and decided it was a "safety issue". That's where Allied Reddi-Rooter stepped in. They sent someone to identify the problem, made necessary recommendations, and within a day, a backhoe, jackhammer and a bobcat were on my property getting the job done. This was not a one day job at all, but Allied showed up on time every day and persistently worked to rectify my plumbing issue. If you have ANY plumbing issues, big or small, I would highly recommend Ray and his team at Allied Reddi-Rooter.

Scheduler put in the wrong date so they were a no show. When I called to find out where they were, phone person was rude and in a hurry to get me off the phone. Didn’t even bother to apologize. Plumbers may be good but office people…guess they don’t need the business. I took off half a day of work for this. Really terrible customer service. Told them I would find another company.

Called at 830 pm after hours of trying to handle problem myself. Ryan showed up in under an hour (after every other "emergency plumber" wasn't available until Monday!!!) and took care of everything in a timely manner! Will recommend to all friends and family. Thank you!

A+ from start to finish. Tracey took my call and was delightful on the telephone-- clearly she enjoys her job. Rosezell (sp?) and his helper were on time, clean, and professional. They explained that my sill faucet leak was caused by a loose fitting and not a broken pipe, as I had thought. What could've easily been a $300+ repair was only $95. I appreciate their honesty.

I've hired a lot of tradespeople over the years and none have impressed me as much as everyone at Allied. Truly, they are an all-around cheerful bunch who clearly understand their line of work, like what they do, and enjoy helping their customers. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again.

The technician came to clean out the roots in my main line. He was a nice guy and seemed to get in and out quite efficiently. Problem was, we had a sewer camera ran after from the buyers that showed SEVERAL roots and debris still in the line! They are going to have to come out again to clean the line.

Contacted Allied-Reddi Rooter for a backed up main drain. They came out the same day and cleaned out a mess of roots. Jesse, the technician, was very professional and courteous through out the whole process.

Very happy with the work and will contact them again!

Our sink backed up on a Sunday morning. We made the call and a service tech was here within 30 minutes. He was respectful, polite, and most importantly, he fixed the issue efficiently. Recommended.

This “company” was out at my house 3 weeks ago to unclog a sewage line and discovered to be at the MSD line but in the process the plumber got his van stuck in my front yard. Digging with the tires. Then has some other guy show up and pull him own only to drive clean through the rest of my yard. Multiple holes and dead plants after he was done. No one knocked they just left. So I call and get told an owner will call me back tomorrow. No word for a week. I call again. Get asked to send pictures and someone will get back to me. Yet here we are 3 weeks later and my yards still destroyed. And I’ve heard from no one. Take your business else where.

My main drain had a severe clog, but thanks to Jordan's excellent service, the problem was resolved in little to no time! Jordan was punctual, acted professionally, provided updates, and effectively cleared the blockage. He is the hero of the day/week/month! Thank you, Jordan!

Fought to get someone from Roto-Rooter out for 3 days. Called Allie and Jesse was here in less than two hours and got our drain unclogged in no time... On a Sunday, late in the evening. That's service! Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Rico was incredible! The response time was excellent and he stayed until he was confident the sewage issue was corrected. He even ensured the area was cleaned. Moving forward, I would only call Allied with any plumbing issues that arise.

The winter storm did not stop Allied from responding to our emergency. Five other companies said no due to weather (which is understandable).We had a desperate situation and Rico came and resolved it for us! He was professional and so helpful even though he had to travel over treacherous roads. Thank you Rico! Thank you Allied! We will 100% call you again!

I received very professional service pertaining to the main sewer line in my front yard. When originally contacted to provide a quote for the service needed, the Service Technician arrived within an hour, explained the how the repair would be completed, what caused the need for this repair and provided a written quote on the spot. When contacted a month later to complete the repair, the quote stayed the same, I received the same professional service and updates on how the repair was progressing. I couldn't be more appreciative of the professionalism of Charles and Branden - who assisted on his day off!!! Thank you so very much!!!!
