Thank to Tyler and Antoine for coming out on a Sunday for my flooded basement. You guys are the best was careful precise, and cared what you were doing and talk to me through everything happening. Thank you Mike for coming out and running the scope through the drain and talks us through our options. You guys are just wonderful thank you so much for giving up your Sunday Rob and Lisa.

One of one of the most pleasant experience I ever had hiring someone to come to my house and do some major plumbing. I am not physically able to do many things anymore and is so nice to know that I can count on a company like Roto Rooter and so professional. Donald you Rock.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon, and Roto-Rooter had a technician here within an hour. Warren was great! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and addressed our issue promptly. It's rare to find someone so dependable and kind, especially on a weekend. Highly recommend!

Harry Green is Fantastic! He came, told us exactly what the problem was, gave us options. Our option took a few days, as we had to wait for product that was being shipped. He came back, took care of installation and clean up in a very timely manner. He was beyond kind , down to earth and courteous. He is now my go to guy. Honest and a man of integrity. When you find someone who you can trust, that’s priceless.

Working with Payton was an excellent experience. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The work was efficient and the problem was solved very quickly. I will be reaching out for services in the future.

Called them, they worked a couple of logistics out and called to say they would be out in 1.5 hrs. Technician was there in 45 minutes. He kept me informed as he proceeded, and now I have free flowing drains. But the best part: I have a happy wife! Thanks Roto-Rooter, Mark

Giovanni was very friendly and helpful! He fixed our basement drain backup in a timely manner! It was a pipe that gradually clogged over time. We felt he was excellent at his craft and we were confident in his work. He explained everything well. He was very knowledgeable about how drains connect and we were quickly able to find out that half of the house was not affected so we could flush toilets. The service was excellent!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while , especially when dealing with a home repair issue. Good conversation and he allowed me to ask questions and answered each one as professionally as possible. Much appreciated.

Brian came out on Thanksgiving Day and was pleasant, professional, and super friendly! So easy going and clear with his words. He explained everything to me so I understood and performed the work needed, effortlessly! So impressed with Roto Rooter! Don't hesitate if you need a plumber! Would definitely hire again.

Andy came and fixed our sink, and was very pleasant to talk to. He completed his work very efficiently and was informative of what was going on and how to prevent it for next time. Amazing worker and person!

Based on the intervention he did (unclogging kitchen sink and replace a section of the drain pipe in the basement), the price was fair.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done right the first time. On top of that, he was courteous and respectful of my home, leaving everything clean when he was finished. Nothing better than a clean unobstructed sink. My kitchen and bathroom sinks would not drain. Called Tom Drexler, had an apt, left early form work and they called me 45 mins after they were supposed to be there to help me and said they were busy so they would see me Monday. I was beside myself. So I called Roto-Rooter. Chad and Kenneth showed up 45 mins later and took care of a nasty clog. They were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Those two earned a customer for life for Roto-Rooter with exceptional customer service. Today went from a bad day to a good day thanks to Roto-Rooter, Chad and Kenneth!!! 100% recommend!

A basement sewer line flood was not something we expected to happen. The sewer line was scoped and 5 support sleeves were installed. Problem fixed. Everyone (supervisor, cleanup crew and pipe repair) were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and very reassuring that the job would be done correctly. We are extremely grateful for Jack. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable knowing the problem was fixed/repaired. Bravo to everyone involved. THE BEST!

Payton was so fantastic! Professional and personable. I had a similar service done with a different company and they didn't go through the detail that was done through this job. Even got a level out to check a PVC pipe. I was so impressed. I cannot recommend this service enough. Never will use anyone but Roto ever again.

Amazing work on a nasty lil job. Tight spaces and old plumbing. Donald made quick work of the issue with no disruptions to home life. Antoine was a masterful communicator and keep me informed for a few days as a master plumber was required to complete the job. Dispatch was courteous and attentive. Rotorooter showed up the day I called, the competition could only schedule me 5 days out. They are now my go to solution for plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way around!
