Jolly Plumbing provided us with excellent service!
Nathan came for a HVAC maintenance inspection as part of the 'Jolly Home Plan' and found that the heat exchanger had a very large crack in it. Due to possible carbon monoxide being released, it had to be shut down. Danny came out the same day and provided options and quotes. We decided to replace both systems, and he was able to get them ordered right away. Jake and Miguel came out the very next day / tore out the old, replaced with the new and explained how everything worked. They disposed of all the old equipment, cleaned up the area and it looks it like they were never there. From start to finish, they were knowledgably, efficient, friendly and did a great job! -
Nate was a pleasure to deal with on our HVAC system maintenance. He was courteous, professional and on time. I would recommend Nate and Jolly plumbing to any of our friends neighbors, or relatives.

Vitruviun was very thorough in servicing my HVAC and water heater. Darren cleaned the outside unit well, then the air handling unit. I could tell my AC was working so much more efficiently. He also serviced my water heater, drained it, and water was heating up so much faster. Very happy and will use them again for my maintenance needs.

"Short" Version:
Darren is an excellent plumber and trustworthy person who has served our country in the USAir Force, & now, in the AF Reserve. He did great work for me fixing multiple known & hidden problems in the kitchen, bathroom bath/shower & sink, the outside spigot, & pvc piping issues in the basement.
His work covered all of these plumbing issues in a 100 year old house that hadn't seen anything but abuse & neglect for at least five years. I won't hesitate to contact him again if/when more plumbing or HVAC issues arise.
Lonnngger Version:
I recently moved into a 100 year old house in Hamilton with a ton of unexpected issues on top of the expected ones. That's the price of buying a house that had been gutted and condemned, squatted in and partially stripped (all unknown b4 signing), then "fixed" up by the seller's (a bank) representative's "property management" clowncar crew (whole buncha context not included), combined with an "as is" buy under unusual circumstances.
So, the only water I had for a few weeks was cold water from the kitchen sink, which leaked underneath due to a missing fitting and more, and the new toilet leaked too much to use since the old fill line hadn't been replaced. After a big struggle getting the old one off and replacing it, I was off the bucket brigade. But, after getting nowhere with the other plumbing issues while working on leaking basement walls and much more, I finally gave in. It was time to call someone.
I'm new to the area so I researched on- and off-line for a few days and narrowed it down to four, three of whom came out and gave an estimate. I just wanted to get everything functional again for now, and deal with redoing the pvc mess that had replaced the stolen copper, later.
The first guy & company would have been great if I had a ton more resources, but I was in this house because it was the best that very limited resources could provide me, and I am so very thankful for it, warts and all. #1 wouldn't do anything except for a complete redo at a minimum of $10K. Nope. #2 and sidekick were very vague about what they would do and for how much. Nope.
DARREN was #3, and definitely, third time was the "charm". He looked everything over thoroughly, asked questions, looked at some parts again and said he'd send an estimate later that evening. He did, it was very reasonable, we set a day and time, he arrived on time, and got right to it.
It ended up being necessary for him to come out three times total, each with an estimate given beforehand and the work to be done, and he kept to those amounts each time.
There were a number of hidden problems that took a lot of extra time and effort in the bathroom, both bath/shower and sink, plus replacing the spigot, its piping, and connections, plus replacing and, since it was pvc pipe, gluing (without a single leak or redo!) a number of other affected areas. But he stuck with it and got it done. Not only did he get everything functional again but he took his time and did it right at a very good price. What a relief!
His experience, discipline, service mentality, and training gained in HVVAC/plumbing areas while serving in the US Airforce, and now in the Reserve are exemplary. Before I knew his service background at our first meeting, he struck me right from the beginning as someone serious about his work and could be trusted.
I'm nearly 70, have owned 5 homes in three different states, do what I can at fixing what's needed and what to look for and ask when a contacting a pro. I've also had too much experience with those wanting to do the least for the most, if they show at all, so I appreciate a rare gem like Darren to the max. Put him to work! The results will will be the proof.
My only suggestion for him would be to add his first name to the beginning of the company title. My poor memory at least, couldn't keep it captured, but with Darren starting it off, no problem:-).
I've got a few pics on another phone that I'll work on getting posted as well. -
Darren is an underpaid, excellent worker! He takes pride in what he does and wants to make sure each job he does is done right the first time👏🏼 would 10/10 recommend!

Darren does a very professional and efficient job. No upsells, fair price. I have had him out to my house 4 times now and every time he does a great job!

Darren was great to work with! He has worked on a handful of projects in our house. His prices are very reasonable and he is very honest! I highly doubt you can find someone else to deliver this level of service for such an affordable price.

Highly recommend! He was quick to respond and came the next day. He was on time and thoroughly explained the issue. The job require a bit more work than original estimated but he still finished on time and kept original quoted price. I did provide a tip because advice far exceeded expectation! Highly recommend

Darren goes above and beyond. He came out to see what we needed done and to write an estimate. Before he could actually do any of that work, a couple of days later we had a serious valve leak. Darren came and fixed it that day. He is knowledgeable and answers all questions in as much detail as you need. Highly recommend!

Had a new faucet installed in the kitchen. The Vitruvian Plumber Was very responsive and was able to come out the next day after contacting to do the job. He was professional and courteous. Faucet looks and works great and the price was very reasonable.
Would definitely call him for a future project. -
Prompt but more expensive than I imagined.
