I recently hired Allied to help fix a plumbing problem at my house. The plumber they sent out, Roger Fraley, was not only early to the job but very professional and courteous. He addressed and fixed my problem right away (hot water heater leak) then he not only fixed it quickly, he also educated me on proper care for my hot water heater. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know for plumbing issues. Thank you!!!

I woke up at 2am to a flooding basement. Water was rushing out of the water heater, and I had no idea how to stop it. I was panicked, wet, and completely distraught. I called Allied Plumbing at 2:15 and spoke with Joseph, who not only walked me through how to make the water stop, but also showed up at my house within the hour to fix what was broken. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and just...simply amazing. Joseph rocks! Allied Plumbing will now be my first call for any future plumbing issues. Thank you sooooo much!!!

Joe was quick and thorough clearing a clog in our main drain line, and for only $570. I use this company for our apartment units and they never let me down. Quick friendly service. Highly recommend them.

Water was pouring into our floor because there was a crack on the grease trap. They quickly scheduled Jason to come out and fix it all. I have yet to meet anyone so thorough and efficient. They met and exceeded our expectations. The grease trap was an absolute mess that we inherited. Jason was amazing, I cannot say enough about this guy. They worked tirelessly, removed the old trap, bought and replaced our new grease trap and left everything clean and orderly! We were able to open our restaurant within a day! Wow! Thank You, Thank You! You guys Rock!!

From the start, the woman that answered the phone (sorry I didn't get her name) was wonderful. She was understanding and scheduled us for same day service around a doctor appt we had. She even wished us good luck at the doctor. Our techs, Roger and Sherman were awesome! Arrived right on time to clear our sewer line and also another plumbing issue. They were finished in under 2 hours for both jobs! They were a pleasure to deal with and we had a lot of laughs while getting the job done. Keep up the good work!

We had water coming up from our floor drain. I called Allied Reddi Rooter and they came out that day. This was not a clogged sewer main. The drain pipe under our basement floor concrete had a clog getting in the way of draining making its way to the main pipe that leads to the city sewage system. Ryan was persistent with the snake and fixed the problem. He tested it and made sure everything was operating as it should.

Allied Plumbing and Sewer WoW!!! 10 Stars SERVICES. I was in a dire straits for ASIANA. I called a left a message and they called me right away. I spoked to a really really nice lady name Tracy. She did everything to get this expedited right away as in less than five minutes. Most service companies take a few hours or a couple days to give you SERVICE but not Allied. They did it in five minutes.
The service guys David Jr. was very knowledgeable and explain to me I NEED to get service done at least 1 a year for my Greece Interceptor that was clogged up. It took him less than an hour to do everything and cleaned up very professional and very nice. Thank you. Allied Plumbing and Sewer

I've used Allied for about 15 years for both companies I work for. They show up on time, charge fair prices, and do great work. Everyone from Ms. Sherry answering the phones, to their plumbers, and the owner Ray are super courteous, friendly and helpful. Gonna have to top Toey Jay and turn it up to 11 on the number of stars!

I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair work. I was also grateful that the service was done in a very timely manner. The scheduling staff was great, and the service technician (plumber) Casey Hale was outstanding. Thank you.

Pilot light was out. Unable to fix on own. Technician was here within 2 hours of requesting service. Prompt, thorough, detailed and respectful. Will highly recommend and use again!

Slop sink clogged on a Saturday. Tech was out 2 hours after calling. Dispatch was very communicative. Pricing is where I thought it would be for a Saturday service. Casen Hale was the tech who came out. Professional and to the point. Thank you for your help on a Saturday! Now I can do laundry. 😁

We had no hot water. Darren came promptly, told us the problem and replaced out hot water heater within a few hours.
He was professional and made the job so easy for us. It works great and everything was clean and taken care of.

Warren was just great. It was 10:00 pm on a Sunday cold and windy. He stayed at until our main drain was unclogged and running free. Very polite, professional and competent!!

My main drain became clogged, so I made some calls to plumbing companies. Most said it would be later afternoon or I would have to use their "emergency services" which cost more. Roto-Rooter said they could have a tech here within 2 hrs., and they did! Matt did an excellent job of finding the problem and clearing my drain. He arrived at my house and one hour later I had a cleared drain!

Giovanni did a great job and was extremely professional. It was a Sunday when the problem arose, he was there within the hour and working on the problem. He made sure the main sewer line was clear before leaving and stayed until the job was done. Great service and experience with Roto-rooter.

Warren was amazing, very kind and thorough in locating the leak in my house. With the cost of living being so high these days I don’t need anything extra added on so for that, I am very grateful to him with this issue being found and resolved, hopefully cheaper bills are in my future Lol.

We had a water leak in our bathroom while on vacation. Got home saw water had leaked through our ceiling from 2nd floor bathroom. Called Router Rooter and Giovanni came right over. He replaced our pipes and valves, rerouted pipes to fit our new vanity. Did an amazing job. So friendly. Very knowledgeable. 100% would recommend him to do a job for you. Couldn’t be happier!

Danny did an excellent job of completing the task of removing the blockage from my storm water line. Not only did he clear the line, but took the time to make sure that the line was as clear as possible by continuing to work until we were both very satisfied with the results. Great job! Fast service! Great communication! Highly recommended!

The plumber was experienced and professional. I feel the price for installation was high as the water heater was covered by warranty and no cost to the plumber. There was some slight damage done to my wall and trim at the end of my basement stairs and it’s not so much the damage it’s the fact the plumber did not say anything about it. Overall I was satisfied with the work and would use the services again.

Booked an appointment via their website. Submission said I would get an email confirmation of my appointment. After not getting an email, I called to verify my appointment. They said I called and said I no longer required service so they cancelled the appointment. I didn’t call and I doubt a stranger called and cancelled my appointment. Then they were confirming my appointment reason and it was wrong but the contact information they had for me was correct. They said they would have dispatch call me in a few minutes to reschedule my appointment. They never called me back. Needless to say, I reached out to another company for my plumbing needs. This company has no clue what’s going on obviously.
